Staying at a room is same everywhere.. but, this time Pullman has gone few steps ahead.. services and amenities in the room have improved a lot compare to my stay long time ago (when it's with the previous management).. Also, it's very touching to see a greeting card on the table..

Satisfied but some improvement required i.e. Chinese and Indonesian dish and roasted coffee beans issue was still outstanding since year ago and F&B Director promised to inform roasted beans vendor to come to the hotel to try my roasted beans next trip that i will bring my roasted beans.

Really appreciate for upgrading us to deluxe & in return we were given access to executive lounge! That was unexpected!!! Overall service was super.. grt spread out for breakfast! Awesome sauna & swimming pool!! I was really happy staying at this hotel!! Will b staying here every time I come to Jakarta!

This was our second time visiting your hotel. We spent one night here on our family staycation. This is a great hotel, the kids love the pool. We stayed on weekend, so we can enjoy Jakarta Car Free Day on Sunday morning right in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The executive lounge is amazing, especially the food. We always coming back to their omelet, so delicious. My daughter loves it. Thanks to Mr. Nathan, Mr. Ali and Miss Wulan. They are courteous and helpful staff.

I spent one night here on Easter Holiday, and it was awesome All the staff are very friendly and show great hospitality. My room got upgraded into Deluxe Apartment, a complete room with all the facilities, suitable if you bring all your children with you. Had a dinner and breakfast also at the Executive Lounge, great and tasty food Surprisingly, they also have Easter Party Celebration for children, where my kids can play and join some games like Easter Egg Collection, Rabbit Feeding, etc Will come back for sure Thanks Pullman

« Simple business hotel. Could have more power sockets for charging especially Bed side. »

Overall Hotel experience was good but need to improve On the services provided by Spa personnel. The Spa ambiance does not provide tranquility feeling as the pipe in music was too loud and not relaxing. The masseur lack of experience. Instead of feeling relaxed after the session, I ended up feeling sore. Also the worst experience is that I got LOCK IN the TReatment room together with the masseur. The Spa manager did not check facility and even with customer still having treatment, they locked the doors, switched off the facility lights and air-conditions! Luckily I have my mobile phone with me and called hotel main line to seek help! If not, I will have to spend a HOT & HUMID night at the Spa! This is the worst experience for me at this Hotel Spa!

My family and i had a wonderful time at the hotel. I would like to thank Mr Reza, Wandaka, Maulana and all the other awesome staffs that took their time to attend to our needs when were there. « Birthday trip for my daughter, bad surprises during the stay and its from the day 1 »

Day 1. When I took a bath, sudden the water became red. I was very shocked. I think something wrong with my body. But when I checked it carefully the problem was in the water that came out from the shower at bathtub, it's mixed with dirt (i still had the video of it). The manager came, mr. Reza apologized and moved our room and upgraded it but what happened in day 2 in our new unit so unbelievable! When we finish our swimming time with kids and go up to our room guess what? There was smell of cigarettes all over our room. We called the technician and they said that it came from out toilet ventilation. I can imagine. The smoke came at non smoking room. I brought kids and I had an allergic during the stay. Mr. Reza handle us with nicely buat that bad experiences still remains. Not make sense but it happened. We already booked at Pullman for our 11th wedding anniversary stay with my wife and kids hopefully everythings run great without dirt water and smell of cigarettes anymore. I expecting something fun and good surprises for that special moment. Thanks for letting me to share.
