My stay was generally smooth, I just noticed a few changes in the menu on breakfast, but I think it is just a cyclical change. Perhaps the gym, sauna and jacuzzi should extend operation until midnight to cater those coming in late.

the rooms are well kept and clean. location may not be exactly in the center of the city as eateries are few and good. breakfast at the ground floor cafe need improvement on the selection and quality of food items. front desk staff are courteous but need brushing up on the english language

« A true five star hotel »

Again this hotel didn't disappoint me. The room is up to my expectations. The breakfast is reasonable. The gym is just right for me. I didn't have time for the swimming pool. But the best was the service courtesy. Inspite of the light season, the Executive Club maintained a very friendly attitude.

In a very brief description, I feel the staff's attention and care to its guests. Special mention to Roy of the concierge for arranging my pick up service and making sure my flight details are accurate and the service is there on time.

I was so disappointed by my last visit because I was not given an upgrade even with my record stay of almost 30 days in a span of 7 months. I asked the receptionist to upgrade me to a suite considering i am a gold card member of ACCORPLUS and have many night stay at Shishi Pullman Mattison . The reception check the computer and agreed that indeed I am a regular guest and have stayed there for many nights. She said that she will ask the duty manager about my request. After a few minutes she come out and together with the male manager and said he can not give an upgrade . although I am a gold member he can not give me an upgrade. What really got me really upset is the he follow it up by saying if even you are a Platinum card member he still will not give me an upgrade to suite. This hotel is new but the staff there are constantly changing. I can hard see a regular staff in my less than one stay. The staffs are poorly trained to live up to a Pullman's Hotel.

the hotel is nice and clean..however ....im always in business trip ,and after a long working day to not have a nice quiet place to eat dinner apart of the room service which is so limited food variety is I big disappointment for me .

This was my 3rd time at Shishi Pullman. Same issue happened everytime. 1.English speaker Only 2people can communicate well. I ubderstand there are more Chinese customer, but hotel is international brand 5star hotel. More international people coming now. Hard to communicate with hotel people at the lobby bar and lounge. Really bad when I did phone call for room service and any additional request. Need to improve this. 2.Lounge Hotel doesn't open lounge. I complained this lst two times. I met international travelers at the lounge. They had same bad experience. People spen money for lounge access, but hotel doesn't open it. How come hotel do this? People spend extra money but no benefit. No matter there are no platinum member nor executive room people, hotel have to open the lounge everyday. 3.Spa Still cannot use sauna and jaccuzi. Zero service at the spa. Have to open for customers. 4.Laundry service I requested in the morning and hotel had to send it bacl around 6pm. But no clothes back to my room until later night. That day was my last night at the hotel, but they told me they can return it next day. No english speaker, so it was terrible to talke with people. Finally I've received all of my clothes after midnight. This was unusual, bad experience. 5.Smoking Hotel doesn't care Chinese peopel's smoking at the lobby, lobby bar and elevator. I saw several cigaret and ash onthe floor and elevator. This is disgusting and really bad. Hotel need to strictly control this. I like this hotel although there's nothing around this hotel. Like room and food at the hotel and I also expected good service as Accor platinum member. I expected better and improved service everytime I book the hotel. But don't expect anymore. There's new Hilton hotel opened 15-20mins distance from the hotel. Acccor needs to focus on improving service.

This hotel with very good facilities such as steam bath, sauna and Big Gym Room, however for the Jacuzzi they only operate for 3 person and above, for those alone like me at that point of time only one person is unable to enjoy this Jacuzzi, this is very unfair as I am paying the same amount of room rate just because less than 3 person during that time period. Very delicate breakfast and friendly staff. The bed a bit not comfortable and have room to improve it.

The infraestructure of the hotel when they travel 3 person is really low! The quality for the 3rd guest! We book for 3 person and even we have to pay extra cost for the extra bed! The staff don't properly speak English not that handy when you are in China! It was a offer in breackfast but we could't get it!

Hi, I have stayed in the pullman the 3rd time in shishi, this time was not a great experience. 1/ The room air condition did not work, i understand it is winter but some clients need air condition and not heater to sleep, your room both HEAT AND COOL didnt have any cold air, being a 5 star hotel this is a basic need in a room to adjust as per your customers liking. 2/ The people at the breakfast didnt know how to make the eggs properly was a little upsetting as breakfast is the most important meal of our day. 3/ The a la cart dinner was horrible, we asked them penne with white sauce, they brought spaghetti with red sauce, they dont even know whats the difference between penne and spaghetti. You really need a new cook there, we over paying for bad food. 4/ The smoking rooms did not have good ventilation the smoke didnt leave the room as quickly. Even i am a smoker i dont like my room to smell like smoke all night when i sleep. Finally I am only writing this because I really like the rooms in your hotel but from the first stay to this 3rd stay the hotel has changed alot, I feel there is been a change in management or something. I hope my next stay will be better. I will try one more time and then will move hotels. Best Regards, Kevin

The hotel building and facilities are great, I would have liked more english speakers, VPN in the wifi (as the Pullman PowerLong does in Xiamen) and more vegetarian dishes in the menu

My room was clean and lovely. Lobby breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. They offer a great variety of food. Nice staff members. Only a bad feeling was about their Chinese restaurant. No price indicated on the menu. Even you want to order some very common dishes , should need to wait for their quotation. It's ridiculous.
