Hi, I was about to book Ibis hotel before my urgent trip to Jakarta but i didnt manage to complete the process. At the end, i still decided to visit ibis since its first stay with ibis. Instead of fear not getting any room since late check-in, Mr. Chandra Kaih manage to serve me well and gave me same price which im about to pay if i book via boooking.com and also upgrage to better room. After talking with several staff at front desk, they also provide same comment about him. Ibis very lucky to have him on board, he should be mentor for others. Not sure whether i will get the same price or even corporate rate, for sure i will stay again at my next trip.

It's good to get the best value ini here, I didn't expect anything when stay at ibis hotel. a little bit shock that Le-Club accorhotels eliminate free breakfast for platinum members, and looks the hotel just doing with the standards. Nothing wrong with that. but much appreciate if hotel can do more for top tier members.

comfortable room and stays. I stay in ibis harmoni several times because of the cost and also location. I am staying that it's a perfect hotel but it's value for money. If you ask me what to improve - breakfast [better quality food] - bellboy [more welcoming] - counter [they are friendly but they should offer a taxi when we are checking out] There is a small issue for the room where I can't go into the room with the first keycard but was solved with the second card. Perhaps install an intercom in public area so that i do not need to go down from level 12 to the lobby to get my card. Others than that are fine.
