« OK but rooms need some maintenance »

Stay was fine but toilet would not flush correctly. I reported this twice but was not fixed so asked to change room which was done. Asked for registration card night before I left but it was not prepared for the morning and had to be made as I waited to check out.

« The room is clean and comfortable. »

The food in the restaurant is quite good. The rooms are clean and in order. A minibar would be nice. Breakfast is riech and good. The big chalenge is to keep it so for years to come.

All was good and I had a good time. But just 2 small inconveniences. Shower temperature adjustment was bad - the water temperature changed unexpectedly without my help, which is not very nice. And since there was a line at the check-in and I had a big heavy hand-bag and a laptop case to carry - it would be nice to have a stand for such items. The reception girl advised to put them on the reception desk..and I had to do it, because the bags were too heave, but it didn't feel right.

Each room is equipped with individual temperature regulator where you can choose the right temperature. Regarding the breakfast, I can assure you, that the food choice is greater that it was last year. And as you rightly put it, only 1 coffee-machine has been working. Every thing was satisfactory from the moment I entered the hotel. People were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Only improvement opportunity would be storage as I cloths for two weeks and air con as that didn't seem to work so I had to open the window. Minor issues compared to the rest being so good

It was a pleasant surprise that all the employees could speak English. What I did not like was that there was no option to open the window in the room. Even with the airconditioning it was quite warm in the room.
