« 5th Floor Views and Noise »

We were given a room on the 5th floor. The views from this floor were incredible, but there is noise from the rooftop restaurant (particularly chairs being pushed in/out from the table) that might be a problem. This could be solved with some pads on the chairs to decrease the noise. Other than this, our stay was very enjoyable.

Over all experience was fair , didn’t meet my expectations as 5 stars hotel , there was no complementary water in room , no body cream and hair conditioner in bathroom , no body told me if there is spa services ,the service regarding waiters at brakfast restaurant was slow and i have to call waiter more than once to remind him to bring coffe or tea , i notice there is few waiters comparing to quantity of guests pluse waiter doesn’t speak english . When i checked in internet the view of hotel was nice but when i came in there is construction infront of hotel blocking the nice view , for me i choose the hotel beacuse of view and my expectations to receive 5 stats service but i found it that the service like 4 star hotel , i wish you improve your services , i have still more days to stay in hotel beacuse i already did booking with agency , if i have choise i would change my reservation to another 5 stars hotel , i told already the receptionist about my concerns

Thank you very much to Mr Guven and his team. Friendly staff made me feel welcome. Breakfast was great, rooftop has a spectacular Bosphorus view. Selection of foods were perfect. Restaurant staff was very helpful. Next time I will recommend this hotel all of my friends and will definetely stay at Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus.
