Room was makeup everyday during my stay and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Bottled water and toiletries are also replenished without fail.

The staff are friendly but they cannot deliver a decent experience due to a complete lack of supplies, the mini bars are partially empty, the bar has minimal stock of drinks both in the lobby and the sky bar, there are long delays for clothes irons and boards due to the lack of inventory, something needs to be done urgently to stop the further decline.

The BADs Laundry wasn't prompt. Sent it on 27th at 1830LT for pressing and it was not returned till 0850LT the following day , after 2 phone calls for reminder. Breakfast was not tasty. 19th floor lounge was nothing fancy. Could be better. The GOODs SPA was good. The lounge at lobby, staff was accommodating and friendly.
