The overall experience was ok. Some improvements are necessary, such as the outlets in the room that were falling from the wall. Also, the floor needs to be better cleaned, as well as the trays and utensils used for the breakfast. The beep within the elevator was also broken/too loud. Good that you offer a free parking space, but bad that you charge extra for the breakfast.

The hotel is super modern and clean. I just had some problems with just one person at the front desk, for so many guests. Also during the evening no one was there to attend. Water at the room would be nice too.

« I changed the hotel in the afternoon. It smells bad, and the location is considered unsafe. »

Booking was messed up, and the reception tried to help. While they claimed to have bi-lingual staff, no one spoke English. The room had a stink. The area around the place was considered to be unsafe. I decided not to sleep in the hotel (though had paid) and left in the afternoon.

The hotel surrounding area is one of the most safe in town, lots of guests walks to and from the hotel at late hours and until now we did not have any known incident. Good stay, but the only prson available to make the endless process of check-in, parking, sandwiches, etc ... does compromise the overall experience.

« Basic but good »

The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent with good pressure. A couple of things missing include hand towels, coffee making facilities in the room and tissues. The towels were threadbare which is surprising for a fairly new hotel. Extra pillows in the room would also be good. The staff were excellent, especially the young guy on the late night shift who checked us in with no fuss. Overall an enjoyable stay.

All the hotel without water for 3 hours without information to us. My wife was taking shower and the water stopped.

« Too pricey for what it has to offer »

The service provided is okay - no major complaint. But I expected more for the price I paid. For example, there is no restaurant in the hotel, not even a very simple one... all you have is frozen dishes that are thrown in the microwave and costs at least 3 times more than you would normally pay for it. Even in the simplest of things there is a sensation of too much cost savings. For instance, there is no description of services available in a booklet in the room, not even the "menu": one has to go to the elevator to see what's offered. Seriously?! Call an elevator just to check if there is something you can order from the kitchen? The message that it conveys is very simple: we want a large profit margin, and that's all we care about.

Thank you for your review Mr Almer. Our restaurant offer a sort of dishes from 7 pm to 22:30 pm. The dishes are made using the "sous vide" method. Which consists in cooking the meal on a low temperature for several hours on a vacuum package. We regenerate the meal using boiling water. Ibis does not offer room service, instead we have a 24 hour bar and reception at your disposal. If is there anything we can do to provide you a better stay please inform us. I booked a room, by phone, for 2 adult and one child. After I had checked in I was told my room only contained a twin bed and no additional beds were available. It was 1 a.m. and I had to find a place to spend the night with my wife and 7 year old son..
