Beautiful sites, cleaned and comfy bed. The room smells a bit damp. May be because of the age of the buildings and the weather. Just this area that requires the attention. « Worst experience. »

Where do I start, we travelled all over Vietnam and this hotel was by far the most expensive and the worst experience. First, the room was damp. Everything felt wet. The walls were paper thin. I could hear neighbours next door and above me going pee, turning on/off light switches, door bells ring and every conversation. Second, the smell. Everything was musty. And third, the room was old and looked beat up. For nearly $260.09 for a hotel in Vietnam I should have been sleeping like a queen.

« Not as luxurious as advertised »

The images on the website led me to believe it was a very luxurious French hotel. We appreciated customer service and organization very much. BUT our rooms were a disappointment. Not the same as pictures! We had three different rooms, all very very small. The paint was spotty and had stains on the wall. We enjoyed the pool but nothing else to do after 5pm when your buses leave.

Lower than our expectation for a good hotel in Vietnam. Tables at breakfast were not ready. Room is small and look like attic make it even smaller and inconvenient. TV remote has the battery removed, meaning no one had checked before giving us the room. Staffs are not friendly. So for the price we pay was for location.

Don't have an elevator. We had to drag the bag our luggages up the stairs. We stayed at rooms out side main building. Not suitable for the elderly. Hotel look old. Breakfast is not hot.

« Really nice place with great services »

Overall experience was amazing. When I first came to the hotel, the employees were very friendly and welcoming with us, they were very helpful in directing us heading to the hotel. However, the receptionist spoke not much clearly and loudly that I couldn't hear anything and had to ask for repeating. The buffet restaurant La Cirque is quite normal, not impressed much with the food and the service. The service could be enhanced more to improve the brand image of the hotel.

I came in a stormy day, and together with our grandparents so they couldn’t enjoy much as expectation. However, my kids loved the fantasy park and running in the rain. The restaurants’ food was not very delicious but there were not many choices

I went there on New Year holiday. The hotel was crowded and some raining outside all the time. That make me a little bit uncomfortable at the lobby. The room is meet standard. The hotel located in a beautiful location. Some staff need to pay more attention to guest.

Front desk was inefficient, staffs seemed to be not well trained and your supervisor Karlis is not guest friendly and hardly smile He should not be at front desk. Christmas Eve dinner could have been planned better. Nothing extra ordinary for Xmas. Lots of improvement to these areas

« Excellent fantasy place but the worse services »

The place nice to travel activities just for day trip but do not stay overnight at hotel as u will find truely disappointed. Staffs hardly speak English, nothing to do after sunset everything close. The bar & hotel restaurant very expensive while foods and services truely the worse. I won’t return to stay another night. We stay there 2 nights 3 days 5 peoples 2 room since end of Oct and one room was booked through accor member but we decided to low grade the room as booking another room from agoda but paid full amount as booking charged till now still haven’t received refund still awaiting for hotel to respond.
