THE HOTEL WAS FINE AND THE ROOM WAS GOOD AS WELL. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED. THE ATMOSPHERE IS A LITTLE DULL AS THE HOTEL IS USED MOSTLY BY AIRPORT STAFF AND SHORT STAY GUESTS. IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO KNOW THAT THE POOL WAS NOT FOR CHILDREN. WE WERE TOLD THIS WHEN WE HAD CHANGED AND WERE WALKING TO THE POOL THAT CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEAR CAN NOT USE IT. THIS WAS A DISAPPOINTING. THE GYM IS BASIC. THERE IS NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS. I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THIS HOTEL IS FOR SHORT STAY AND NOT FOR ENJOYMENT. THERE WAS NO TERRACE. ALTHOUGH, THE HOTEL IS GOOD AND LOTS CAN BE DONE TO MAKE IT USER FRIENDLY AND MAKE THE GUESTS TO STAY IN THE HOTEL AND SPEND MONEY. I HAVE TO SAY IT WILL NOT BE MY FIRST CHOICE. THE SPA AREA WAS ALSO NOT THE BEST. I HAVE SEEN OTHER MERCURY HOTELS AND THEY ARE FAR BETTER IN FACILITIES. I THINK THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AND TO MAKE GUESTS ENJOY THERE STAY.

Free shuttle service to and from the airport was perfect for me travelling alone. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean and comfortable with complementary refrigerator water and tea /coffee facilities I would highly recommend this hotel and would use them again .

Hotel itself is nice, big rooms, clean, very nice staff. Staff was very helpful - I was traveling with medication and they have assist to organize all needed services like fridge and freezer. The dinner served in restaurant was really nice.

Check in and check out fast and efficient. Loyalty membership recognised and valued with welcome drink and good room. I had a very good cocktail from the bar. The hotel is not so young but very clean and cosy inside. I just regret that the airport shuttle is only on fixed hours. Those hours are not known when booking and i had to take a taxi to reach the hotel. It would be interesting to put the timetable on the website if possible.

Really enjoyed the stay, can't fault the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff and choices for breakfast. The location is suburban which is a bonus as the transport is excellent. My only gripe is the opening times of the pool. The summer schedule is illogical. Everything about the hotel is very clearly 4 star but if you can't have a swim before 2pm, this is a real negative for clients who want to swim in the morning.

Excellent option if you need to be close to the airport, considering the free shuttle that is provided. Rooms are very big and clean, but the bathroom is a bit over-dated. A phone is provided which is useful if you have a longer stay.

Everything fine. Only limitation the breakfast after 7, too late to catch the flight.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the “free” shuttle wasn’t free for us. We spent 145 euros on shuttle to and from the hotel because our flight was earlier than the first shuttle run, had I known that I wouldn’t have booked at the airport Hilton. That being said, the bar had the best Aperol Spritz I have ever had. Service was nice and professional, but quite slow.

We choose the hotel for the location and free parking. Room size was big and air-conditioning as working good. Housekeeping was always smilong and saying hello when we were in the hallway. However the following points made us doubt if this was really an Accor hotel following the heartist way: - bar was talking 20minutes before taking our drink order, the preparing took another 15 min as they were still talking and they ended up giving 1 wrong drink; - i got confirmed by the reservations department that for my boyfriends birthday the hotel would prepare a cake and she would need the payment at check-in or cc details. Eventually in his birthday when we came back from cinnecita nothing was in the room. Not even a birthday card!!! - front desk is writing cc details on the back of the receipt. No permission was asked nor do I think it is pci-dss approved. - i send an e-mail to the front desk for the e-mail of the front office manager to tell my experience in a constructive way and to give dven a document we use in our hotel to lift up guest experience. Up until know the info e-mail adress of the hotel has not responded to my e-mail. How is that possible more than 72hours ago? Most sadly of all is that the hotel was aware that we had someone’s birthday during our stay and did not do anything of of themselves only when I pay for it (which I was ready to do), and not follows it promise on e-mail. I felt no single heartist way in the hotel at all, sadly.

Large room, huge bathroom. Excellent bed materials. The "free" mobile phone is a good idea although we didn't use it. Decor a bit dated perhaps, but not overly so. Very good variety and quality at breakfast. Only issue: it wasn't possible to charge a bar order to the room, no idea why, and that was at the time a minor inconvenience. Also, spa hours should be extended, at least in the evening.

Good Day, My stay at Mercure Roma West was most pleseant!! Marianna (if I remember correctly - or a name similar) assisted me with my check in and was most friendly and helpful. The only person which were not friendly at all was the Shuttle Transfer Driver - which could not even smile or put in any effort to even make a conversation. He did not say a single word all the way from the airport to the hotel - felt as he was doing me a massive favour to have collected me - which was most unpleasant.
