It's ok. Housekeeping need improvement. Floor Matt not kept in bathroom. On request also pack of just coffee not given. Reception need more improvement. As we arrived 11am. Room was not ready untill 14:30.

I booked at Mercure as I am used to the chain, however, my story with mercure in Dubai was different. I stayed at room 207, the room smelled damp, the wardrobe smell is not tolerable at all, hence, I did not use the wardrobe to keep my clothes. The bathroom door has a problem to lock, the toilets are very exhausted, I believe they are not suitable for reuse any more. The only goof thing is the availability of free car park.

« Great place, location and value for money! »

Hotel is extremely confortable and staff very attentive. Room is well equipped and spacious. Only points to be improved that occur to us are: - housekeeping staff removed towels and did not replace them - breakfast is too expensive - shuttle could have more timings and other locations

Having never been to Dubai we did not know what to expect, on arrival the front desk where very insightful with information. Given clear directions to our room and what time the current service in the canteen run till in case we decided to join. The room we where allocated was very spacious and clean, bar very well stocked with a good selection. We ordered room service a couple of times and found it to be better than the food in some of the restaurants we dine in while enjoying the city views, We were made to feel at home away from home.

Nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Bathroom very convenient with a shower and a bath. Lots of storage everywhere in bathroom and in the room. Everything is very spacious so I didn’t have any difficulty handling a baby pushchair in the room. Very convenient storage shelves for the luggage. Everything looked today in the room and big deck very convenient, even though I would recommend to replace it with a bed when room shared between 3 persons.

Excellent service throughout. Good variety and taste at breakfast. Good entertainment and food at “Headlines” and “Rooftop”. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The “Liquid Lounge” has good service and music but needs more people.

I really enjoyed my stay; no hassles throughout. Receptionists and attendants were nice and helpful...and understanding. I'm sure I'll be staying in Mercure the next time I visit Dubai (unless I'm feeling over-adventurous) especially if I'm in no mood for hotel hassles and just want peace. (If I'm coming with my family, it's definitely Mercure!)

Very nice Team, friendly, smiling... Nice room with great bathroom. 10 minutes by Taxi to the Dubai Metro. Small swimming pool. Several restaurants around and supermarkets. Good hotel if you are in Business trip.

Staff is very obliging and helpful whenever you have a need.I arrived in Dubai early in the morning, and even the check-in would be 2 pm they organised me within 2 hours a room and on the top upgraded me free of charge to a higher level of a room. Very appreciated.

I booked the hotel booking through the the accor hotels app. I then had a change of plans and called the hotel to cancel. The reservation agent requested to call me back after confirming the cancellation, and 10 minutes later, she called back and confirmed that my booking was cancelled. The next day, I was charged the full amount of the room.

Overall a good experience because of the location that of the hotel and friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I was very touched that, on my birthday, the staff very kindly produced a birthday. Sadly as I am Coeliac I was unable to eat it, but was touched by the thoughtfulness.

It was a short break. The only things I didn't like was the lack of use with your shuttle service as not very frequent. Also I could get a good night sleep due to the loud music that went on till 3am...other than that the hotel was clean and room cleaning was excellent.
