Value for money, fuss-free and functional hotel. I would choose this hotel for short trip to Jakarta to enjoy the convenient of centralized location without paying premium. Room and bathroom size is small but basically sufficient. Staff is well trained, made you feel welcomed. This hotel score much better than probably other higher rank hotel in this area - staff professionalism, motivation & training!! Breakfast selection is good with great local taste, bravo to chef's work!! Will probably want to try Family room for slightly bigger room, in the future for next chance.

Service by all staff are friendly, efficient and professional. They don't smothered you but always there to help you and make your stay enjoyable. Location of hotel very good, big shopping mall across road is very handy, easy to get taxi whenever you need them. Room is very clean and pleasant though bathroom could be bit bigger.

Comfy rooms, delicious and varied breakfast! During my stay I forgot my phone in the taxi, of which I didnt remember the driver nor the taxi number. Even though I thought finding my phone would be a lost cause, the staff certainly did not think so! After relentless calling and looking through their video's of the incoming taxi's they found the driver and made sure my phone got from the driver to the taxi company and to the hotel front desk. And all the time and afterwards the staff and security were the most friendly people! So many thanks!

« Nice Hotel for my business trip. »

I was arrived early at 10.30 am, but as a gold member, I can get early check in facility. The process check in it self take a view minute only and Stefanie was very helpful. She was asked me to wait at the coffee shop and enjoy the welcome drink, while she was check my room readiness. Then she bring the room key and give it to me at coffee shop.
