Dear Mr Cristian YNONYE, I was in room 26-03. The right window did not close properly. I could hear the town noise. I asked to have be repaired, but there must have been some misundertanding because this has not been done. After having used the shower, I noticed that some water was coming under the washbawl. Some noise was also coming from the toilet from water drops falling behind the wall. I hope you will take these 3 issues for the next resident. Best regards

I really loved my experience in this hotel, great location, the roons are very good, new and cleaned. The staff is amazing, helpfull and very friendly. I will return to this hotel on my next trips and I will recommend it to all travelers.

It was worth the price. Very clean and it felt really new. The room I stayed was large, with a large room and bathroom - plenty of space for a couple. Also, I left earlier than intended and the hotel reimbursed me even though I had not asked for it. So, they seem very pro-consumer as well.

The guava was no longer eatable and all soft, borderline with uneatable. I and my colleagues indepedently left it without influencing each other. The room service came with a diet coke, but I don't want to drink that with a straw. Please provide a glass, with lime and ice.

In a overall it was good but too quite sad you pay for an upgrade where just 1 elevator was able reach there. When need to go the floor the other 2 wasn't working.

overall attendance was ok...main complain was with room service, who after waiting for a full hours for two coffees, one had to call the kitchen again and was told they've just finished and was going to bring it up...I've asked if the coffee was indeed fresh or else I did not needed anymore, and was told yes...coffees came up cold and undrinkable. My nice was on a different room and had the same exactly experience. I also noticed that the service girl had a bunch of other food deliveries on her cart...bad service!

Employees are nice and helpful. The breakfast is really nice and well covered. I have been disappointed by the restaurant at the 32nd floor - too long and meat not great. Room is nice. An iron is missing if you want last minute to iron your shirt. Most of the electrical switch on/off buttons are not well designed!

« Not sure... this hotel always brings me not good surprises »

====DON'T NEED TO BE PUBLISHED, IT SHOULD BE ONLY FOR INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE === Each stay there is a problem which makes the experience not so good. This time, I didn't like the way the girl in the check out treat me and she was not even wearing a badge with her name. During the week I order the fish but they called me back in 5 mins saying there was no fish anymore :( In the bedroom each day the bed was set in a diff manner. And I had some papers on the sink, close to my necessaire that went to the garbish and they shouldn't have. else, I didn't ask to change sheets but it happened and it would be fine unless the tons of warning about "eco" stuffs.

« Bad service and low efficient process »

1. Bad check in experience: check in took almost 40 minutes and long guests line 2. Bad restaurant experience: we went for a quick dinner at the restaurant, and took us almost 4 hours. Waiters were disorganized, took a long time to bring menus and take our orders. In the same manner, beverages were ready on the bar but they would no t bring to the table, even though we explicitly asked them to do so, even if not all beverages were ready. Then dishes came without any order, some people got their main courses before appetizers and some main came only after 2 hours. In the mean time, we would ask waiters what was going on and they would not tell us, just say '5 more minutes'. In no moment would they give us an explanation, apologies or small portions, given how hungry we were. Given it is a business hotel restaurant, meals should be fast, process should be improved to ensure guests get an adequate service. 3. Bad breakfast service: eggs station does not start at 6 am and has no determined time. sometimes we would have to remind the hostess that she should call the cook (~7/7:15 am). Additionally, some cakes and cookies do not show what is the flavor, when asked the hostess could not inform which cake was it and just laughed and replied "I have no idea." Then she took a piece of the cake and said "I think it's cake of nothing, you know?" and left. This shows a huge lack of professionalism as well as no ownership at her job. 4. Terrible checkout experience: check out takes a long time as well and you have to leave with no receipts. Given it is a business hotel, again, that is a very important factor. Additionally, for room service and breakfast, receipts had to be collected from room service team and waiters, which took a long time (in that day receipt printer was broken) 5. lastly, gym bottle of water is empty many times In general the rooms are OK, but all services in the hotel are terrible, all of them slow and processes very complex. Employees show no interest in assisting guests, even when asked which restaurants to go to. I would never recommend the hotel to someone and makes me wonder if other Novotel have the same quality standard.

Hotel is new, but some signs of use is seen - scratches for example. Cleaning could be better - toilet area especially. Minibar had opened bottle, used towel was displayed in the room. Good hotel but with problems. Breakfast was full.

This should be a nice hotel. They tried... they don't accomplish. It is extremelly dark besides spot light everywhere. Weird bathroom in the middle of the room... but you get used to it and all of the sudden seems to be nice to watch the TV while is having a bath. This is the room. Then, go to the room service - just sucks. One of the night they predict about 30-40 mins to delivery a beef and after 1h30 I had to call them to discover what was going on. They still didn't have a clue when my dinner would be delivered. I ordered before 9pm and it arrived around 11h20pm. And just comes as

« It was a quite busy time, due to the hotel looks like overbooked. »

it was a low staff for many people arriving or leaving, it was not a goo arriving experience, it was not possible to enjoy the breakfast due to the high price fee. The cleaning was also jeopardized dye to this low staff.
