« Comfortable, convenient and value for money! »

I have stayed more than 10 times at IBIS Jakarta Harmoni this year. So I guess I'm a regular guest at the hotel. So far my stay has been comfortable. My recent stay was in Room 702. All my requests were fulfilled. Just a comment - the shower nozzle seems to be leaking between the nozzle and hose. Hope you can look into this for the convenient of other guests. In addition, I hope the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast will be improved.

We enjoyed our stay here in Ibis Harmoni. The room was perfect, and the staffs were so friendly. Unfortunately the noise from outside still could be heared inside the room. Anyway that was the only flaw there.

Excellent, hardworking staff, especially at front desk. Clean, spacious rooms. Next to a 24 hour McDonalds and McCafe, so you might not want to purchase breakfast at the hotel if you’re a late sleeper. For long term guests, there’s a Hypermart in the basement of Gajah Madah mall across the street. If you’re attending events at GBK, try ibis Slipi instead, which is closer. Minus 1 stars because of the ridiculous policy of charging 2,000 rupiah when Grab/taxi picks up guests at lobby and exits within two to three minutes (without parking). Who are the idiots who think charging unfair fees is worth the diminished customer experience and hit to the brand’s reputation? Are they fresh Western MBA grads or consultants trying to harm Asia’s competitiveness? (September 2018)

Walking into reception and i was greeted by a man ( sorry i never read name badges) with a great big smile and greeted me by name so my first impressions were wow, the hotel was nice and bright and with the celebration of independence and the beginning of the Asian games there was a fantastic buzz in the air. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfortable which was needed after a long flight from Europe. It was the first time having Indonesian breakfast but everythng looked fresh and hot ( yourhotel was the only place where we had a hot breakfast served hot the rest were cold at best) so thank you for that. The only downside was the wifi was a bit slow i dont know if being on the 10th floor made a difference.

« One night at Ibis Harmoni »

It is a pleasant stay at Ibia Harmoni. I met Ms. Stefany at the front office. I got a room at 8 floor (as I wish far from lift). However, around 10 pm the room is noisy due to the sound from the building (like a band). Because I'm very sleepy, I just do close my ear with pillows. I hope next time, I can stay at silent room.
