Good but not exceptional + People in the hotel are very nice - I did not have breakfast because I am expecting local and organic breakfast (considering the level of price and hotel standing) - Lack of light in the room (windows are two small) - Tea available in the room is not good and I don't appreciate paper cup

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of the city. We arrived earlier than the check in time but was welcomed and received a double upgrade from my status. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous. However, one tiny improvement is that all staff should know how to use their system. When I tried to enquire about paying my accommodation using my Le Club Rewards points, one of the front desk staff has no clue and she was the only one on duty. If there is no one to teach her, she should have procedure manual to guide her.

hotel room looks very nice but the air conditioning remains always a challenge. Synthetic sheets, opening the window brings fresh air but noise from the square as well. Staff was great, breakfast as well. Next time I'll take a room on the quiet side of the hotel

This was a comfortable stay in a very central location with parking very nearby. the only fault I could find was the design of the bedroom/bathrooms. there is a glass wall between the two. I was sharing with my sister so we didnt particularly like being in the shower while the other person was just on the other side of the cloudy glass. worse still in my brothers room the glass was clear so his wife could see him sitting on the loo! Not the greatest use of design in my opinion. Otherwise very nice rooms.

Not too bad, the suite was smaller than I expected having been in a much bigger room previously. Some communication issues with staff but these were easily overcome. Beds could have been bigger. Not clear how to get back in at night when you are locked out - allowing people to use their keycards to swipe in would be better. Foyer very warm. Late check out was good but we got locked out - you need to change your systems so that we didnt have to traipse all the way back to reception! Soundproofing was an issue - could still hear the noisy street outside at 3.30am! Also shower was slippy.

Breakfast was very good. Our room was quite spacious and defintely confortable. The bathroom had two strange features: doors like "saloon doors" (i.e. no insulation) and a glass wall between the bathroom and the room (however this could be made transparent or opaque by pressing a switch).

However the parking possibility was stated on the website, only public carpark was available. We spent less than 24 hours there but had to pay the full price and no hote price was offered. I think this was a theft of my money.

Parking was allowed in public car park and need to pay full 24 hours while was there for only 18 hours. No hotel help was available. Would advise to state on websites, this hotel has NO carpark. Bath gel tube was empty on arrival. USB port did not available for tv.

the overall stay was OK, when I checked in the receptionist had the key already there, so check in was very fast and I could go to the room. the room itself was a very good, Due to my Platinum status as per decor membership I got an upgrade but then he starts the thing I’m used to Wednesday and I know they’ll receive some kind of amenities some kind of a welcome gift but that didn’t happen this time the room was just empty there was no customization of personalization for a platinum member second of all I was staying there for the day before and the day of my anniversary with my my birthday and there was no message not even know it saying hey happy birthday Mr. Rodrigues I would have appreciated that to be honest I think that was just a cane type of mesh meas platinum status as per decor membership I got an upgrade but then here starts the thing I’m used to Wednesday and I know they’ll receive some kind of amenity some kind of welcome gift but that didn’t happen this time the room was just empty there was no customization of personalization for a platinum member and second of all I was staying there the day before and the day of my birthday and there was no message not even a note saying happy birthday Mr. Rodriguez, I would have appreciated that to be honest, With all the data that are core gathers from its customers I think hotels could be you can be doing something nicer than just welcoming us, it would have been a better experience. To finalize prior to leaving the hotel, i received an email announcement email with sort an invoice saying that I took a breakfast, which I didn’t . I had to approach customer service and ask them why , they came back to me saying it was an automated email but that when I return the key , it’ll be corrected. very confusing to receive emails with information that is not accurate and special because I didn’t get any breakfast. in other times the hotels do offered me the possibility of having a free breakfast due to my status. In summary nice hotel but the service was not a six for Tatian so maybe disappointed with the Novotel of the brown on a quarter as though how in the world they manage their customer relationship particularly in on how they have a better time to accommodate a potential expectations or surprise customers

My room (#141) smelled of food. It appeared as if the kitchen exhaust was being let into my room. I requested the reception staff to take a look and they acknowledged the problem. However, a room changes was not possible since I was informed that the hotel was 'sold out'. I opened the window to ventilate the room, only to be intruded by loud street noises. All the towels reeked of vinegar and this too was rather peculiar! The breakfast was passable however, the fruits were not repleshined (no bananas!) - sorry to be picky but replenishment of breakfast buffet at a four-star hotel is a par-for-the-course. I was given a 10% discount at check-out, which is nice-to-have but does not compensate for the discomfort. Secondly, the Mercure Wilson (next door) is a much nicer property and I will continue to choose that over the Novotel Wilson (I know they are both Accor hotels). My decision to stay at Novotel Wilson was a mistake.
