Location is perfect. Room upgrade is highly appreciated. Breakfast is nice, in a "sipid" restaurant. The only issue is, 2 of the 3 capsules for Nespresso machine in the room were not genuine Nespresso capsules, and the quality of this coffee is much worse compared to genuine Nespresso

I stay regularly in this hotel when in Lipetsk for business. Each time the hotel is a great experience except that the temperature in the rooms is abnormally high. I think the airconditioning is simple not switched on, it is the same every time. Last week it was outside 13 degrees but in the morning 24 degrees in my room. I could hear the vents running but the air coming out was warm instead of cool. My colleagues have the same experience, so please do something about it.

It's one of the best Mercure hotels where I've ever stayed. It has a structure which places this property among the top notch lodging facilities of the whole Accor Group. The front desk team is extremely friendly, helpful and totally fluent in English (something very rare in Russia). The breakfast is excellent, beyond any comparison, with a complimentary coffee machine which is one of the high notes in this area. The lobby is really ample and relaxing. The rooms are extremely comfortable.

no complains - everything was fine and the hotel cleanness was perfect. Small remark to the Schlagbaum at the parking in front of the Hotel- the Identification system of the plastic card did not work in t he cold period properly.

I'm loyal client of Mercure in Lipetsk and like quality of rooms and overall infrastructure and location, however this time I must pass my feedback with hope that I might improve something... First of all I have booked two rooms, for me and my colleague for two nights and I have email saved... That was done asking to use corporate discount applied for Tetra Laval employees.. When we arrived at night, it appeared we were booked only for one night and not even night we arrived, but the next one. So receptionist didn't apologize, stating its not your fault, but fault of reservation service... To be honest for me it is doesn't matter who's fault, as long as it is one brand, which is Mercure.. and they should be smart enough to understand frustration and apologize on behalf of hotel. Second point is, due to this mistake, the only option we had is to ask reception to book current night and make sure we stay two days in the same rooms... It was done, but the rate for the first night was 5200RUB and for the one initially booked is 3600RUB. And it is for both me and my colleague. Why should we pay 1600x2 from our pocket for the mistakes Hotel does and why you cant fix such mistakes professionally? So that on top of frustration additional charge is not applied? Another point keeping situation described above aside. Two times in a raw with two months interval I arrive to Mercure Lipetsk and order meat. First time in September it was beef stake, this time it was pork on ribs(or without ribs..) Both times your meat was unacceptable! Hard and dry! I already forgot when last time I tried meat of such poor quality elsewhere... This should be solved asap in my opinion.

It was the most disappointing stay from the beginning. First, I approached the priority desk and nobody was there. 2 ladies available asked me to queue with everyone one for 15 min. Why the priority benefits are not provided? No room upgrade as well this time. Then, I ordered and paid the taxi and the next morning nothing was arranged. I had to wait for 20 min. and obviously was late to my meetings. I asked for the shift manager to complain, but in the evening nobody was available and in the morning the person simply did not want to come and talk. No excuses, no regrets. The ladies in the reception told, that if I am disappointed with anything, I can complain to central hot line. Nobody called me afterwords: neither the shift manager, nor the hotel manager. No excuses. Embarrassing client experience for platinum member.

I can't anymore compare as I always stay in this hotel when I'm in Lipetsk. Service, accomodation, restaurant ,everything is outstanding I can only recomend It's the same comment as alst time as it was already elogious.

Quiet room, comfortable, very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast very disappointing not as good as previous stays, omelets weren't as nice as normal, the range of hot food wasn't as good as usual and when asked if they'd cook me some fried eggs was told it would take 15 minutes

I don't drink alcohol. It's my life position. This time I ordered non alcohol bear in restaurant. They brought me alcohol one. I didn't cach and drunk it. It made my evening extreemly uncomfortable. I was notice it at last momet. By the way I had plans to drive car That is why this time only 8
