Front office check in procedure is excellent. Good service in restaurant. Available food variety is rich.Clean room and good accessories. Taxi service is always available. Entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing. I would certainly return to this hotel in future trip, and recommend friend to book this hotel.

Absolutely love the Pullman and stay here frequently due to the central location and love the rooms! Always look forward to breakfast after Car Free Sunday as the food is so delicious. Only negative is the staff at the Kids Activity area on Sundays. Last time, all staff in the kids area looked so bored and unenthusiastic and did not even once interact with our kids. When we asked if they were OK or perhaps did they not like children, they just shrugged their shoulders and went back to looking at their phones. Perhaps some enthusiastic staff would be a good idea if we are to contemplate leaving our kids with them to play?

« Pleasant hotel despite the dated exteriors. »

Generally a very pleasant Stay but one serious issue mainly with "the service". Its not that their staff is unfriendly or unwilling to serve. On the contrary they are wonderfully friendly, attentive and pleasant but there are some issues that the management must correct. For example each monring it took over 30 minutes to bring the coffee in the morning, and I had to ask like 10 different staff the whereabouts of my coffee. It happened to several other guests as well i noted. It seems that there is only one coffee machine in the entire breakfast restaurant?? Honestly its experiences like this that somehwhat ruined the breakfast expereince for me and its what i remember most of the hotel.

My stay at Pullman was great. The people there are nice, polite and very friendly. The Back Room Bar is a good place to chill after a long day of meetings. The waiters and waitresses there are very attentive and not to mention efficient. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. Location is good which is just across the malls.
