I had stayed at Mercure Roza Khutor hotel for 2 days: Sep 29- Oct 1 2018. My visit to Roza Khutor was totally spoilt on the 2nd day after my family had lunch at your restaurant hotel. My husband got poisoned by the dish "Myasnoy Specialitet" cooked by your hotel staff. Either meat or yogurt it was served with was spoils. My husband had fewer at night and all day next day, we had to cancel our prepaid trip to mountains and lost this money. My 2 year old daughter was eating soup from kids menu " Chicken lapsha". In the first day we also tried it, it was really very good, but on the second recepy was totally different as it seems, the soup was so salty that even a grown up is not allowed to eat it. What you 've been doing there on your kitchen? From 2 days you totally spoilt 1 day for our family when i had to take care of my husband. That day later we were also travelling back to Moscow (our home) and i was really worried how my hunsband will be able to travel with high temperature, helping me to carry our bags, stroller and my daughter. Another complaint is our room. We stayed at room number 508. You have a problem there with canalization as we had to smell toilet for 2 days, especially my 2 year old daughter who's bad was the closest to the bath room. This is totally not acceptable service for such a hotel. I am really surprised on this. The hotel was recommended by my parents who are often guests of Mercury. I really do hope you are going to investigate what happened in your kitchen during those days, who was the cooker and why you are serving spoilt products. I do believe the prices are expensive, if i am paying i should make sure i am getting trustful service. Waiting for your feedback.

It is important in our industry to listen both positive and negative feedbacks are both are precious sources for us to make improvement. There are quite a few things to pick up from your review and I will certainly discuss those with the team. However, I would like to get back to a few which I would comment differently than you. First of all we would like to pay your attention that upon checking complaints got by restaurant during your stay we didn’t get feedbacks about the dish "Myasnoy Specialitet". We underline that quality of dishes cooked in our restaurant follow health and hygiene rules and standards and confirmed by all approval documents. As for the dish "Chicken lapsha", I would like to note that our kitchen staff changed a soup for your daughter just right after getting negative feedback and offered a new portion without salt at all which was accepted by your family. Thank you for your comment concerning your room. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any complaint from you about the smell during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please, next time, if you have any comments on cleaning the room, immediately contact the reception desk administrators. Our team members may suggest changing the room or invite maids for additional cleaning. In any case, we always try to do our best to make the accommodation of our guests as comfortable as possible. Once again I would like to thank you to bring to our attention some of those details as they will definitely help us to improve our service. It was our first visit to Rosa Khutor. Liked the location. About the hotel: clean room, friendly personnel, very convenient to have free transportation to the railway station and to the beach. Standard breakfast. Swimming pool could be bigger.

I think the receptionists went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. I was a bit disappointed in the room, as I have stayed in Raddison Sonya in ST PETERSBURG, recently. A 4 star but definitely a better room with a Nespresso machine and enough coffee and tea. I felt short of water and coffee most of the time. The room at your hotel was absolutely cramped. The restaurant is good, the food and the location too. But the toilets leading to the pool was constantly dirty and wet everywhere. We loved the breakfast and the staff.

Good location, high service. Pool & restaurant are good enough. Breakfast is standard. Negative: bad adour in corridor, strange cleaning - bed was not always prerpared well. Also it was forbidden to take away fruits from breakfast - this make a very negative impression before leaving.

Thanks to Elena at reception our whole stay was very enjoyable and pleasant! She was always greeting us with a smile, knew our names and assisted in every question we had. Working in this industry myself I can guarantee that she provided the best guest service experience I've ever seen and was the highlight of our stay. She is a great asset to your team! She gave thorough information about hotel itself, whole resort and surroundings, provided with tips around the places to visit and prices. Additional thanks I would like to give to Evgeniyi who works in the kitchen. Upon request whether there are any vegetarian deserts available, in a matter of few minutes he personally brought a magnificent delicious desert made especially and uniquely for us. We were very touched! It was a masterpiece. Sometimes in the changing room by the pool there was a bit of water on the floor which made it very slippery. There were enough towels and it was never too crowded. Room was kept clean and tidy and thanks for replenishing essentials we felt as if we are always been taken care of. Great vacation! Only once we had 2 bathrobes instead of 3 (room was for three pax), but after a short call to housekeeping this was rectified. Food was delicious and selection was amazing.
