Comfortable large room with lovely balcony outlook over the gardens. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice & staff were very friendly. Only negative comment is that TV reception was very poor with signal cutting in & out. Very comfy bed.

Receptionist was friendly, however being part of Accor, I would have expected her to be in uniform, she was wearing a jumper, not very professional!! The taps weren't attached to the tiles. Bed was very uncomfortable No bottled water in the minibar Mirrors were dirty Floormat was very small Only two towels, for an overnight stay for two people I would have expected four towels.

The room was clean and tidy and the fact there was housekeeping on Saturdays made a difference

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. Noticed that the breakfast choices were somewhat reduced compared to previous visits. Also thought the refurbishment of our room left it rather spartan and the wall murals are horrible.

Food at the restaurant was fantastic and enjoyed our free buffet breakfast each morning during our stay. My only issue was the distance of designated smoking areas to our room. I personally felt very uncomfortable walking down to the smoking area by the tennis courts at night in the dark. The lights weren't working during my stay and it was very exposed to all of the elements. I understand not all customers smoke, but to me it seemed a little strange to have balconies and deem them all non smoking, other hotels we have stayed at allowed smoking on the balconies in certain rooms. Their only request was to use the ashtray provided and not smoke in the rooms themselves. But all in all would be happy to stay again. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and the receptionist was professional, helpful and friendly.

For a Mecure Resort the whole experience was below par. Sparcely furnished room, a receptionist who was difficult to understand verbally. Sign on reception door was turned to 'closed' even though they were in there. Location seems a distance away from beach (our stay was only overnight so we did not venture to find out). $50 security deposit deducted from account overnight after our stay (seemed to be refunded a day later, but strangely account shows no record of deduction or credit now). Smorgasboard breakfast was ok, but food lukewarm.

It was a nice stay But... Our room would have been lovely although kept me awake with a super bad headache all night due to an extremely bad damp smell. We couldn’t get the V8 channel to work on tv and were told they definitely had the channel but couldn’t fix it. I desperately to book in for a massage and waited for a call (as reception were going to ring them for me) but never received a call. I also repeatedly rang myself with no answer at all, not even an answering machine to leave a message. I was extremely disappointed! Dinner was lovely but older female waitress was extremely un-friendly and didn’t order our veggies, so we had to go without.

Check in staff and room cleanliness very good. Restaurant staff (maitre de) could do with some customer service awareness. She does not own the tea bags, and giving us a Spanish inquisition when asking for 2 extra teabags for our room is quite bizarre. Funny how the small things and one staff member can ruin a whole experience. I heard her give a similar experience to another lady looking for a jug or cup under the buffet, and again very surly the next day during breakfast. Retraining on customer service up to the usual good Accor Hotels standard would perhaps help.

The room was pretty good, but i was missing a chair, but it wasn't really a problem. I liked the kitchen appliances, especially the fridge, which was of good size.

Ideally situated to enable exploring and experiencing the beautiful south coast of NSW! Staff were all extremely professional and courteous, room was incredibly well cleaned, with luxurious manchester on the extra large bed, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Breakfast in the restaurant was a very pleasant way to start the day with a wide variety of food choices and options to partake and indulge in.

The hotel is great place to stay whether for one night or longer. The rooms are clean and spacious with magnificent views of the mountains. The staff are very friendly and happyly provide good service. I will definately be staying there again and also look forward to enjoying the pool.

Reception staff were good, room was clean and a good size, BUT, it is the small things. Went to the restaurant to ask for a couple of extra teabags, the lady running the restaurant wanted to give us the third degree, told us that reception needed to approve, they were closed, eventually she did allow me to collect 2 extra teabags, because of the queue of people behind me waiting to be seated. Her attitude was no better in the morning, think she lost her job in the post office. Because of her alone, we would not return. She made us feel most uncomfortable. Staff training and helping, not quizzing the customer with such simple requests would be a good start. A shame really...
