The stay was ok . Security guy Blanco was very rude, stopped me from going in the elevator and had front desk verify my paper work. I was there 2 days and saw him earlier that evening. Extremely rude and did not apologize .. I was going to extend my stay and opt out on leaving instead that same evening.

The bed is not comfortable at all. The windows were very dirty . The restaurant experience was not pleasant. It took more than 30 min for a chicken soup. The hotel needs to be more clean in the lobby . The elevators were awfully slow.

Rooms was very clean. Good soundproofing for a good rest. Very good breakfast buffet at convenient price. Some aspects could be improved but nothing dramatic, overall I had a positive experience: Check-in seemed a little slow. Mattress felt a bit hot as it is covered with some plastic/waterproof material. Bedsheets were not fitted too well, causing a little discomfort. The room is small but that was expected

Thoroughly enjoyed a hot shower which has been hard to come by in our travels of Colombia. Reception helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Room and bed was comfortable, couldn’t get TV towork but that’s okay cause we had great wifi. Also great view right out to the ocean from the room and restaurant. Breakfast had great selection but bacon inside of two types ofeggs (fried & scrambled) would have been nice in the hot selection.

My stay was great. Good location. Great breakfast. Comfortable stay. I did have one issue that is not solved yet. I had a jacket cleaned by the hotel and it appears this was lost. I was told it would be mailed to me in the United States and I still have not received the jacket or heard from the hotel regarding this.

I had a nice time and loved the decor and location near the beach. The hotel was also very close to the airport and the fare was very affordable. The only complaint I have is that there was maintenance / construction being done the first 3 days I was there. There was banging right above my head early in the morning which interrupted my sleep. Next time, please do the construction in the afternoon hours when people aren't sleeping.
