1. in overall it was the best , but on the day of taking breakfast with my family actually we were not happy due to croud & non arangement from supervissor and shortage of space at resturant . 2. Wi Fi . range should be increased to cover all areas ( inside the hotels & other areas ).

Whilst we are delighted to receive a score of 100 out of 100 we are sorry that there were some elements that disappointed you. Despite making every effort to turn tables round as quickly as possible sometimes guests unfortunately have to wait to be seated at breakfast, especially if you've timed your arrival at a busy time. We are looking at ways to alleviate frustrations and are always happy to receive suggestions from guests. Free WiFi is available across the complex so we are sorry that you felt it was not. I am so grateful for Safaa the sales manager who meets everyone's needs, the city cafe team that greets me by name, with a smile and morning coffee makes my day brighter. Derek who so graciously equipped with skill attended to an emergency and made me feel safe. If I had a problem with my room the housekeeping manager, Yamini attended to my request. I did have favorite place to eat The bookstore where Kamal greeted me.

Excellent customer service from concierge, to restaurant services, sports lounge, gym and pool service, maintenance, house keeping, among others. The staff are well trained, helpful, friendly and eager to be of service within a second of call or contact. After two years stay @ Adagio Aparthotel, I'd highly recommend their services to anyone or organization interested in a business friendly family environment.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our rooms - extremely dirty stained wall to wall carpeting in all of rooms. It caused us all dust allergy and poor sleep because of that. Unlikely to return unless absolutely no other options!

I see that you were booked to stay at the Novotel and were moved to the adagio as you were unhappy with the carpet in your room. Although the carpet is stained I can assure you that it has been cleaned extensively. We identified that the anti-stain treatment is faulty and are currently awaiting delivery of new carpets. Fitting will take place in the New Year and we hope that you will then return to stay with us as your experience will be entirely different. « did not make use of the services, accept cleaning of unit twice in our 7 days stay »

Had a issue on checking in, we had been reallocated by RCI from Emirates Spring to Adagio, where a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was booked and confirmed by RCI. On relocation the confirmation stated that we wood receive the same accommodation at Adagio. On arrival we were informed that a 1 bed unit with 1 bathroom will be allocated to us. This even after providing the RCI confirmation that we would get like for like. After speaking to a lady via telephone, and totally refusing to accept the 1 bed, we were then offered 2 1 bed units, but were then give a 2 bedroom Unit. The unit was definitely not 5 star rating. Melissa at reception was very helpful in all this even provided refreshments while we waited to be checked in, as the unit was not ready yet.

The rooms are a satisfactory size, with simple, comfortable furniture. Facilities in bathroom / washrooms are good. Kitchen is also satisfactory except the cooking ring operation is unusual! Bed linen, pillows, quilt and towels are good standard. Main issue is the air conditioning - the humidity in the rooms was very high some months ago and was slightly reduced. The humidity in the rooms is again high and has not been resolved by maintenance - it would seem that the fault requires qualified Engineers to undertake a survey to determine root cause rather the normal maintenance 'tweaking'.
