Disappointing because there was a lot of dust caused, presumably, by the building work going on next door overlooking the pool, plus the constsnt noise. The staff were mostly helpful but some didn't seem to care.

The stay was pleasant and i got the value for my money. House keeping service was very good. Room service was equally bad and terrible. Disinterested people were answering the lines to take the order and food menu and taste is very bad. Orders came very late and very bad menu choices.

The first impression was not good, as no one came to assist us at the reception. We need to carry our luggage from car to the scanning machine, no one assisted/helped us. I had booked Goan room for my parents, but at the time of check-in, it was told that the room is not vacant, please use the normal room, that was very wrong even when I had paid the full amount 10~15days before. Afterwards, it was very pleasant staying with Ibis styles Goa for 3nights. Specifically the house keeping was awesome and very cooperative, to be very precise Mr. Keshav (housekeeping) was very energetic and was full of support always. From The front desk, Mr. Anish supported a lot in all means and was the best friend in ibis. Another thing which need to be resolved is the AC issue at Spice it restaurant, which never works. It was nice experience to stay, very good hospitality and nice and clean rooms hotel staff is co-operative especially "BUDDHADEV". nice ambiance nice view and clean pool but in room service was too slow it takes 30 to 45 min. to serve food. this is the worst part of the hotel. otherwise it was amazing stay

I enjoyed my stay. Clean pools, lot of things for kids to play. Food was a rip-off but I learned my lesson on 1st day. I would definitely suggest to my friends if they are not looking for a great room service. Enjoyed free ride to beach, foot massage, bikes all very good.

« Just average hotel with high price »

Pros: Good complimentary services such as drinks, food for kids, casino vouchers, cab for beach, etc... Cons: Breakfast really needs lot of improvement. We had breakfast for 3 days and it was same menu all the time and also the items were not avaialable at one place after 10:30 AM. Out of frustation I left the breakfast and had it outside at mehak-e-punjab. Also you must have good spread including North Indian menu. It was a feeling of having the breakfast in South india having dosa, idli,wada on all 3 days. - price should be less for this hotel. - to be honest this hotel was looking as a dharamshala to me as people were hanging their wet clothes in the balcony. - Service should be improved as simple milk/tea/coffee was also taking 35 mins to come to room.

very bad experience worst service and quality of food have drop rooms not cleaned every time need to call housekeeping swimming pool showers were not working so guest use to direct to the pool before having shower after paying such heavy amount was not upto the mark i would say don't even think stay

The best part about the hotel is the hospitality if the staff which includes the reception, restaurant and house keeping especially (Devankar). It's a beautiful place to stay. Overall the property is really good. Good amenities. Pool was also good.

Welcome drink should be provided to guest on arrival ???? No exhaust fan in toilet As compare to no. of rooms. Restaurant area is very small. Buffe rates are on higher side. WiFi Connectivity was very good Rest of the facilities are very good. Staff behavior is very good Good service, Good food. All the areas of hotel are very neat and clean.

« Was not so Good and not so Bad! »

Restaurant Service Staff service was too good and Reception Staff service in compare to Restaurant Staff was not. Check-in Process was not so welcoming, might be because of we are Member and was not walking customers? We had to change The Rooms allotted to us since there was too much noise of construction work exactly opposite to our balcony. Upon request, we have been shifted to Rooms which are inside. But Housekeeping service, we can't appreciate since we stayed 4 nights among which there was no proper linen service given for 2 nights. First two day/night, there was no footrest even though we reminded several times. The lights was tripping quite often. Unfortunately, We were at GOA for RELAXING but could not able to relax in room.
