The staff are nice and helpful. However, the toilet is seperate with the basin which is very inconvenience. By the way, the light in front of the beds cannot be well operated, we have told the staff but finally it not yet be changed. The breakfast is good and coffee is very nice.

We booked this hotel as we need somewhere close to the station as we were travelling early the next day. Overall it met our needs. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English which helped as my French was limited. The room was good, clean, tidy and comfortable.

My room air conditioner was not working. It was so hot I was sweating. The desk clerk looked up my room and commented that their was a problem with the cooling. He did give me another room that the air worked but the vents were missing. I was very confused and disappointed that Mercure knew of the problem with the room but assigned it to me anyway. The desk clerk just smiled and said "yes we know there is a problem". No comfort to me to have to make 4 trips moving my things 2 floors. Not up to Mercure standards or even close. I would avoid

We arrived in Paris by Euro star and wanted a hotel near to Gate du Nord. It was a few minutes walk . I had booked in on line the day before so it was quick to have our room key issued on arrival. Our room on the 6th floor was clean and well equipped but rather small. The wall between bedroom and bathroom was coloured glass so not very private. Unfortunately our room was next to the lift so we were woken by the lift call button . Overall a satisfactory hotel for a two night stay.

All together a bad experience from the size of the room to the shower that you can barely get in and out of it! The receptionist at check out was terrible and unprofessional! Will never stay at this location again and I will rethink about staying with this brand! I’m diamond with Hilton platinum for life with SPG and Also top tier with IHG

We are a couple wanting a Paris escape. This Hotel is close to Gare du Nord, which has direct access to CDG Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't avail ourselves of onsite Breakfast but visited a different local cafe each morning to get local atmosphere. Air conditioning worked well and we had no noise from main road or Adjacent Gare de l'Est yards. We are not young but are mildly adventurous and enjoy new experiences.

Upon arrival. Greeted by check in staff. Upgraded my room to privilege room as platinum member benefit. But Too Bad Its A Handicapp Room. Shower was a mess and all my toiletries bag n some make up were wet. The next day make a complaint again and they move me to another room which is perfect. Some flaws that I find about housekeeping service. Never replace toiletries everyday Mini Bar Also not replaced everyday

No major problems. Wifi was working really good. Staff was friendly. Most importantly, the hotel was close to both Gare du Nord and l’Est. The surrounding area did not look clean or safe. Given that the big Mercure opposite has closed this hotel is the nearest Mercure to the Gare du Nord. It was perfectly acceptable although under staffed. The breakfast was OK but I did not feel to use it on the 2 & 3 mornings of my stay.

It’s Uncomfortable to sleep with the room getting that hot. You should be able to swipe into the front door late at night, had to wait outside for staff to come back to the desk. Hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was great apart from the air con.
