everything was fine, here these are my notes : 1. the pool very small 2. the breakfast boring (Pullman Central Park and Novotel Tangcity away better) 3. the elevator shaky and sometimes made a sound queekkk... I was scared it would fall, need treatment 4. the toilet has an odor 5. the little shower holder broken and shaky 6. the air conditioner is too cold even when I turned it off 7. but all the management team and staffs very kind and smile to everyone also greet every customers

I and my friend, got a really smooth and fast respond from check in till check out. We also got a registratoon for free membership from reception. We have a great experience during stay. Love this Hotel so much. They also provide a complete facilities and free internet access with a lot of access point. Tasty food for a great breakfast. My first ever disappointing experience in my more than 1 years stay with Mecure Harmoni. Stay period: 6-9 Feb'18 Situation: internet connection Room: 1523 Couldnt connect since day 1 check in (noon), response was slow despite calling up for assistance highlighting my urgency on work related needed the connection. Only time in-room internet is working is -6th 1pm - 5pm ( connecting to other room assist by a IT personnel sent to me by recep) 8th, 6pm - 9th, check out - was issued with a mobile hotspot router after many rounds of calls to the operator + visiting the recep at lobby. I shall not provide a lengthy summary of what I experienced in the past 4 days, but hope situation like this can be solved in the shortest possible time for your guest to work at ease.

Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni is located in the Harmoni area and it is not far away from the shopping malls (Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia) about 10 minutes by taxi. The hotel is also located in a row of restaurants and shops at the Gajah Mada area. I am a regular the hotel (nearly every month stay). As a Le Club Platinum Member, my room was upgraded to the Executuve suites with huge room and comfortable bed. Free welcome drink voucher and late check out offered. However I have an unpleasant check in exeprience this time. The front desk officer (I couldn’t see his name tag clearly) was unhappy, unhelpful and rude during check in process. I don’t feel welcome during check in process! Great bathroom amenities kits and a bath tub for a hot soaking. Room are comfortable and ambience. Food is great at the Harmoni Cafe. Sadly, Han Palace restaurant have ceased operation during my current stay. Han Palace restaurant serves great Cantonese’s cruisine. My recent experience at the Harmoni Cafe Restaurant (located at the ground floor of the hotel), was an unpleasant experience. On the 8th Feb 2018, I had my dinner at the restaurant. Ordered a mushroom soup as starter, lemon fried chicken with rice as main course and a fruit juice. The meal came after 15-20 minutes upon ordering. All the dishes are out at the same time (starter, main dishes and drinks). I was wondering on whether the staff at the Harmoni Cafe restaurant is being ignorance or not being train properly. As soon as I finished my starters, the main course is already went cold. The restaurants is asking me to have my starter and main course at the same time? Which one to have at the first instant? Soup or rice? Breakfast at the Harmoni Cafe is improving compared to my last stay at thr hotel. Staffs are attentive and more choices of food is available. However, the breakfast should be considering opening until 11am on weekends and not closed at 10am! Check out experience was great with smiles from the front desk officer. Overall, my stay was an average this time around. I would strongly advise the hotel to look into the attitude of the front desk officers and provide more training to the restaurant staffs. Also, would be good if the hotel can create a business/ executive lounge.

Exceptionally good hotel except the morning breakfast at the ground floor, a little chaotic and messy perhaps due to shortage of staff and no coffee or tea on display which is key for breakfast and staff never asked patrons whether they would like coffee or tea. Food at breakfast was bot good as compared to the exceptional good quality food at executive lounge.
