« Couple incidents »

Our family stayed for 2 nights. First allocated to a town house without two single beds as promised, not bothered to change. On the second day we had to go to reception to get our card reactivated to be able to get into our room, the staff just laughed off about the incident and blaim the system. They need replace some tiles in the Spa area as the edges has been worn out and became very sharp. My daughter's foot got a bad cut. In that instance, the staff at reception actioned promptly.

The lovely Emma on the front desk was an absolute highlight. From check in to check out she made me feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. As always wonderful! The fact that I can bring my cats and stay in the Pet Suite makes Kooindah my home away from home. I'm not sure who enjoys Kooindah Waters more - myself, the cats or my friends who come to visit and dine when I'm staying. Special thanks to housekeeping who manage with my cats in the suite. A big thank you to Daniel for working out all my changes and Emma for always being so bright and cheery. Big thanks to Phil, Brett, Maddie, Karen, Cheryl, Gloria, Michael, Lachlan, Stacey, Lucy & Jordy for looking after me and all my guests so well. Everyone really enjoyed their meals so compliments to all the chefs! I love spending time at Kooindah - it's just good for your soul. Lastly but not least I want to thank Jo for her effervescence, smiles, hugs and care for all the staff! Looking forward to the next time I stay, but in the mean while I'll be happy coming to play golf and dine in the restaurant.

Room was a good size and well set out. Nice view of the golf course. Varandah out the back was in need of a good sweep and the curtains were dirty with finger marks from dirty fingers evident and the bedroom curtains were not hooked properly up on the track so light comes in and can’t close them 100%.

« Lovely resort but disappointed yet again. »

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this Resort visiting family. The second time we visited 6-7 weeks ago the heater in the indoor pool was faulty. Visiting this past weekend we found the heater still had not been repaired and the heated spa was filled with foam. We had dinner in the casual eating area which was delicious and ordered dessert. After waiting over an hour, and our grandchildren falling asleep, we cancelled our dessert order. We went to our room, having been placed in the main building premium room, which was lovely. Attempted to use the shower and found the door jammed shut. It was attended to promptly. Also the outside of the windows were filthy. Such a shame as we enjoy coming to this resort and will be be frequenting the central coast often as we have an elderly mother there in a nursing home. We booked 2 rooms this visit, our daughter and family stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. They were very happy with their accommodation.

The experience was not as good as before. not as much as cutlery as before. and there was no water bucket in the sauna. even we have been there more than six times. the reception still asked If we 've been before.

Overall the stay was great. Property is well maintained and the golf course is great. Only thing that could be improved maybe is the spa and indoor pool area which are looking a bit under the weather. Breakfast was good and server was helpful.
