« One coffee machne is not enough! »

Everything is good except - like most Ibis Budgets - there is only one coffee machine. Result - constant queueing at breakfast time! In this case at Givet the machine broke down for around 15 minutes and there was no alternative. Bring back the good old coffee jug!

We stayed for one night and arrived late. Check-in with machine was easy and fast. Room good as expected, small with good bed and enough for one night. Breakfast was very good!

« Check inn in hotel was very unplesant »

I booked hotel directly from hotel website. when I reached at hotel at 2:00 pm, the reception gate was closed and nobody from hotel representative was available. After that I come to know that i can check in through HMI. While check in through HMI it shows that your booking is cancelled and there is no room available with your name. After three long hours of wait, hotel representatives came and issued room to me. It was highly devastating situation for me and family to wait for three hours to get room.

« Excellent stay »

Stay was really remembering, however staff are not so cooperative. They don't speak English. Many times no one available at reception, even during reception desk opening time.Otherwise the stay was very comfortable.

« Did the job for a short stay but could fix the obvious room faults »

Great location, convenient for local services. Hotel standard much as expected, just, but fixing a few faults would really improve the experience. Shower spray would not hold up on the bar - really annoying. light in bathroom flickered. Fan in toilet never stopped. hole in duvet cover. Had to slam door to get it to lock.

The room was nice but one pillow did not lead to a good nights sleep. Why only one coffee machine in breakfast room? With two coaches full of people very difficult to get a hot drink at breakfast time.

« Good as a base »

Rooms Need to be cleaned better and updated soon!!! There were spiderwebs the whole week and no new toilet paper. The ceiling had a huge tear in it. Breakfast was great for the Price! We used the Hotel as a base, for sleaping it was ok!

Hotel well presented, the only draw back for us was that it was so far out of the town centre. So we had to drive in rather than walk.
