Stay for 2 nights to attend our cousin wedding. Check in with Mas Oki, the handsome guy and the humble one. Thank you for choosing us a room on the 6th floor and overlooking poolside. The room & bathroom was clean, the bed so comfort. Hotel's surrounding was also clean. We had a breakfast, the restaurant was also clean and the food was good. There was an ATM machine also in the lobby. All staffs were polite & friendly. Look forward to have another stay with you in the near future.

« Good service, bit overrated »

Was in really short stay (c/i @10pm and c/o @2.30am the next morning), quite happy with the service, really happy for the crew's help and support, and the hospitality. Not having a chance to have the breakfast, but take-away bread was nice to me However, found things to me which are really feasible for improvement 1. Hot water not working as hot as it was expected. Showering @2am was a bit challenging even ac was turned off 2. Double-bed size felt small to me, might be due to its bed cover or just its size which not too big 3. No table-soon in cattelery set for coffee/tea in the room, which local people might prefer to have to instead of stirring-stick 4. Shower room just too small to my opinion considering the hotel is not budget-hotel 5. Extra pillow was provided and it's a good thing, however the pillow was just not into my expectation in terms of its comfortability 6. Power-outlet were provided, but more quantity (especially near the bed for charging phone to get the alarm nearby) would be preffered 7. Phone was just located somehow too far from.bed, missing the wake-up call was thing i concerned Since my stay was for company bussiness and on company payment, the company rate was just too high to my opinion. Will not consider to stay in personnal trip or colleague recommendation even with company rate unless no improvement for things mentioned above Thanks

Thanks for the service, breakfast was good but sometimes they just need to monitor on wether the food are quite enough on display (especially for bubur ayam topping). Room clean and tidy. But I am still staying here tbh until 17th of August, haven't checked out yet.

During check in the front desk explain me the Platinum benefit which is only Ibis Cawang Hotel I could get this kind of treatment as Platinum. The staffs were showing their warm welcome to the guest just like 5 stars Hotel. The Room also clean. I never have this kind of experience in other ibis hotel.

Lately staying at ibis Cawang seems to be less comfortable, it seems very clear that hotels are too economical, which ultimately makes visitors uncomfortable. such as compliment facilities which are often incomplete: mineral water is sometimes only one small bottle if you ask for more charge, so also the property is very poor, such as towels that are not feasible are still used ... this is very incompatible with the hotel class itself. .

Nobody took us to our room and once I got in, I had to ask for another because the bathroom was dirty and had some kind of fungi in the sink area. The other was slightly better though the shower had stained on its head and I could still found fungi on the bottom of the sink. The room itself was quite dusty. The twin beds made me itchy and the pillows had yellow stains. Was it because I used an IBIS Voucher as a payment and stayed for free?? The breakfast would be fantastic if only they served a cream soup along the breads. The service was better, they were kind.
