Awesome stay ! I stayed with my friends and the staff were very helpful and kind, from the beginning, the check in process was smooth and got everything handled well although I booked the room last minute during the day. Foods also very delicious during dinner & breakfast, facilities also well maintained.

Been here for my business trip a few months ago, such a good experience staying here .. first check was real quick assisted by maria on front desk really helpful then found my room was really spacious and luxe, i didn't see any false note so far during my stay.. breakfast was so good as well .. definetely will be back again for sure !

holtender Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Unimpressed . I can imagine it to be state of the art when it opened , but I felt it was living on its laurels rather. I was given a non-smoking room … on a smoking floor ! There was a definite tinge of old smoke , but I was too tired to go and ask for a room change . The pool was tiny for such a large hotel and it appeared to be holding swimming lessons, judging by the number of young kids splashing around. Unusable for me . Bed was comfortable and huge , unlike the breakfast room which struggled to accommodate the number of guests at the buffet. I’m sure there are better hotels in Jakarta

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. My slight complaints would be regarding the elevators that only two out of four were operating - resulting in a queue and a packed elevator. Secondly, about the Crystal bar, which closed a bit too early (before 9 pm) and lack of attendant during my time there.
