Stay was good the only issue is that you do not give a microwave in the room so that your guest if they buy food from outside they can warm it. Since you do not have a buffet service for Dinner as well.

I've always complained the high frequency sound from somewhere outside. Almost every time I stayed. However, I didn't see any change over a year.

My stay was a very pleasant experience the staff exceptional in delivering excellent guest services very well explained in English in a very warm comfortable atmosphere the food was exceedingly above and beyond in quality and preparation as well as presentation and above all tasted wonderful the top floor very nicely finished with a lovely view. The hotel is very well located near everything in Gangnam My friends and I will plan to return to the Mercure again when in Seoul the staff should be commended for having the quality of wonderful honesty and integrity I thought I lost my billfold and when I came back to my room the cleaning staff had left it for me where I could find it on top of the freshly made bed..Thankyou

Everything is good, but one thing to mention The bath room water will flow out of the door, even you closed the door and very take care to bath. The first night when I bath and didn't have experience on it, the water flow out to the living room. Thank you the room cleaner hereto clear the tower I put out of the bath room everyday.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest underground station. The airport limousine bus also stops just round the corner. Hotel amenities are good, although the restaurant is not open in the evening. Dinner is, however, served in the cafe/bar area. The lounge on the 21st floor may be pleasant in the summer, but it is very cold in the winter. Staff are polite and helpful.
