The main problem was mainly in dining area. It would be nice if there were more fruits. Also, air conditioner was making way too cool to feel comfortable. Over all, the staff was very polite. When we asked to change rooms, they helped us without any hesitation and did it with warm smiles in their face. We really enjoyed our experience with your hotel and definitely going to recommend you to our friends.

« One of our Best Holidays ever! Fell in love with Egypt!! »

Beautiful resort, nice rooms, great food, lovely pools & spa, stunning beach, nice & welcoming staff... all is there what is expected from a nice holiday. Resort is beautiful with lovely 4 swimming pools and lovely palm trees. Beach is clean & gorgeous with stunning turquoise and green water of the Red Sea. Rooms are nice & spacious with private balcony & lovely views of the pools & the sea. Every staff member had been so nice, helpful & welcoming. Mariam @ Guest Relations is a nice and very helpful lady with a lovely smile. Mariam helped us to make arrangements for my wife as she has reduced mobility & also booking dinner at the Italian Restaurant on the Valentines day at the very last moment. The receptionists, bell boys, the chefs, waiters & managers at the restaurants, the life guard at the heated pool, the man who cleaned our room everyday, the spa staff, the salesmen selling tours & excursions, boat trip & spa & beauty facilities all had been extremely helpful & nice people. The massage we had was so relaxing. Pedicure and manicure was great. Had lovely snorkeling experience. Last but not least, we enjoyed the entertainment & shows every night, especially the Belly Dance & Tanoura Dance at The Oriental Show were exceptional. The entertainers were very nice, friendly and funny. Food at the Italian Restaurant was lovely. The food at the main La Palme Restaurant offers nice variety of lovely buffet food with live cooking. We loved the soups at lunch and dinner. Deserts & bakery were lovely, with right amount of sugar in it (I'm diabetic but could eat deserts & bakery as the sugar in them was low & right). Would go back for another holiday at this resort any day! On the last day, all staff said good bye to us & were saying they will miss us and asked us to come back again. So nice of them.. we definitely will be back!! Improvements: The room toiletries (Body wash & Shampoo) needs changing as it's not a real good quality; also adding moisturiser to the toiletries would be great. The spa (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) price is too high, should be much cheaper or free. Wifi speed was too slow, needs improving. The Oriental Show was fabulous, could do more shows like these during the week. The cocktail & mocktail menu at the bar can be improved with more selection. The buffet food was great but could do improvements like changing the selection at the salad bar (salad bar was more or less the same at all meals), increase the dishes from the Egyptian / Arabic cuisine. Could add dishes from Chinese & Indian cuisine. Or could do theme cuisines like Arabic cuisine at one time, Indian cuisine at another time etc. But overall it's fabulous... 9/10 stars from us... keep up the great work & we shall be back soon!

We stayed here for 3 weeks this winter Every member of staff was courteous and could not do enough for us. Each day we were asked if there was anything else they could do for us The hotel was very modern and meticulously clean. Our room was great -every amenity you could wish for. During meals staff were continually cleaning food areas as well as the floor, hygiene is clearly very important Although we were there for three weeks we were never disappointed with the food. There was a great choice everyday and in the evenings there was also a barbecue.

After reading a few negative comments on trip adiser we had a few doubts about our holiday. From our first arrival to our departure we could not fault one thing. Every member of staff from the front reception to the room service team were always happy to great you. The food choice is extensive and varied each day. Our twin accomadation was very clean and spacious, as is the entire complex. The location is beautifull and peacefull with a varied amount of great excursions offered at a very reasonable extra cost. Myself and my partner did not want this holiday to end and would certainly recommend a stay here. A huge thank you and congratulations to every member of the team, we truly had a fantastic holiday. Check in was easy and polite service. Restaurant and pool/beach staff very good. We thought the room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. For the price we paid, the food was of a good standard. Everywhere was very clean which is nice. One thing let the hotel down is that the red wine was served VERY VERY COLD! This made it NOT NICE!!!! The beer is good but the local gin is VERY BAD!
