Good reception, clean room with large space, problem with Wifi connection but solve after consultation at the desk, but connection no always good. Good breakfast.

Generally everything was fine except access to Internet. Wireless network was completely unstable and at evening you can’t use it at all. WiFi captive portal didn’t work on Safari (Apple PC). Breakfast good. Room service good.

This is a 3 star hotel, and the experience is as expected for a 3 star hotel, with one exception. Several requests to fix the ventilation / air-conditioning went without response. Sadly rooms were stuffy and hot. I was there for a Triathlon, and sweating during the night is not great preparation. Not sure what the problem was, and no one there to give an answer. Restaurant was pretty basic for breakfast, but probably as expected, and apart from the length of time it took to order food in the bar, the stay was fine.

1) hotel - booked luxury room, never saw so many flies in one place (between windows), there was no cold water and hotel was not able to fix it, finally we were relocated to other room of same category 2) slow check in/ check out 3) only good point is that rooms were big Biggest disaster is restaurant, waiters are not there, waiting time is enormous, they miss ordered items or bring wrong one or offer you desert before main food - disaster

ok in general, but should point that food quality became worse....I mean dinner menu in particular which was not a nice experience at all this time comparing to previous stays in Ibis Astana... needs to be improved

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Internet is good. But very (!) cold in the room. I stayed there from 3.06 - 6.06. Conditioner works only with cold air. No any heater was given.

I have already left my feedback at Google Maps. Unfortunately, I was to check out after the 1st night and to find another hotel. There is completely no air in the rooms, while the temperature is about +30 C. Technicians say that they know about the issue - all the guests are constantly complaining about it, but all they can do is to make it even hotter. Guys at the reception also confirm that they are tired of these dozens daily complaints on absence of windows and ventilation in the rooms, that they informed hotel management several times but nothing happens. I checked Google Maps, Booking.com, Tripadvisor - almost all the guests, for the recent at least 3 months are complaining on the same issues. You seem to close your eyes on this fact instead of changing the air conditioning mode. Definitely, it was my last stay in Ibis.

I cannot evaluate the breakfast as I arrived late. But everything is nice and tidy. Only issue is a smell. Strong smell of a dampness is everywhere starting from the lobby and going till my room on 9th floor.
