The room itself was OK (bed, washroom ...) but its location not very good: - noisy : the windows were on a small street but it was like there were no windows at all and I was waken up several time during the night by loud drunk people. So sound insulation to be improved - too much light at night: the room is situated in front of a parking and the light from the ramp made too much light inside the room despite the curtains ...

I chose the hotel as it is in the center and has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Sadly, jacuzzi was out of order and steam room was “working” but not hot. Paying for 2 bath robes is normal but when things are not working, it’s not admissible. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. I wouldn’t put 4 stars to this hotel except for its location.

Quality room with modern features, breakfast was lovely and everyone I talked to spoke fluent English. The only minor was that nobody was on the front desk as I arrived, but it took them less than a minute to realise.

Exellent,smart, well presented and very obliging staff. Smart and well serviced accomodation but needed the provision of a relaxing/arm chair in the quality of accomodation occupied. Dining facilities were over exposed to reception/bar area.

Location was very convenient, the room quite clean and the breakfast adequate to my appetite; however, I thought it was included in my reservation. My room was fairly small but since I was traveling alone it wasn’t an issue for me. What was an issue, was its isolation. So poor that didn’t allow me to enjoy a deep sleep. This is the only reason why I wouldn’t consider staying at Novotel for my next trip.

The room was nice, the wellness center is a nice bonus. For some reason the hallway outside my room smelled like it was damp for days, that smell was so pungent I tried not to breath whike passing there. For some reason on the internet I could have swore it mentioned that on Sunday check out is always a kate one for free, that was why I chose Novotel, in fact, it wasn't.

Good service, room and breakfast. Unfortunately a lot of noise in the street at the back of the hotel (underneath my window). Luckily I checked my reservation the day before arrival to guarantee it with arrival after 6PM. Luckily I did this because it appeared my reservation was gone. If I didn't check this the day before then my booking would have been cancelled at the day of arrival (this happened to 2 of my colleagues)

The hotel is for people who wants to reach center just by opening the hotels doors. But also very convenient if you need to travel - metro line is just couple minutes away. I liked hotels cleanliness and friendly service.

« Overall stay was let down with incidents outside and in lobby. Not the hotels fault »

Check in and out was efficient. Room was nice and well fitted. Room service was very confusing to try order, menu supposed to be on tv but wouldn't work. Restraunt food was very nice and waiter was knowledgable and helpful. Desk was helpful about booking a taxi.

« Not good customer service »

Check in desk was not very helpful. We received room at the end of the hotel, when ask to change they said only this room was available. Hotel wasnt full. Room windows are not isolated for noise, so wake up 3 times during the night for noise coming outside (party outside). When told this during check out, just received answer "we will tell someone". Will not stay in Novotel again, if the service is like this.
