AC was not cooling inside the room. We informed. One guy came cheked, said it will be ok in 15 minutes. Still it was same. We informed again another guy came also he cheked & said it will be ok in 15 minutes. After half an hour again we informed. Totaly overall it took more than 3 hours. Then they changed the room. Our whole day plan was screwed. Pool & Brekfast is nice. Had issue in the wifi as well but a guy camr from IT & fixed it. I suggest before you give a room for a guest chek every thing in room is working properly or not.

« Good hotel to stay in »

The hotel is situated outside the noisy and touristic areas of South Bali, hence reachable only by taxi. The path to the beach is dirty and scary. No public transport of any kind. They have an agreement with the taxi drivers and the price to the airport is fixed - 175000. If you ask the reception to call Grab or Uber, they simply do not do it. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and dirty, which is possibly typical for that part of the world. The breakfast is good and rich.

LOCATION: Near to beach, local markets, shopping, restaurants etc. STAFF: Friendly and helpful with pick up services for Hardy and Bali Collection shopping outfits FACILITIES: Pool, Gym, small library, bar and eating facilities - adequate PRICE: very reasonable ROOM: definitely 4 star. The extra for a balcony was worth it. Buffet Breakfast: wide selection I'm a regular reviewer for Trip Adviser and you can see a more comprehensive review there. As A New Zealand short story writer and novelist (https://www.brian-d-W..com/) I like to travel the world extensively and this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

« the worst ibis styles ever »

Its the worst Ibis Styles i ever stay. No welcome drink over. No friendly greetings. I complain about my Eco washer that not function properly on my 1st day, but till i check out there is no respond. The cleanness of the bathroom is so horrible and the shower floor was slimy. TV cable in 2 rooms is broken and it fixed on my last night till i complain. Breakfast is so so, but the plate and spoon not cleaning well. The pillow smell no good. The only friendly staff are the room boy and security in parking gate. I always love accors hotel and mostly booked accors in all of my trip and i always scored in 8 till 10 of the 10. But my stay in Ibis Styles Bali Benoa if i scored is 1 of the 10. Its very bad make accors name become not good about this issued I hope my complaint can improve services more for staff and management. Thank you..

« Dirty room equipment & bad selection of food »

I chose this hotel looking at the fact that they serve Halal food. However, my room was not properly managed..the moment i entered my room, I did smell something bad. Towels and bed sheets were not properly cleaned and still smelled badly. 2nd day was still the same. In term of breakfast, choice of food was scarce and quantity of food also not enough even though it was still at 9 am. I've booked the room for duration of 4D3N however I decided to check out on day 3 to change hotel. Please improve the room amenities & cleanliness. Please do regulate non smoking rule as well at the lobby, dining etc.

The location was ok. Not as close to the beach as some promotional material might suggest. The road out the front is very busy until well into the early hours of the morning and Bali drivers and riders beep their horns non stop!! So try not to be in a room on the front of the hotel like I was. The hotel could do with a bit of an update as it looks a bit worn in places including the room. The pool tiles could have done with a clean as well but the water was beautiful and clean. With that out of the road... The staff are fantastic. Very attentive and very polite. Always smiling which is nice. The breakfast was very basic as you would imagine but I did enjoy it none the less. The highlight was the egg station. Omelette, etc made to order. Check in and check out was great and the staff were excellent. I ordered from the pool menu on a couple of occasions and the food and drink was very well priced. There are plenty of places to eat and convenience stores in the area which are excellent value. The room was basic and run down a little bit in places but was very clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping it looking as good as it did. I found the bed to be very comfortable and I liked the choice of both firm and soft pillows on the bed. The in room fridge kept my drinks icy cold :) It was very inexpensive to stay here and in terms of value for money it would be hard to beat. I paid less than $200 AUD for 4 nights!!! So really very affordable. The thing that annoys me is unrelated to the hotel it self. If you don't book directly through Accor you get no status and minimal recognition for your stay. There many reasons why you may not be able to book direct. In this case I had a credit through my airline that had to be used so I used it for my Bali accommodation. I could have stayed anywhere but I still chose to stay with an Accor Group hotel. I think next time I will stay based on other factors and put loyalty last.
