« Good location for business and shopping »

Nice location for shopping in castle Romano outlet. As for visiting Rome it a bit far with the traffic jam. The hotel is close to the airport- about 10 km. The staff is really helpful and nice. The hotel had nice swimming pool

« room problems, change of room without help, sporadic room housekeeping »

upon arriving placed in a room that had no warm water in the bathroom, reported immediately which resulted in no action (said it will be fixed in a few minutes). After 90 minutes still no resolve, was told I will need to be moved in another room of the same type (but it was not equipped with amenities, fridge, coffee maker according to booked upgraded package). I had to move all my belongings myself without help. Talking to one front desk staff member then talked to another member later reveal that they do not even talk to each other - were unaware of any problems. Unacceptable. Next day I placed the "Clean the room" card at 9 am (I wanted the room ready by my return). After 4 hours when I came back still no room serviced so I had to call to at least get the wastebasket emptied. Unacceptable.

« Very short - good experience in the hotel but disapointed with the airport shuttle service advertised but very infrequent and thereforwe had had to pay an extra E60 to get to and from the airport »

Within the hotel everything was fine. We arrived at 9 pm andleft at 9am the next morning. However we saw on the website that a free airport shuttle service was available however when we called to use it in both directions we learned that the shuttle service only operates 3 times per day and these times were not compatible with our flight times. This should be explained in more detail on the hotel website.

Value for money but the beds were a bit hard. The beds in standard Ibis are a lot more comfortable There were no maps of Rome available at the hotel

« Too far to get to Roma City »

Too far to get to Roma city. Booked this hotel because it provides shuttle to / from the airport but then we found out only three times in a day. (We didn’t use any shuttle services this time) Hotel provides shuttle to Metro but you need make booking first. Mattress needs to replaced as it is not comfortable. Inside your room still can hear others talking, flushing the toilet etc. Only thing I like is the €6 breakfast (if buffet then €12)

« In general, I had a very nice stay. Personnel is helpful and polite. There were only some minor issues, which did not affect my comfort, but because they were I cannot rate by stay as ideal and perfect. »

I liked the cleanliness, quiteness, front desk personnel and the possibility to use the shuttle bus. The overall stay was good, no major issues.

« A Smart Hotel on the outskirts of Rome »

The Hotel was good and also the location of the Conference I was attending. The only disappointment was the location, as there was not many retail and food outlets near to the hotel.

Great staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with fair pricing. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. Scrambled eggs at breakfast, not so good

Always enjoy staying at Roma West. Good quality hotel at reasonable price. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Restaurant is ok and good spa to relax, although the late morning opening is not thrbrsy fofvthpsr wanting early start with exercise

we had to spend the night here after a weekend in Tuscany, to get closer to the airport to catch a very early flight. We would have stayed longer in the hotel. Large room, very friendly staff.

« Nice sleep after long flight from australia..... »

1. There was a courtesybus which picked us up from the airport to the hotel and delivered us to a nearby metro station the next day so we had no trouble to connect with our traintrip north! 2. The room was comfortable and we slept well after a delightful dinner at the mercure! 3. All staff were courteous and helpful.. Our stay was much enjoyed!

« Comfortable stay with Grand Breakfast however transportation service needs improvement »

Was upgraded to a suite on arrival, breakfast was awesome even though we are eggetarians we were spoilt for choices with the option of fresh juice machine, boiled veggies etc. Although the vegetable juice machine was missing on the third day with no real notice. Staff around the hotel was courteous but very strict on the breakfast timings as it has to be locked and you can't really stick around to finish your breakfast. I can't understand removing the breakfast food but why would you just ask the guests to leave as the restaurant needs to be locked up. Also on our day of arrival, our train got delayed and we reached EUR Fermi at 9:40 pm which was the agreed time with the reception staff but our transport was not there and had to wait for the next bus :-( We were compensated for this hassle with extra drinks voucher but it was a bit of a disappointment (especially when travelling as a family with 2 kids). 705 bus to the hotel is a joke it is nearly never on time and even our driver said he ended up waiting for it once for 3 hours. Shuttle service is quite limited otherwise and you can negotiate a time with the reception staff but you will not always get your chosen slot.
