The place looks old and tired, I’m not sure I’d return. Staff really need to look more corporate, most of them looked like they just rolled out of bed. I think the general attitude of the staff and lack of attention to detail is reflective on the appearance of the whole venue. They are evidently lacking any type of management or supervision. In my opinion there needs to be management and some basic disciplines put in place to improve your customer experience.

I really enjoyed staying with you. I thought it was a lovely property. My only feedback was that I was not asked whether I was an Accor member to ensure my membership number was added to my booking. I am still not sure if this has been added. Just because I am travelling as a group, please don't assume I will not return as a FIT.

« Fantastic »

Room was clean and cool after a hot day. After requesting for a king bed instead of two singles if available as it was a night of our honeymoon trip, Emma at you front desk went the extra mile and wrote a personalised card which was really nice to receive on arrival after a long tedious drive the complimentary sparkling was also very nice. The bed was comfy, the room service tasty and a good sized meal. Bar staff were wonderful and remembered orders. I can't fault the service and quality of the room. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends :)

« Good - reception could use further training »

Hotel itself was lovely. When signing in reception provided no information on breakfast times, restaurant, pool etc we had to ask about everything. I was also an according member and didn't receive the advertised discount or WiFi and again had to prompt that I was a member. The reception advised that she had missed it then provided the free WiFi but did not mention the discount members get. We had to guide ourselves around the hotel due to the lack of information provided. When we signed out no information again was provided about when the hotel deposit would be refunded.

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mecure and would recommend it to others. »

Staff were very pleasant. The golf course was a great course to play on and well kept. We would come again. Our accomodation was spacious. The poops were very clean. sea ate all our meals see and enjoyed the food. Our only issue is that on our first night the air conditioning was not switched on and the room was stuffy even though we opened the windows. The evening staff could not leave the desk. Fortunately in the morning we discovered the mains in the cupboard were were able to switch on the air conditioning unit.

Large and lovely Room overlooking the Wetlands and was very nice listening to the various birds and ducks. Extremely lovely setting. Very friendly and helpful Staff. My daughter commented that the Roll-Away Bed was one of the most comfortable that she had ever slept on.
