Overall nothing to complain. But in the edges there is room for improvement, considering your house a 4 star place. For example the following. I complained about a lamp that made some disturbing noise when switched on. I believe someone came to fix it, but in fact, the noise didn't disappear. The breakfast cook did not speak English at all as it seems. It was not easy to communicate, apart from pointing at ingredients for an omelette. The hotel overall seems not to have any rule of conduct regarding guests with small kids. In fact they are everywhere and most of them kids and parents lack of education. They behave as if they where alone in the planet and even complain of they are asked to be more quiet in the dining room. A disgusting way of educating kids and hence the hotel should define some guidance and instruct the 'chef de service' to assign the guests with kids accordingly. This, however is not a detail. If you ignore this issue, your guests soon will only be families with kids. It's not a problem with me, I can always stay in another hotel, but nasty kids families, on the long run, will make your own employees go crazy, which will lead to lower service quality etc. Thank you for considering some improvements going forward.

The location is perfect for ski sports: ski room exit is just 5 min to ski lifts. The staff is hospitable. The rooms are modern, although they are a bit cramped. Make sure you asked to have your room cleaned before leaving to ski pistes. The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of choice of food and beverages. The spa is very-very small. There is Turkish hamam and a small pool, but during the evenings it is almost impossible to enter as well as sit and wait in the queue.

We came back to this hotel, because we like it. Overall experience was great, except one problem, in the last few days we noticed a cigarette smoking smell in the room. We checked if it's coming from the street or from the corridor, but we couldn't find where it coming from, it's like it was inside the room. We left the room with open windows for ventilation and partly it helped, but the smell always came back after the windows were closed. We also informed the consierge about it, she told us that she would try to investigate it.

We had 3 days only for a business event and some team building entertainments. The hotel staff helped us to reach all our goals. Nice conference rooms, good room-service and reception service. Hotel is in good location, at the center of Rosa Khutor. The staff had very poor English and it was hard to communicate..The breakfast was decent, not great and not amazing.The worst part was the beds.., the mattress was probably the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel, super soft and made me wake up with back pain every morning!

I had stayed at Mercure Roza Khutor hotel for 2 days: Sep 29- Oct 1 2018. My visit to Roza Khutor was totally spoilt on the 2nd day after my family had lunch at your restaurant hotel. My husband got poisoned by the dish "Myasnoy Specialitet" cooked by your hotel staff. Either meat or yogurt it was served with was spoils. My husband had fewer at night and all day next day, we had to cancel our prepaid trip to mountains and lost this money. My 2 year old daughter was eating soup from kids menu " Chicken lapsha". In the first day we also tried it, it was really very good, but on the second recepy was totally different as it seems, the soup was so salty that even a grown up is not allowed to eat it. What you 've been doing there on your kitchen? From 2 days you totally spoilt 1 day for our family when i had to take care of my husband. That day later we were also travelling back to Moscow (our home) and i was really worried how my hunsband will be able to travel with high temperature, helping me to carry our bags, stroller and my daughter. Another complaint is our room. We stayed at room number 508. You have a problem there with canalization as we had to smell toilet for 2 days, especially my 2 year old daughter who's bad was the closest to the bath room. This is totally not acceptable service for such a hotel. I am really surprised on this. The hotel was recommended by my parents who are often guests of Mercury. I really do hope you are going to investigate what happened in your kitchen during those days, who was the cooker and why you are serving spoilt products. I do believe the prices are expensive, if i am paying i should make sure i am getting trustful service. Waiting for your feedback.

First of all we would like to pay your attention that upon checking complaints got by restaurant during your stay we didn’t get feedbacks about the dish "Myasnoy Specialitet". We underline that quality of dishes cooked in our restaurant follow health and hygiene rules and standards and confirmed by all approval documents. As for the dish "Chicken lapsha", I would like to note that our kitchen staff changed a soup for your daughter just right after getting negative feedback and offered a new portion without salt at all which was accepted by your family. Thank you for your comment concerning your room. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any complaint from you about the smell during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please, next time, if you have any comments on cleaning the room, immediately contact the reception desk administrators. Our team members may suggest changing the room or invite maids for additional cleaning. In any case, we always try to do our best to make the accommodation of our guests as comfortable as possible. It was our first visit to Rosa Khutor. Liked the location. About the hotel: clean room, friendly personnel, very convenient to have free transportation to the railway station and to the beach. Standard breakfast. Swimming pool could be bigger.
