I stayed in this hotel due to its location near Halim Airport and I need to get rest quickly. Reception was very good and ensure that my room was ready on 12.00 pm, thank you for accepting my request. I was also given welcome gift by GM David Kalalo which is fruits and I loved it. I feel disappointed and not cared enough at lobby check in, after seeing the room it turns out that the access door problem can't open the door & need to change back to the lobby is very disappointing, as soon as entering the room the condition of the wet floor is used for cleaning & the smell of garbage, dirty toilet, bad experience here

nice greeting, fast response/ service, clean room, strategic place of the hotel, price is good. but unfortunately, i found 'jamur' di sarung bantal ( sorry if i am using bahasa, afraid of missunderstanding). hopefully u will give more like shower cap and cotton buds, and maybe it will be good enough if you give clock/ jam dinding/jam meja =). i also like it when i request mukenah and sajadah , cepet bgt datengnya. yah but more advice, next lebih bersih saja ( dan mgkn memang ada khusus mukenah/sajadah/ al qur'an/bibble/ everything utk ibadah..if maybe there is a guest who need it). overall is good. well actually i ever stayed in here before. =) =) thank you once again.

I just stayed here as my company set it for me. So, I don't care about the price. You should consider to lowering price as your area right now at the construction area, very un-strategic. If I should pay by my self, it wasn't worthed price, as the service, espesially the cleaning service, not even describe Ibis as 3-star hotel. I stay for 4 night, but as my experience, little thing your cleaning service missed. Everyday I leave my empty water bottle and a cup of empty coffee or tea at the desk. When I came at evening, everything stay at it's place. Very ridiculous. Simple thing, but means a lot. But, I think other staff are friendly and helpful. I can't give another feedback, as I only stay at room from evening to early morning everyday. So, I can't comment about the food, the pool, etc yet.
