The experience was good but some areas for improvements - gym - could have a sensor light when the guest enter there - reception- could ask if the guest would mind to stay in a room for guests with limited conditions

It was ok, not great but ok. The hotel has a very good location but failed in some details. was in a business trip arriving in the morning and when i got there i was informed my room was not available and few minutes it was and they put me in a room special for disable people.

Friendly and helpful reception team. Adequate breakfast selection. Good location and decent walk to Gonzaga Beach. Mini mall next door with mini grocery store and small food court. About 15-minutes taxi ride to Santos Cruise Port (we stayed for 2 nights here before boarding our transatlantic cruise). Bathroom is nice with good shower pressure. Bed is too soft however. Could be better if a little firmer. Food prices in Santos are quite expensive though. Dining in Dubai is cheaper.

We had a very good experience. Hotel was full (which is expected for Reveillon), but the personnel worked their best to support the guests. Breakfast strategy to use the business center was just perfect. Extended breakfast times were also a very good idea and must be mentioned. A little concern goes against the corridors cleanliness. They were very dirt but we can accept that as a trade off for the hotel being full and the personnel focused on other tasks. Kudos to the GM Cristian. Very helpful, fast on replies and always willing to help. Thanks.

First night was horrible because of the aircon situation. But the staff did a great job in changing the room for the second and third night. Due to the incident on the first night the last night was compensated with a free night stay.

Restaurant does not clean the tables after guests left. Both at dinner and breakfast. Tables are dirty in the restaurant. Dinner took an hour to apprar on the table. Had to request on two fresh towels as housekeeping did not supplied those. On both days had to remind the frontdesk after fourty minutes waiting to bring clean towels. Airco switched off at night. Since the control could not be read it was not possible to check if this was a timer setting.

The hotel is very nice. However, check-in was not so expedite and it took an extremely long time for the check-out. gthere was a very disgusting odor (as of a dead animal) in the lobby.

Both when I checked in and checked out, the reception was attended by only one person, and queue was left unattended very long. Especially when we check out, time is essential to go to business. There must be some one behind the office. Customer attendance should be most prioritized.

The experience with our hotel room was not very pleasant. At arrivel, I've tried to make a room change at the front desk, however the experience was very frustrating, however on the next day the during breakfast, I had an opportunity to speak and share my experience with Mr. Rodolpho Hesselbach Senior Business Relationship Manager. The reception placed me in a room with a mobile air conditioned, that noised all long night, as the result, I didn't sleep. I took breakfast around 9h AM and leave the hotel. I didn't eat anything up to arrive at my place, but I faced upset stomachs and nausea due to had eaten something out of specification served at breakfast. I am so far under the effects of medications. I am really disappointed.

Our food and beverage area follows rigid food safety standards, including, all items served have samples for a possible laboratory analysis if is needed. When cases such as your own occur, and when we receive the information in time to act, a detailed investigation is carried out, since the first symptoms of a food poisoning occur between 12h and 72h after the ingestion of the intoxicated foods, as a result, our samples are stored for 72 hours according to health surveillance standards. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. It was a warm room Aircon was off There was a portable one, but was too noisy and did nt work properly A shame for this hotel
