However the parking possibility was stated on the website, only public carpark was available. We spent less than 24 hours there but had to pay the full price and no hote price was offered. I think this was a theft of my money.

Parking was allowed in public car park and need to pay full 24 hours while was there for only 18 hours. No hotel help was available. Would advise to state on websites, this hotel has NO carpark. Bath gel tube was empty on arrival. USB port did not available for tv.

the overall stay was OK, when I checked in the receptionist had the key already there, so check in was very fast and I could go to the room. the room itself was a very good, Due to my Platinum status as per decor membership I got an upgrade but then he starts the thing I’m used to Wednesday and I know they’ll receive some kind of amenities some kind of a welcome gift but that didn’t happen this time the room was just empty there was no customization of personalization for a platinum member second of all I was staying there for the day before and the day of my anniversary with my my birthday and there was no message not even know it saying hey happy birthday Mr. Rodrigues I would have appreciated that to be honest I think that was just a cane type of mesh meas platinum status as per decor membership I got an upgrade but then here starts the thing I’m used to Wednesday and I know they’ll receive some kind of amenity some kind of welcome gift but that didn’t happen this time the room was just empty there was no customization of personalization for a platinum member and second of all I was staying there the day before and the day of my birthday and there was no message not even a note saying happy birthday Mr. Rodriguez, I would have appreciated that to be honest, With all the data that are core gathers from its customers I think hotels could be you can be doing something nicer than just welcoming us, it would have been a better experience. To finalize prior to leaving the hotel, i received an email announcement email with sort an invoice saying that I took a breakfast, which I didn’t . I had to approach customer service and ask them why , they came back to me saying it was an automated email but that when I return the key , it’ll be corrected. very confusing to receive emails with information that is not accurate and special because I didn’t get any breakfast. in other times the hotels do offered me the possibility of having a free breakfast due to my status. In summary nice hotel but the service was not a six for Tatian so maybe disappointed with the Novotel of the brown on a quarter as though how in the world they manage their customer relationship particularly in on how they have a better time to accommodate a potential expectations or surprise customers

My room (#141) smelled of food. It appeared as if the kitchen exhaust was being let into my room. I requested the reception staff to take a look and they acknowledged the problem. However, a room changes was not possible since I was informed that the hotel was 'sold out'. I opened the window to ventilate the room, only to be intruded by loud street noises. All the towels reeked of vinegar and this too was rather peculiar! The breakfast was passable however, the fruits were not repleshined (no bananas!) - sorry to be picky but replenishment of breakfast buffet at a four-star hotel is a par-for-the-course. I was given a 10% discount at check-out, which is nice-to-have but does not compensate for the discomfort. Secondly, the Mercure Wilson (next door) is a much nicer property and I will continue to choose that over the Novotel Wilson (I know they are both Accor hotels). My decision to stay at Novotel Wilson was a mistake.

quite fair stay for 2 nights. enjoyed location of the hotel. unfortunately I wanted a parking at the hotel lot but unfotunately I misunderstood the sign at the booking page. it meant there is a proximity parking but not at the hotel itself. very nice breakfast by the way.

As a Gold status member, I was expecting to receive a Welcome Amenity that is mentioned in the Members Benefit but didn't see any. Also, another member's benefit was upgrade to the next room category (which I understand would be subject to availability) but was not being offer during check in.

We had a problem with the first room allocated, which had a faulty bathroom door. The second room was satisfactory, although the room design is rather eccentric. The arrangements for check-in and out worked well. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was good.

Arrived on 26 July at 1 o'clock in the morning after a flight delay (caused by the heatwave and storms). IT system has been cut off; but my bedroom, prepaid, has not been fully cancelled (arriving beyond cut-off time). The gentleman, on night-duty, was very helpful and professional. Ensuring that, while he was switching the system back (which takes a few minutes), and finding another room, I was relaxed and in...a my new room. Many thanks to have been nice, professional and helpful! Great location, a few minutes walk from the city historic centre and close to the airport ! Great breakfast and nice staff the next day!! I shall come back, unfortunately this was for a too short stay, heading to the Pyrenees ! Thank you! (Merci beaucoup au personnel, respect!)
