I think that plastic waste produced by NESPRESSO is not acceptable for your premium hotel. The cost is just too high for a hotel in South France. But this seems to be the market. very comfortable room, I like the shower and the additional little table attached to the bed.

The rooms are comfortable( especially the ones at the inside are more quiet) and clean. The service at the reception is good and flexible. I visit the hotel every month and was wondering if I can have a "room of preference indication" behind my name ? Good breakfast, friendly staff. On 1 occasion I've asked to stay in the room until 14:00, but late checkout was not done. A bit disappointing if the hotel isn't full and I'm a regular custumer. But I always enjoy the stay in this hotel ! I like the light and modern interior.

« I've had a very comfortable stay and would love to come back to Novotel »

First of all I was pleasantly surprised that I was still able to get a room, since I asked for a room, just one week in advance. This proves that your service is very good. The room itself fit all my needs: small refrigerator, bottle of water, nice shower, comfortable bed, no noise of neighbors. Also the breakfast was good, since there was a lot of choice.

First room (352) had Trouble with functioning heating, it was not getting warm in the room. I addressed this to the morning receptionist and she was making a not to have it fixed during the day asking me to come back after my busniness day to know if that was successful. Unfortunately, the evening receptionist had no notice and no Information about this. So i went to the room just to see nothing was done and the room was still too cold. Going back to the reception i was offered a room change to a room which was holding a functioning heating system (242), but having to manage that myself is clearly below expectation to a 4 star in General and Novotel especially. I noted, that compared to my prevous stays in this Hotel the breakfast was degrading and much less in variety and comfort than experienced in previous stays (eg. no fresh fruit salad, just one hard cheese to choose, only 2 Juices, no sparkling water, only ONE coffee machine (and this is most disappointing as you would like to have a breakfast with cofee and not waiting for an opportunity on getting a coffe once there is no queue in front of that one slow machine). Overall, i may give this Hotel and the breakfast one more Chance in the hope to come back to former Standards before choosing an alternative (which there are plenty in Toulouse).

Great hotel with decent prices. Breakfast to-go was a nice touch although coffee was cold. My are of the hotel smelt of toilet and the room itself smelled like fried fish perhaps from a restaurant below? Otherwise great staff and very clean.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel and will come again. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times during my stay. The only issue I had was that the room I stayed in was very warm and I could not find a way to easily cool it down.

Regarding the preautorization made on your arrival, it's only a guarantee not a payment, the hotel always cancel it on the departure. We never had the money because it was not validated. The bank put away the amount from your account and return it later. However even if the hotel cancel the preautorization, some banks could take 1 week to refund the money. The hotel location is central and convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a reliable and affordable bus transfer to the airport; the bus stop (Navette Aeroport) is a little difficult to find (by the Place Jeanne d Arc on Strasbourg Boulevard).

The room itself was OK (bed, washroom ...) but its location not very good: - noisy : the windows were on a small street but it was like there were no windows at all and I was waken up several time during the night by loud drunk people. So sound insulation to be improved - too much light at night: the room is situated in front of a parking and the light from the ramp made too much light inside the room despite the curtains ...

I chose the hotel as it is in the center and has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Sadly, jacuzzi was out of order and steam room was “working” but not hot. Paying for 2 bath robes is normal but when things are not working, it’s not admissible. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. I wouldn’t put 4 stars to this hotel except for its location.

Quality room with modern features, breakfast was lovely and everyone I talked to spoke fluent English. The only minor was that nobody was on the front desk as I arrived, but it took them less than a minute to realise.
