« Very clean and comfortable stay, includes great breakfasts! »

Everything was very smooth from the check in until check out, hotel staff were very attentive and prompt. Love the complimentary mini bar! Would be great if it included more local korean drinks, to let visitors get accustomed to local cuisine. Hotel cleaner was very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious with a good view of the area.

« Disgusting!! »

You must improve cleaning ! Room , bedding a and bathroom stunk , I couldn’t sleep! I booked the room for 2 nights but cancelled due to odors! I have Never seen such a disgusting 4 star hotel . The light of the room was too dark . Overall very unpleasant staying for the price . $50 worthy room!

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, incredibly helpful reception staff. I found the room was overheated and I couldn’t turn the heating down from the controls... but after I figured out how to open a window that problem was solved. The complimentary water was appreciated, as were the Argan toiletries and hairdryer. Thank you.

Second time stayed here. Love this hotel, friendly staffs. Excellent locations. Yeoksam station and bus is just a few minutes walk. Starbucks is a across the street and so many restaurants close by.

« Fantastic location in Gangnam area »

One minute walk from the 삼성역 or the nearby airport bus station. Convenient for the travellers with baggages. Feel safe even I’m a solo female traveler at the hotel. Welcome drink and a gift were received from the receptionist and the English of the staff is fluent. The critics I gave may be about the towels. All about the whiteness. Some towels look quite old though they smell clean. I hope that the hotel could be generous enough to offer complimentary breakfast for some long stay travelers.

The room was fine. But I used the hotel WiFi to pay for something on the Internet. Shortly afterward, my credit card info was used fraudulently at Fossil and Ugg. Clearly someone at your hotel stole my credit card info.
