Excellent customer service. All Employees are nice and friendly and educated. For sure I will be back soon and I will stay on IBIS Hotel in Guaiba. In the night time I asked for hot water to make my tea and the staff provided immediately and I asked for some fruits too and they were so happy to providing. I think the price was worth, everything was clean, in my opinion the IBIS hotel in Guaiba is a perfect hotel for a business trip or pleasure trip, for groups, family e single and one more thing that I like The Hotel is pet friendly.

Hi, Me, my fiance and mom were at the Ibis Guaiba hotel on April 30 and May 1 (Labour day holiday in Brazil). The breakfast was average, but the worst thing was our bed didn't have a sheet and the bathroom floor seemed dirty. We only had two towels, no hand towel, etc. But the worse was that on May 1 the fire alarm was on at 8am and nobody was at the reception to answer the phone. I called the reception after and they were not polite, asked me to "Not touch the phone cord" as they were having problems understanding me. They also didnt speak english and my fiance is from Canada and they couldnt communicate with him (not even mimimal "thank you" or anything). But overall, the attitude from them was not polite, speacilly because on the second time I called they complained about the phone again. I responded "well, that is the hotel's phone, I am not at fault if you cant understand me", while they replied with a bad attitude in a strong and loud "Hum", not polite. Thank you, Fernanda

The bedroom had a bad smell, it was located in the 5th floor, it seems that the bedroom has not been used for many months. My wife has breathing problems and she suffered a lot during the night. The bedroom is too tight for a couple and a 5 years old kid, the layout of the place where the refrigerator and hangers are located is not optimal.

The installation is very clean, services are very good. The main problem is the bad smell in the garage, due some mistakes during building construction.

Limited English skills for staff, manager could speak English, rest of staff tried and were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always ready ahead of the assigned time and was good. Hotel meals were good. Beer was cold.
