Very disappointing stay. Rooms table leg was broken, cupboard door was not functioning well, the wooden floor looked and felt not clean and in the night there was lot of train noise. When I reached out to front desk, it was a cold response and no action. They told me that there were lots of guests. Was I not the guest ? My room number was 102 and I checked out on 28th Nov. Checked in on 27th Nov. I am never coming back and will not advice anyone to stay in this expensive but poorly managed hotel.

everything was fine except one day the door was unlocked, I have reported to the reception lady, she found out that was done by the cleaning lady - she forgot to lock the room door. I have booked one bed room from 11/5 to 11/8 again, can you please help to make sure the room is facing to the parking lot instead of train station? thank you

« A good hotel at a convenient location »

I stayed only one nights, so no much i can tell about the hotel. It was overall fine, good size room, equipted with a small kitchen (which for a one night only was not needed). The only small inconvenient is the security at the front gate, I have to ring the bell several times before I could get in. For reference, I arrived at about 8 pm.

Dear Agnes L, I stay for 88 nights and my Corporate rate is 98 Euros per night. Please can you correct my earlier stay from 10 July till 7 September, as I have been charged 102 Euros instead of 98 Euro per night. You can adjust the difference to my credit card. Impeccably clean, perfectly warm and friendly staff, best regards for Saeeda, Amandine and the great lady who checked me out on Saturday 3 pm 6Oct. 5 stars to all of you. Only 1 suggestion is that you should have a silence policy after 10 pm till 7 am,and not allow loud music or noisy guests. Thank you very much, I will come again and next time on 5 th floor :-)

« Not bad for a first stay »

Check in was a bit confused due to language limitations but was finally sorted out ok. Breakfast was good - the coffee machine didn't make coffee on the first morning but was fixed the day after. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack that staff brought up to me a little later. Wifi in the hotel is probably under dimensionned, I found it to be slow or to have no connection at all.

The sewcond time I already knew how to get in through gate while there is noone in reception in later evening; however ! - I received email with codes and room number half an hour before leaving my place ! Please, next time, send it at least one full day before a client may be leaving his home, means rather 2 days before check-in. otherwise - happy.

Staff use of English was very good and this was helpful. Accommodation was clean & comfortable. Deficient in some aspects (eg shortage of towels and had to request twice to have this rectified.) No provision made for gluten-free diet. No prior indication given as to how to use access code in the lift.

« comfort and cleaning is a real issue in this hotel »

the "air conditioned" works by 30 minute intervals.. It is offensive you are denying a basic service provided for any brand name hotel. Cleaning service is very precarious and quickly made. I have found a cockroach in my room. Even towel size is disappointing. Lot of things to improve

Excellent location. Quiet area with supermarket, bakery, TGV and RER stations all very nearby. Room with basic cooking facilities. Would have liked an armchair, however. The entry gate and elevator with secirity pass number, plus entry to room with pass card made me feel very safe.

Regarding the armchair, maybe you might felt better in an apartment rather a studio, with a living room equips with a sofa and a separate room. We share each week all the comments with the team. We - a family of four - have joined the Aparthotel Adaggio Massy for one night. Although the room was quite big enough and clean (except inside the fridge: that has offered some ugly stains from former guests) for us all we have missed terribly a functioning Air Condition under the special circumstances of this very hot summer day/night (37 degrees Celsius). Incredible fact considering that this hotel seems to be newly renovated...(maybe they haven´t noticed that something important was missed due it was winter during the renovation???) To be fair we also would like to point out that the staff was particularly nice and polite. For one night they gave us a fan to survive the terrible heat in the room. The reception area/entrance has had a well functioning Air Condition, by the way. The garage was 15 €/night , it could have been more of a treat. All in all: okay-ish for one night during harvest and winter - and definetely in need for Air Condition during the summer season.

« It was good but it could have been much better »

The hotel, the staff and the room was nice and friendly. The only and very big disadvantage this summer was: no air condition outside the reception area! The room was very hot, very sticky. And this missed Air Condition is something very difficult to cope with during this very hot summer 2018. Especially to sleep in this sauna aka room was mission impossible. No way we could come back without an efficient AC.

Globally experience was good. I just notice some point to improve : The service for breakfast was not really good (depending on the days) Room was not cleaned at all during all my stay. Dishes (glass, plate, tableware..) were not clean when I use it, I need to wash everything before using them.

Overall the provided facilities were good. Rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. But, we really missed a daily house-keeping. Also, then limited front-desk hours was sometimes a problem (especially on weekends).

« No Air Condtioning »

Hello I did not get any sleep due to the temperature in the room absolutely boiling hot and with the window open the noise from the train station was really loud. I complained at check out and asked for a reduction in the room rate and was told I would get an email once the clerk had spoken to a manager - received no email so far? The web site for the hotel clearly states it has air conditioning but the hotel does not, I would never have booked this property if I had known there was no air conditioning. Really poor advertising and it is wrong. Derek W.
