My experience was great at ibis cawang. The staff was trained well. They are really know how to handle guess. The staff at front desk are very helpful, in one single time my wife was forgot to put a bottle for baby at the lobby. I reported this to the person at the front desk, they were busy to find it until my wife was informed that the bottle was in our room! The staff "Adam" at the swimming pool, very nice to handle guess. Five stars for him. He really pay attention to all guess at the pool. Standing with an eagle eye to keep guess in safety. One thing that need to be fixed, when i was have additional bill at the restaurant, the bill was separated and need to be paid once i exit the restaurant for swim. Luckily i have my wallet with me. My suggestion is to put the bill together once i check out. And staff at the restaurant need to have more training on how to accept customer suggestion and not to cut the unfinished sentences. This guy also cannot explained on why the bill was separated than hotel bill??? But as an overall, everything was good at ibis cawang! Appreciate for all staff and the security also

The hotel and the room was nice and clean also good size for 2 prople. Nice pool and staff are frienfly. Food was ok basic, close to the airport but no restaurant near the hotrl.

The bathroom felt like i was on the airplane toilet, it was plastic and narrow. The bed wasn’t hard enough and when i open the sheet they use 2 sheet in 1 bed. It wasn’t comfortable at all and After i talk to the receptonist about the sheet the receptonist Said it was same in all other room. So i check out immedietly and stayed at other place. When i gave the room Keys to the receptonist she doesn’t even bother to ask why i checked out after 1 hour. I will not coming back even someone pay me for stay there.

Room cleanliness was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, a lot of variety. I called room service to order a juice, and I surprised because the server said I should pay by cash only, which I remember when I checked in, the front office staff told me I can pay it when we check out. I also ask for an ashtray, and need to wait like more than 40 minutes to get one.

located in strategic place in East Jakarta make it easy to go anywhere, especially near Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport. Have no worry for late flight check in. But, it will be nice if parking ticket is free for 5-10 mins early. Because, sometimes it only pick up or drop off guest.
