Overall 8/10. However, breakfast should complete with more international cusine. Mostly traditional indo food spread and alot of fried (goreng) foods which foreign customers may avoid. When my guest came at 9:45am for breakfast, we were told the restaurant will be closing soon. Exactly at 10am, the food were taken off, in the end my guest (total 4 pax) just ate bihun only.

Bad Bed not made till I came back from meetings at 5pm Trash basket not cleaned Front desk keep insisting that I had 2 key cards when I only received one. Asked if i could swap breakfast instead of room upgrade - no Good Checkout was good and smooth TV was clear with HD channels

Overall is great, Big room, clean, fast wifi connection, many varian of breakfast, eventough small place the restaurant but the food is so tasty. The Hotel placed at strategic location, nearby to shopping mall and train station, the building still look new event its has been 7 years running, the important things is the staff are well trained and professional, full of smile, helpfull, definitely will stay again.

I was shocked that upon checkout they decided to charge me. Even though I asked for late check out ant the fact i was late was simply i was using a hotel facility which was a paid service so was shocked to be told I will be charged more. They were reluctant to give late check out. Felt like it was a burden for them. This is my second time at this hotel. 1st experience was excellent hence it was my choice whilst stopping in JKT this time. However not sure if I will stay here again. Didnt feel valued as a customer and clearly no help for loyalty and returning customers.
