I really love the familiar and homely feeling I always have when I stay at your hotel. The staff service is friendly and always helpful. The room is clean and fresh. The bed is tempting, because I fall asleep as soon as I lie on it, even though I have alot of work to do! Good job on the bed.

Room is clean. Bed is comfy. Hotel location is surrounded by eating places and shops, importantly access to public transportation is practically easy. Hotel staffs are friendly with good manners.

I had an excellent stay. The staff were kind and the hotel itself fully met my expectations of cleanliness, space and good location. Raymond from the front desk went over and above what was expected to help me sort out travel plans that had been changed. He was kind courteous and very knowledgeable, which meant that rearranging travel was easy and hassle free. The level of English from all of your staff was excellent and they were polite and attentive at all times. The hotel itself was very clean and the food was excellent. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful at all times. I would thoroughly recommend it to other colleagues travelling in the area. Many thanks for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

First of all when I came to the hotel, the Le Club Accor hotel counter check-in wasn't available and there was just two person in charge, which one of them is trainee (Risal), so I queued in the regular check-in line and wait about 15-20 mins. Secondly after I checked in and made a payment, I had to asked for welcome drink voucher and card room socket for Accor member (the blue one). If I didn't asked, they weren't gave it to me. In the third place, my room was hot and the air-con didn't turned on. The towels smelled of cigarettes. PS: I have stayed in this hotel before, but the treatment I got this time was disappointing.

« One of the Best Experience Ever! »

I stayed at Ibis Jakarta Harmoni for 8 nights on business trip. Upon arrival, I was welcomed personally by the Hotel Manager, Pak Maksum who was at the lobby. Check in process was efficient, and the front desk staff attended to me was friendly (but I didn’t get his name back then). Upon checking in to the room, welcome amenities was arranged in the room for me, and it was a Wow experience for me. As I did not bring along the right adapter (Indonesia has a different type of adapter set) for my notebook and charger, I called up to front desk and the adapter set was sent to my room in a few moment. Nothing more I could say besides the word, efficient! My room was perfectly cleaned daily and room amenities (mineral bottle, tea bags) were refilled without fail. Breakfast and lunch spreads served at the restaurant, Taste, was good throughout my stay in the Hotel, and staffs at the restaurant were so friendly too. I managed to get the name of one of the male host, Lana, he was one of them in the restaurant who was being so hospitable and approachable during my breakfast days. Check out was quick and efficient, payment was accurate and what more could I ask for. Kudos to the team at Ibis Jakarta Harmoni and will definitely be back again!

Ibis location is nice, I chose this hotel for the location.As platinum i was oriented with a Movie theme room, with a nice movie theather system inside. Good for relax after work.the breakfast is too crowded, but probably i choose the wrong time zone

I have stayed more than 10 times at IBIS Jakarta Harmoni this year. So I guess I'm a regular guest at the hotel. So far my stay has been comfortable. My recent stay was in Room 702. All my requests were fulfilled. Just a comment - the shower nozzle seems to be leaking between the nozzle and hose. Hope you can look into this for the convenient of other guests. In addition, I hope the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast will be improved.
