It was extremely satisfied in staying at your hotel. One of your front desk agent, I forgot to ask her name. She's Filipina and standing at Accors Loyalty Member queue. She's very polite, gave excellent customer service and did extra mile that customer ever wanted to. She gave us late check out until 2pm which is very nice. It was my first time staying at your hotel and definitely going back again.

very nice, great check in and day to day assist - nice lady, "Sapna" was superb with heaps of good info and a wonderful welcome. The boys at the door are very switched on and had great attitude to make sure our day was going well and any assist they could give was provided. shuttle bus is great - its so hot that to be able to get to beach and mall without drama is fantastic - perhaps a later evening run to the beach and mall would be great so the evenings are better serviced for tourists as the day cools off somewhat.

I've stayed at Mercure Hotels before and they were excellent, but I was not so lucky this time. First, the positives: let me say the staff was amazing - no complaints there at all - very accommodating and professional. The food also isn't too bad, but would've like more Western variety for breakfast. Now the bad: I booked this hotel as they boasted spa services on their website and I desperately needed a great massage. Well, their "spa" is contracted and not owned by hotel, so they're not responsible for the staff. I went to book an appointment and the girl at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question and she went back to looking at her phone. Seriously, I thought she was looking up the answer but after a few moments realized she had no intention of answering or acknowledging me in any way! I told her she was unprofessional and left. Well, there were several "massage spas" next door so my husband and I went to try it. Upon entering one, I felt like I was in the red light district in Bangkok! The girls were VERY YOUNG, scantily clad and very bored - all on their phones waiting for the next customer. I needed a massage so we took a chance and of course, it was disappointing. This hotel should not boast spa services if they do not have an actual spa - I would definitely not have stayed here. Also the location is terrible. It is not near the metro at all and certainly not even within walking distance, which was quite inconvenient. It's on a busy street and traffic could be heard at night. The English Pub was so smoky that we left after about 15 seconds, which was too bad as we would've liked to have had a drink and relax. We booked an executive suite and the space was nice, but the shower was so small that if you dropped something, you were out of luck as there's no space to even bend over! The bed was comfortable enough but the curtains were difficult to open and close so it was difficult to block out the hot sun. I will not stay here again and I strongly advise them to update their website to NOT include spa services as an option as they are really not an option here.

THe staff where very welcoming on our arrival . We where booked for 7nights bed and breakfast and had a really lovely stay and didnt want to leave. The breakfast choice was second to none and the staff couldnt do enough for you. The bedroom was really well equipped and cleaned every day .Every member of staff that we met on our stay was outstanding and we are looking forward to returning.
