It was a pleasant staying in this hotel.. the staffs are courtious and polite..the breakfast is excellent.. the pool is well maintained..the staffs in the front desk of the hotel are always with a smile..the rooms are comfortable to stay in..a much recommended place for people travelling to bali with a sound environment.. i really thank each and everyone of you at the hotel for a commendable service and the care you take in reaching out to tourist like us...last but not the least bali is truly a "God of island"... long live Garuda...

Stayed there for 4 nights. It was a lovely experience. Clean room and well supported stuff. But during break fast time, we have found many items missing ( got over) and waiting time to re-fill is very high and also the cups to take tea/coffee was also shortage. Request you to look in this area to improve.

I have been a guest for the past 6 to 7 years and visit Bali 4 to 5 times a year from Australia. As a loyal customer I am happy the room 5107 always hold when I book on line and communicate to your reservation team all of them who know me personally Only the wifi in room was not effective due to slow speed and getting dis connected.So was forced to use the common fecility in lobby I observed some guests occupy lobby wifi computer for hours together thus your staff are not able to alliviate this situation which is very inconvenoent to me

« Beautiful, friendly, welcoming staff made the stay so much more enjoyable :-) »

My stay was very pleasant. My room cleaned each day, if I have any complaints it would be that my towels were changed even though I hung them on the ECO Rack. Breakfast was interesting, sometimes seemed staff were overwhelmed by numbers and not enough utensils or top up of foods as frequent as it could have been. I did fall by the pool didn't see the change in level and landed on my knees, maybe a yellow stripe could be added to show change in levels. I loved the wellness centre chairs and spent many hours enjoying the breeze there relaxing and reading.

Resort located at Benoa, some distances from the main attraction. Was given the room 5127 facing the road. Pretty noisy. Sliding door wasn't working properly - had a difficult time closing and opening the door. Broken shower head - water spurts all over during shower. Not a good experience. Breakfast - eggs not done properly - day 1 - sunny side up eggs were not "sunny" as both the yolks were broken and dry - day 2 - scrambled eggs too dry. Train that staff to do the eggs properly please! of course its fairly all right if it was his first day but i doubt so. Room floor was dirty too.
