« Inconvenient smell »

Though my room was non-smoking room, I could smell incovenient smell all around of room, so that I had to turn on airconditioning to blow out the smell. I think the cause of smell from the duct of airconditioning from where who smoke. Normally I turn off the airconditioning at night not to get a cold, but I couldn't. If turn off the airconditioning even one hour, I smell the smoke and cough violently. Please fit it for a next customer.

service level gone up and i have the same expirence i had since i first came to the hotel. These was a last minute trip, book a familiar hotel. First day was greeted by your enthusiastic manager while check in. I was impress and happy. Got a room i wanted, high and quiet. Room was cold and aircon was strong in a hot weather. Room service was fast when i request for additional water and the person who pick up my call bother to return a call to confirm on request are fulfill. A bit disappointed on the breakfast, not as good as previously , a lot of food but not that delicious . I do see there are ample staff and request are service faster. Room are clean and overall a good expirence. I hope hotel can keep up the tip top services.

Checked in late and was given the smoking room even though I have requested non-smokin room. Was told there were no room left u til the next day. Checked in another room the next day. Called service in the morning and ask for an iron and iron board, both not available.

the hotel generally is good, just almost all room shower nozzle have problem, I face at least 3 times. The iron cannot take out from board, it's make impossible iron shirt during heating the iron.

You will have a very pleasant weekend here. Great view from Keppler Lounge, a good breakfast, nice stairy pool with warm water at night, good spa service, friendly staffs....all with an excellent service. The location is good, many cafe and restaurants at its surroundings and not too far from many tourist attraction. And don't forget....this hotel, just like any Grand Mercure, has a very comfy bed, pillow, and bed sheet.thanks to mr eric..he help me for explaining local tourism around here.

Staff are professional, warm smile, helpful and well trained as in hospitality industries. Upon check in process the reception handled very well, giving the important information that guest needed during stay as this is my first stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern furniture and very clean. Even the restaurant was too crowded enough in that time, but the food well provided and tasty. One of best thing in this hotel is Wifi, very speed connection. Surely will comeback to this hotel again next time.

1) The Hotel's location within the CBD, cleanliness of the rooms, good swiming pool, and sauna. 2) However Reception staff not very helpful. No patience to explain why my Accor Card could not accumulate points for my 6 nights stay . Reason because my company had booked through a travel agent. But I am the one who instruct my company to choose Mecure...stupid and ridiculous rules. 3) Morning check out service at 6.30am - Staff Yundha (I think) was bad. I wanted to pay my miscellaneous bills of Rp2,000,000 and card reader not functioning well. He said, problem with internet, So I suggested try another card reader on the other end of the counter and it worked. As a guest we dont have to teach your staff how to work correct? 4) Last night at hotel went to take complimentary drink at Lobby Lounge. Served by one waiter then left alone. No follow up to see if I needed another drink??. But As I was leaving a stupid female waiter who was flirting with a "buleh" runs out chasing me asking me to settle my bill without checking at the counter . WTF ?? I felt so embarrassed.
