« Good place to stay. »

Pre-arrival communications to request for room preference was a nice touch. Check in was efficient. The room was good. Shower gel dispenser was empty when I check-in but service was prompt when I asked for it to be filled. I was only disappointed during check-out when there was only 1 person manning the front desk when many guests were queueing to check-out.

« Good service »

Good customer service in the reception especially Titi she is very accomodating. The open buffet restaurant was good foods. Room was clean and wifi was good. I have only one complain when we checked in early morning on April 10 the reception on duty was very rude he even told us to check with other hotels which he should not do it.

« The stay was okay.. »

not so satisfied with the stay. 1. the hair and body wash liquid was leaking all over the shower area. (Room 705) 2. the breakfast is quite good , but funny how the "food description tag" that placed infront of the Dish were mixed UP, example : the dish is Bihun Goreng the tag written "Kwetiaw goreng" , and the dish is bread and pastry the tag written "Nasi Kuning". 3. good things that i can took my late check out benefits until 5pm, but when i asked the reception to arranged and clean up my room (because i felt the floor was sticky and slippery) but they wasn't accept my request, the receptionist lady said "we cannot clean your room if you are not extend for one more night). funny because this is my first experience stayed at the hotel and my "clean up" request rejected. Usually if i asked for a clean up, in what ever situation and time, every house keeping will took my request instantly. 4. and when i'm still at my room at around 3pm , some one (hotel crew) was open my door. I know that she already knock (procedure) but the thing is, means that she wasn't know that room number 705 is still occupied and having a late check out until 5pm? 5. last but not least , and this one is very annoy me. In the morning 10am , i was leaving my room. because i will be back to my room at 1pm, in order to keep the Air Cond on,, i put my "prepaid foodcourt card" at the electricity card slot. when i come back at 1 pm, the card was gone, the room was hot (i'm not able to directly rest). inside the card i have some balance of money, i don't think its a good things to do that hotel's house keeper took it. its very impolite. if my way to keep my room cool and comfy was wrong, at least you dont have to took my card, if you take it without permission i can assume that the house keeper intend to stole it right? so my impression during stay here is not really good. it was okay but I do not seem to be staying here anymore.

Room was big enough, toilet looks clean but i don't know why it stinks, Food was good. The juice drinks should have label of what they are. It will be better if there was desserts too.

My second time to stay here. Still get nice and clean room. Good service. Most of staff are friendly, some timid. Usually, there is a welcome fruits in the room. But, did not get any this time. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices. Location is one of the best, close to mall, public transportation, and resto/cafe.

Overall experience was good as we were introduced to "around the world" design room. Room was clean but housekeeping service could be better as some of our amenities were not refilled. Shower corner was stucked with water actually as the water could not flow fast enough.

Value for money, fuss-free and functional hotel. I would choose this hotel for short trip to Jakarta to enjoy the convenient of centralized location without paying premium. Room and bathroom size is small but basically sufficient. Staff is well trained, made you feel welcomed. This hotel score much better than probably other higher rank hotel in this area - staff professionalism, motivation & training!! Breakfast selection is good with great local taste, bravo to chef's work!! Will probably want to try Family room for slightly bigger room, in the future for next chance.
