Our family stayed for 2 nights. First allocated to a town house without two single beds as promised, not bothered to change. On the second day we had to go to reception to get our card reactivated to be able to get into our room, the staff just laughed off about the incident and blaim the system. They need replace some tiles in the Spa area as the edges has been worn out and became very sharp. My daughter's foot got a bad cut. In that instance, the staff at reception actioned promptly.

Air conditioning smelt and needed cleaning a very thick amount of dust on air filter bathroom had a sewage type smell around vanity area wine glasses were dirty but bed was comfortable

The experience was not as good as before. not as much as cutlery as before. and there was no water bucket in the sauna. even we have been there more than six times. the reception still asked If we 've been before.

Overall the stay was great. Property is well maintained and the golf course is great. Only thing that could be improved maybe is the spa and indoor pool area which are looking a bit under the weather. Breakfast was good and server was helpful.

Service was friendly. Room was fine. Only gripe was the two single beds pushed together to make the king size. Buffet breakfast was fine, reasonable, variety. Check out was seamless. The sound of air conditioners or some electrical hum stopped me sleeping. Was only evident in the main bedroom. It wasn’t mine because I turned it off.

The staff at the we’re really lovely and very welcoming. We spoke to the maintenance man, house keepers and front desk and all were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t experience the same with the workers at the restaurant.

Welcomed, by an upgrade which was very appreciative, excellent accommodation, enjoyed the evening relaxing around the Bar and Dining areas after playing Golf every day . The atmosphere just being around the course with the wetlands, birds, animals , peace and quite - all good.

Everyone is always very welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Love the free paper and $1 breakfast. Also love the rooms with a bath....so relaxing.
