I am a regular guest at Ibis Harmoni whenever I am in Jakarta. The hotel is a value for money and my preferred room is 702. The staff do their best to accommodate my requests and made my stay a memorable one. I only have 1 feedback. I hope the hotel will install NET tv channel in the rooms as it is my favourite channel. I had to watch the programmes elsewhere and this is inconvenient. Please look into this. Thank you.

In the mean time yes our TV provider has no contract with NET TV that caused we dont get NET channel. We try to find other option for TV provider and we afraid this won't take quick time. The room is good in size. TV channel completed with HBO, Fox Movies and AXN. TV size is larger than other 3 stars hotel. Some special request need approval from the manager. Breakfast is good for ibis standard. But some of them are too salty (salty is not healthy) The hotel located next to 24hours McD. So you can grab some food any time you need. (same owner). Unfortunately the hotel does not provide gym. With a gym, i will give it perfect rating.

Nice hotel. AC was not strong and shower was not clean. Accor hotels are still using plastic water bottles - why can't you use glass bottles? Plastic is very polluting and so wasteful.

hotel is good, next to mc donald, very close to convenience store about 2 minutes walk. next to hotel there is taxi stand. good location in kota. opposite gajah mada. plenty of entertaiment and restaurand in the sorrounding area. definetely will come back again to these hotel

actually my experience quite good. I'm one of staff from malindoair, under lion group i know the rate so cheap for lion group, only idr 350k or rm 100 with b/f i was staying using guarantee letter from Lion, and i add 1 more night using my accor member actually, i was hoping to get the same rate when I adding 1 night extra, but when my request still process with your male receptionist, suddenly your female receptionist came and straight forward saying if i cannot get the same rate coz Lion's rate is idr 350k. this is the 2nd time she mentioned about lion's rate. 2 months ago she also mentioned to my wife if lion's rate is so cheap. I couldnt deny the rate is so cheap and I admit it But I dont think that is a good point to send message to customer, because we (lion/malindo staff), we didnt involve to decide the rate i believe accor higher management already agreed with lion's higher management on the rate so finally, I just asked her, how much if I using my accor member. and she informed me the rate, idr 584k i just smiled to her, I choosed back to my room, and I did booking by myself thru accor apps overall, your breakfast also average. I already tried accor hotel like pullman centralpark, so sofitel singapore, sofitel damansara KL, etc. I understand there will be different between 3stars compare 5stars, but actually I expect accor staff give more respect to lion staff as we are doing business here thank you A.
