« Just for a night »

Rooms were fine. Hotel was packed so they couldn't give 2 key cards, my door couldn't shut properly so it became a loud slam which i'm sure all my neighbors could hear. Gym was bad, the treadmill sounded like it would explode anytime & wasn't functional.

« Just ok for the stay for 9 nights. »

I was not happy as I booked 4 rooms and I got the pool view room which did not have a balcony. I requested For a transfer in the front room with balcony when available, which I was told was the day after I checked in, but I did not get the balcony room. I did not bother then and carried on staying where I was. Overally everything was good but as there was no balcony room I am not satisfied to my standard. Thanking you.

Had 1 night at the Ibis as we missed our boat to Gili Trawangan so it was booked last minute. Great position. Special mention to Novi at the front reception she was extremely helpful and helped me out with my emails. I had a boat booked from Sanur and couldn’t access my emails to see if the boat had been booked. She called the number for the boat company to see if she could get through for me to see if my boat had been confirmed or not. Please let her know she was extremely professional and I appreciate all her help! :) she is an asset to your hotel :)

« Things that can be improved »

IBIS has been a good brand and quality assurance; but during my last stay in IBIS Style Benoa, there are 3 areas what may need improvements to make guest stay more pleasant: 1) Towels that are not "white" anymore, and some spots on bedsheet and pillows' covers, shall be seriously looked into; perhaps it is time to change all towels and bed linens with brand new one 2) Dusty plates and glasses in restaurant/breakfast area, some with fingermarks, must be washed and clean up properly, and 3) Exhorbitant taxi/transfer price from hotel to airport and city due to monopoly/special arrangement between drivers/association with hotel, and the ban to GoCar/Grab or other car sharing, has forced us to pay 3x more expensive than it should be.

Hotel was okay. Was not happy that there was no television programmes for Indians and was surprised that there was no world cup football in a hotel when a small restaurant outside showed football. I complained to the staff.

« Nice room but some stuff broke down »

Nice spacious room, comfortable mattress. Shower leaked, water temperature is warmish not hot, tv in our room broke down so the hotel engineering had to replace it. I didn't get upgrade room as accor member as it was full house (it's ok, we're happy with our room). Food during dinner is delicious. Breakfast wasn't extraordinary. Friendly sfaff. Especially restaurant & bar staff.

it was quite satisfactory to stay in ibis styles, Bali benoa. rooms were clean, linen crisp, good air conditioning and view. breakfast and dinning was good though dinning could become more attractive with addition of few more dishes in the menu. pool and adjoining bar was also enjoyable. overall a very good experience.

« Nice clean hotel with good breakfasts,but the fact that the shower head had no adjustment downgraded it a bit for us. »

complained about the free shuttle to shopping center, the staff gave us free transfer to the shopping center. I think better to inform guest if the shuttle normally full after it reached ibis styles benoa, no guarantee that guest will get seat or space at the shuttle.

The room had aircon problems which were worked on 3 times to get working to a semi satisfactory condition. Had no water coming though the basin tap. Most unfortunately the Chinese would get out the pool soaking wet and sit on the chairs for the bar area and soak them including the lifts with no respect for fellow travellers and the staff would follow them mopping up. I Think the Chinese need to catch up with the manners of the rest of the world. Ibis staff were great people.

« Good Infrastructue but poor food »

You have a good building layout and location but the breakfast on offer was very poor, coffee was 'stale', because it was made in large urn, the 'sunny side' eggs were almost raw, the congee/porridge was a gluey mess, the chicken curry were overcooked with limited curry taste, the sweet/dessert was overly sugared sweet, and the bacons were overcooked crispy like cardboard. The only edible was self made toast, and the watermelon. The guests I saw were mostly Chinese and Europeans, why are you offering tasteless 'chicken' and 'beef' sausages? I would come back if only I were offered a much discounted rate, then I would have to organise my own breakfast! Do you have a quality control?
