Overall, we really enjoy during our stay at Novotel Airport Banjarmasin, at beginning we welcomed very nicely by a guy at reception, make our check in smooth and fast. We impressed to with the facility hotel have, from last time we come here never change its mean everything under well maintenance and the most important is all staff at hotel is very pleasant and charm for our family. maybe if i could give feed back about, cleanliness in our room, in our room we found something like termite eggs in the floor, even we order to sweep the floor, the next day we found again, a bit annoying we cant barefoot walk in our room and about the water heater at the hotel the hot waters colour is seems soiled. just there something to mention, the others going smooth.

Total peace every way on the surrounding of hotel area, cleaning of hotel was surprising kind of beautiful place to stay, hotel building was not much attractive but rooms were, very clean, specious and fulled with facilities, satisfied staff services by Front Manager. Mr, (JOE) who’s arranged everything we need during our stayed. On that day we Celebrated our nephew 2nd Birthday in the restaurant staff is so helpful too. I know I requested a smoking room, but must it already had smoky scent from the moment I entered my room? Furthermore, the sheet itself was musty. Like a couple had a fiery coitus on it and you guys didn’t feel the need to thoroughly wash it. This was not my first bad trip on Novotel Banjarmasin, before I even found a condom wrap on the bedtable! So you must understand my previous wonderment. My company has a mess nearby and if Novotel keep mess it up, I would prefer the mess than a smelly unhygienic hotel.

Overall impression is average. But as 4 star hotel, I think still a lot room to be improved, especially on the bathroom (like cleanest of towel), maintenance of the bedroom (found the reading lamp is broken) and access to the room is not too comfortable if you stay at lower level. The taste and variation of the breakfast is not too represent for 4 star hotel.
