we had been to Goa for the first time and had comfortable stay at Ibis Style Goa Hotel the overall staying experience was very nice but you should have more Vegetarian Dishes options in your menu and should also improve the food taste breakfast was very good Bar was excellent but it should be opened till midnight it closes at 11.00 p m but you should provide swimming costumes in your hotel overall staying experience was very good but you guys need to improve food taste .. Overall staying experience was very good at hotel !!!

the hotel was nice and was well maintained, some of staff was rude on reception, not at all co-operative. Food of restaurant was not up to the mark. some of gestures was good as like the hotel is providing free gopro, free pickup and drop to tivai beach, free bicycles.

Major issues with the electrical work at your hotel. whenever we tried to use any of the plugs at the hotel, the MCB would get tripped. It happened nearly 5-6 times during our stay for 2 nights. Moreover, the room service menu was too small & our room being so far off whatever was served to us was not upto the mark & cold.

Room is pretty small. Bathroom is very very small. No emergency light or ups light in bathroom. Water drainage system in bathroom is not well planned. Complemantry BF is awesome but chargeable dinner is not up to the mark. There is no proper road (very narrow) to reach to the hotel from the main road.

We were given an absolute VVIP treatment for our stay. Each and everyone in the staff, from the security, to the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel like V.VIP's I would like to make a special mention of LAV, the front desk manager who made us feel warm and welcomed at all times. We were pampered from the moment we stepped into the hotel. From the welcome drinks to room upgrades to complimentary drinks to almond soaked in water especially for us from the housekeeping to the room decor to a complimentary desert from the restaurant staff. The small things the staff did made a whole world of a difference to our experience. I have stayed at Novotel resort & spa, Goa (earlier Mercure resort & spa) and I thought the service we received there could not be beaten, but the Team at IBIS styles, Goa made it a few notches higher. Would like to mention a few of the numerous people who made the difference to give us the 7 Star service. 1) Housekeeping : Rajesh & samrat. 2) Resturant : Arun, Prathmesh, Vikas, & raj. 3) Front desk / Reception : Hina & pratiksha. 4) Special Mention : LAV - Front desk Manager. 5) Security Staff: I forgot the name :-P The pointer worth mentioning are 1) Room & cleanliness : The rooms were spacious enough for a couple the linen were clean. rooms were serviced very well and the AC temperature which could be adjusted was very ambient. 2) Accessibility : Being in the heart of calangute, everything is near by and walkable. The hotel is situated just a lane off the main road. 3) Food : The breakfast counter was well stocked with a variety of items from bakery items to pohas, parathas idlis etc to live counter like eggs to order, pancakes, dosa etc. we even tried dinner on a la carte basis and the food was excellent. esp the chef's special. My compliments to the chef. 4) Facilities. : Swimming pool was well serviced with resturant & bar staff along with housekeeping for various needs. They also had complimentary shuttle services to the beach and to their sister concerned hotels on request. Apart from that they also have free wifi which is standard along with free usage of Drone camera and leg massagers on request. Not to forget the mini shopping store for your souvenir needs. Free parking and much more. 5) Service : Finally cant stop mentioning enough about the great staff and their impeccable service. I would like to thank one and all for the truly wonderful & memorable experience. Kudos to the entire team of IBIS styles, Goa.
