Uncomfortable mattresses - especially the bunk beds. Unclean rooms and common parts - one room had terrible drainage smells/ damp smells. Guests cooking on their window cills with stoves - place felt like sheltered accommodation for refugees. Overall - horrible - we left early after one night - not prepared to stay any longer.

Unkept and dirty

Outside, we were ' greated' by a dsiplay of plastic cups, cigarette ends and all kinds of garbbage. Then we entered the building. The lounge was absolutuely disgusting (the high tables were stained and sticky, the bin liner was overflowing with cans, napkins and cups, the floor was covered in stains, with webs in about every corner). The young man at the reception was very friendly, at least, but was obviously absolutely not interested in tidying up his workplace (and our place to stay); insteda, as soon as he was done with us, he went back to check his phone and went outside to smoke a cigarette! At that point, I almost offered to clean the place up. I was with my mother in law, and I felt really ashamed to have booked that hotel. Next, our room: stained ceiling, blocked shower, bin which hadn't been cleaned properly (condom packaging stuck on the bottom (under the liner), hair)... The air conditioning was hardly working but the bed was very good and it was quiet. Breakfast: no plates!!!!! Disgusting cutlery (some even with stained labels still applied on them!!!), no alternatives for people with lactose intolerance, blasting music coming from the hudge TV screen, and again absolutely dis-gus-ting space (was the floor EVEN swept and mopped?!!!). Staff (very friendly) on their phones and smoking cigarettes outside. Then nicest thing? The swallows which had nested in the corners of the windows!

Staff very welcoming and very helpful. Room was very good size, absolutely ideal for a family stay. Room itself was clean, rather difficult to see out of windows because of bird excrement. Impossible to open the windows without bird excrement entering the room. Communal areas were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. Good location, and good facilities nearby the hotel.

To much budget.

I've wrote an entire story of our not so pleasant stay. Then when switching between apps the page reloaded and my story was gone. I hate it when this happens. To make the story short. Bad: Breakfast is terrible. Don't pay for it and go to the next door Lidl to buy your own. No plates to put your breakfast on, rather you have to use napkins. Shower was terrible. To small and after shower everything was wet because no curtain. Not enough towels. Only 1 per person. Bed was terrible. Pillow to thin. Sheets to small which exposed the mattress. Total mess on the parking lot. Very unpleasant sight. Very limited space for breakfast. Around 35 seats for entire hotel. Total mess in hallway when cleaners make up rooms. A refrigerator would have been nice. The air conditioning was bad. Unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Large and small spots of fungus/molds at several places in the room. Good: Friendly staff. Modern looking room. Lots of parking space. Diner possibilities nearby. Convenient computer self check-in. Coffee wasn't to bad. Quiet inside at night.

The hotel room was simple as expected. Hoever, it was not entirely clean. A lot of dust everywhere. There was no room to leave a bag, it was always in a walk way around the bed or in front of the toilet. The guy at the reception did not spoke a few words English and the ventilation did not work, therefore IT was hot and muggy in the room.

Smoke smell in the room

Have been to ibis hotels several times. But this time things were wrong. When I arrived at 10pm and checked my room there was a bad smell of smoke. I called 20 times the phone number mentioned in the reception as a night number but Noone responded. So I had no option because of the late night but to stay and smell the smoke all night. Next morning, I shared this with receptionists but I did not get even apologies from them.

Very good. The breakfast is excellent for a budget stay. The room was clean and had good shower. It is very conveniently located. Staff friendly. I would prefer 2 pillows. A bit of attention to the outlook from the breakfast area?? Dead planters and decapitated trees!
