The hotel room was OK, service was OK, luggage storage was OK, just the arrival not finding reception. We just needed to get used to having to look for people in a room. New concept, OK with concept, just need to get used to it.

« Easy, comfortable and welcoming »

Immediately greeted by a very friendly member of staff who found my booking instantly and asked me what room preference I prefer (on a high floor, away from any noise etc.). The hotel was immaculate. Room perfectly formed, not huge but it has what you need. Blacked-out curtains got me a little disorientated in the morning 'what time is it' and no noise whatsoever. Tea/coffee supplied with a comfy bed. I hadn't booked breakfast but decided to have it on one of the mornings, was lovely, had an array of choices and a very cool lounge/restaurant/chill area. Would definitely use this hotel again. A stone's throw from the station.

I loved my stay in the Ibis Cambridge.I come every three months to Cambridge for work and is the best place to stay around. My company has no problem to pay for an apartment, that is actually more expensive but I always prefer to stay in the hotel as I don't feel lonely. I love the fact that people remains and the stuff is amazing.I've been there I think 4 times now and I'm happy to see Gabriel, who is the most friendly person in the hotel, plus the girls (don't really remember their names but they are always the same people) with a natural fresh attitude.Rooms are clean and very well presented. I really enjoy every time I'm there.

It was my first time with the hotel. The room was minimalist. It had everything that you would need and not and item more. That works great for me. Lighting was as bright as I need. A tabletop work space and coffee pot. Extra pillows and a comfortable bed.

From the moment we walked in the hotel staff could not have be more helpful. We had a room overlooking the train station but we didn't hear any noise at all. Breakfast was extremely good with a lot of choice. I think this is the best Ibis hotel that we have been in.

Once again highly satisfied with your hotel's ambience, location, bedroom, breakfast and, especially, service. You have pretty much got it right! My only complaint is the Ibis/Accor website which just doesn't work from China unlike Premier Inn's - please sort it out as it makes booking (via phone) a pain
