The reception staff has a hard time speaking English if you go at hours beyond the 8 to 8 shift.I went to the desk to tell them I was making my stay one day shorter...we had two rooms...it was impossible to get through to them.There was no one that could speak English ...in the end I contacted Accor Hotel hotline and that was even worse...they told me wI had to do it with the hotel...ACCOR needs to get these things in order.If you are a 5 star hotel and do not have bilingual staff at reception 24 hours a day there you are not a five star hotel.We like everything about this hotel except the fact half of the time most of the staff does not understand what we want.

The best thing about this hotel is the location; and it is relatively new in decoration. However the staff need to be properly trained if this hotel should be qualify as a Pullman. I booked non smoking room, but when i checked in there was ash tray and matches in the room, and the carpet smelling of cigarettes? The staff dont speak much english at all, it was hard to communicate. The TV only has 1 english channel - no CNN or BCC or anything in English except 1 channel. Thats ridiculous. They claim to have a lounge but its never open. They have a lot to improve about this hotel

The hotel is clean and nice, so was the room. BUT THE AC is always turned off and the room becomes very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Very disappointed that for an international hotel the Tv doesn’t have any English Chanel’s ,also the rooms are not as clean

When I can, I like to stay in a Pullman. I find that the quality of the staff is what makes the difference. In the hotel in Shishi I have found the staff from the concierge, receptionist, up to the management to be welcoming and helpful. They frequently go out of their way to make my stay a pleasant and stress-free one.

Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the hotel, And great to see it is keeping up to Pullman standards, Room was very nice, Thank you for the upgrade, check in was very quick, I don't recall the name of your colleague there who spoke excellent English, Loved the breakfast and even the Dinner buffet. Was surprised at the size of the hotel, and also very happy to see it is up to usual Pullman standard, Check in and out was super efficient. Lounge was very nice and the staff there very hospitable, the Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice to see dinner buffet including the house wines. Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to going back.

Been here last year. It looked new and grand the first visit but this trip condition of hotel seems dropped. Entrance carpet with stained, lobby lounge area was not clean on floor also tables not wiped when i was there waiting for friend. Toilet area of my bathroom not cleaned well with unpleasant smell.
