Recomended hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Near to Soekarno Hatta airport. Especeially when we get inform if bus shuttle is full we will get another shuttle and this very nice service.

« Ok place to stay just for 1 night »

The stay was ok. We had hoped for a transportantion from the airport to the hotel Upon arrival but received no repply. We also were not informed about the shuttle possibility. Luckily we could TaKe the shuttle the next day when leaving. Hotel room was as promised except that these was a welcome note on the table for some one else than us. The hotel restaurant was abit of a flop. The staff did not seem to know what they were serving and food would arrive at different times. Food was nothing special to mention. Sadly other places were either closed or too far away. All in all hotel was clean and we got a good nights sleep. Thank you.

The airport shuttle bus is easy and convenient. The hotel is whisper quiet and clean. The wifi is scant. The restaurant out the back served quite a pleasant evening meal thou the mozzies were a problem in the restaurant. (Not in our room)

« Great stay, but transport an issue. »

Super friendly front desk staff really great. Getting to and from the hotel was a hassle. I had to speak to 10 different people to figure out where the shuttle was and even then, there were no markings, so I was never sure if I was in the right place or when it was coming. Also, the highway system makes it a long slog in and out of the hotel as it the shuttle/taxi has to travel a long distance before doubling back. It kind negates the whole point of being at the airport hotel.

We picked this hotel because we have stayed here before. Having gone for medical treatment in Malayasia we needed somewhere to stay before our on going flight to Ambon. We also didn't want to get stuck in traffic in Jakarta. We appreciate the shuttle service back to the airport. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot which we needed to refresh us.

Good recognition of Platinum LCAH benefits and privilege. Room and bathroom cleanliness improved significantly since the last stay. Internet WiFi connection not reliable and cannot open anything. Free mineral waters only 2 bottles not sufficient, in my opinion especially for elite members LCAH the mineral waters should be free of charge. Breakfast selection good enough but the chef at egg station not understand or know poached egg. I usually order poached egg and white omelette for breakfast. The white omelette looks terrible in shape and portion. Air conditioner takes long time to cooling the room.

Dirty carpets in the corridors. Creaking and clanking bed. Bedsheet hardly covered mattress on one side. Tables in restaurant (for breakfast) not cleared and cleaned. No cups for coffee, coffee machine not working (several people waiting for someone to attend to it), at 9:30 am. Waited 10 minutes just to checkout. Reception staff served a guy jumping the queue. Hotel shuttle (even though reserved and confirmed again at checkout) stopped in front of entrance, driver walked around and organized 2 taxis for a flight crew and then drove off empty while me and another person were waiting right next to the bus. Security ended up calling a taxi.

I had 4 different booking for 13 pax should be 8tooms but 1 room 1pax could not, even I showed confirmation from hotels. Com. I have to find a room for neighborhood hotel. It was non refundable rate so already paid but refused to check in by the hotel front office.

Not too comfort. Fire alarm ringed in my room. Two staffs came, one of them accused me with one baby n a child smoking. Meanwhile the water in bathroom was too hot that caused smoked. They checked and leaved us just like that. One guy said sorry but the other I think security didnt give even a smile.

The hotel actually very nice. But, in some point there is lack of person services and again maybe this because the overload guest that staying at Ibis Jakarta Airport. I was booked 4 rooms at that time for my wedding days and on first night there is 1 room that should be double single beds and they give us single queen bed. When I ask to change the room, the staff is quite rude and ask me to come to receptionist and prove that I am booking wrongly (they said I booke a single queen bed but the actual booking is double single beds). When the staff knowing that he was wrong about my booking, he didnt apologize to me about this matter and insist that the room is full booked. As I also insist that I already booked and I do want Double Single Beds and suddenly he said that he will change the room from 6th floor to 2nd floor while I also ask that I want all my booked room at 6th floor. Well, in the end I supposed that the staff is lk Iie to customer and he give me Double Single Bed room on 6th floor. Very rude the staff. I also ask if they can decorate the room for wedding photoshot with fake flower or something about that. And all the receptionist staff said they can do the decoration. I ask for 3 times to decorate and remind them but in the end I must decorate my self for this and none from the hotel site. The breakfast was splendid, they serve alot of food from 3am til 10am.
