It was great, from beginning to end. Even though it was only a short stay we felt so welcomed and looked after. We also got engaged in your pool villa in koh chang (27th march 2019) so it was absolutely perfect!! The staff were friendly and happy, very helpful from the car park attendants to the manager, every single one of them made us feel so special, such a great team! So good we are going back before we leave (4th April 2019)

Wide range & nice breakfast, room was cozy & convenient to the beach. But didn’t like bathroom that much, no step to get in & out. Shower area was too small.

A beautiful resort with comfortable facilities .Breakfast is delicious .Staff are gently ,the room is clean and full wares but the towel look shabby in comparison with other hotel in the same class. Hotel was locate in a good location if you find the quiet place with clam beach for relax but it far from ferry landing .

I’m booking for ocean view but I’m got pool view instead. Look pretty good outside the balcony if you like watching people. Food was really delicious and service are very nice.

Traveled in group with family of 8 including a child and the elderly. Stayed for 2 nights, booked 4 rooms and one got upgraded due to being an accor member – thanked them for that. We then checked in those 3 rooms first and were told the upgraded room wasn't ready yet. After a couple of hours passed, the upgraded room never came. They never rang us. So we decided to ask the front desk. It so happened that the key was there, but the staff forgot to inform us – okay we still thanked them for that. The rooms were clean, spacious and nice. However, the A/C units in two of those rooms got broken – one’s got water dripping all over the place and the other didn't work at all. The repair guys were nice and swift to come to rescue. They managed to fix one unit alright but couldn’t do much for the one with dripping water, so we ended up having to move to a new room on the second night. The place looked fine overall, everything was in its place and in good shape - pool well kept and beach cleaned after. The breakfast was okay – nice typical selections that you could have hoped for from such a hotel. However, on the very first night, as we were just got back from dinner outside, my old man got tripped over on his way to the room (the walk way was poorly lit on that part). He suffered some scratches and bleedings on his left knees and cheeks and some bruises around his left eye socket. The lady front desk on duty did a great job of performing first aid and gave us a local hospital contact where we headed right after to check if there might be any concussions – luckily there was none. The only problem or downside we felt was that after the incident, it seemed that the management might not have been informed or probably chose to neglect to pay attention to what was going on. Yes, it probably wasn’t them to blame for but at least they could send someone to ask us how we were doing. It wasn’t until my sister got upset and fired them some complaints that they gave us a small fruit basket and a get-well-soon letter in the next afternoon. So in a nutshell, it would’ve been a fair stay (ok, you needed to get passed those broken A/C things) if it wasn’t for this accident. But surely if their wish was to make their guests feel welcomed, they’ve missed their mark for many many miles.

Nice and quiet place. Calm and measured. Breakfast is Excellent. Service is average. Accor members have no additional attention. Although there is a front desk for members, they are serviced in a regular line.

I like the easy way to access the pool and the breakfast is very good. My sun like the beach very much, it is clean and the multiple routes to it which allows visitors to reach the beach quickly, but 2nd day my son found 2 dogs on the beach which snatched away his slippers and dropped it in the sea, not only could sinaros like this happen but dogs can make it hard to maintain cleanness on the beach. My father 84 years old like your hotel very much, easy to go by his wheelchair, and like to sit on the beach.

The private pool villa was exceptional. Breakfast much better than expected (compared with other reviews we had read). Restaurant was overpriced but that was expected. Staff were very well trained and informative and helpful.

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of my 3 weeks in Thailand. A beautiful, quiet resort with clean and comfortable facilities directly at the ocean for a reasonable price, with restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Next time I am to visit Koh Chang again, I will stay there again for sure :)

I had booked two nights accommodation with you and paid for breakfast on the second night and not the first. After booking we found out that we needed to leave very early on our last day, which meant we would have missed the buffet breakfast. We asked the manager if we could have the breakfast after the first night instead, so that we would still only have one breakfast like we paid for but would have time to enjoy it. He refused and made it very difficult. After 30 minutes of me asking why this was not possible, he relented and granted my request....only because other guests were getting irritated and started to agree with me. We had a newborn baby with us, 4 weeks old, and the situation was very stressful. The manager was not happy with the change and that was very clear. This whole incident happened whilst he was sitting under a mercure poster which said "we strive to do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable " or something like that. Clearly it wasn't true. Also whilst waiting to check inn in the meeting room area, a tv screen said free kayaks...when we went to take one on the beach, We were told we would be charged. This was after the beachside Jacuzzi had broke down twice.

it's nice stay, but when I reached hotel I discovered that not included breakfast, I did not find it when I booked from App. I was disappointed for that, even when I told reception staff they said I should pay some amount of money again for breakfast. so I did not had it.
