« Impressed with Handling of Nyepi (Silent Day) Holiday »

I learned that I was traveling to Bali over the Nyepi (Silent Day) holiday after confirming a nonrefundable hotel room. I wasn't sure what to expect during this holiday, but the Ibis Styles Bali Benoa Hotel was exceptional in managing the guest experience during this day. All guests were not allowed to leave the hotel property during the holiday, so my friend and I weren't sure what we would do. The hotel had arranged for food service throughout the day (including a dinner buffet), a movie room, and other activities. The pool and spa were also open, so we indulged in two massages. As someone who has previously worked in customer service for over five years, I know that developing a plan and implementing all of the logistics for such a big event are no easy task - but the staff of the Ibis Styles made it look smooth and easy! Kudos to your team for providing excellent service throughout our entire stay but particularly during Nyepi! Particular shoutout to Teddy who checked in with my friend and I throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and to find out if he could do anything to make our stay even better. I was stayed for enjoy my Nyepi time in Bali, while I really spend my time in the hotel for relax, Angga, as a sales who offered me to stay at Ibis is perfect, he prepared all my request very well and of course it's so touched me, I did work in hospitality and I do understand how to treat everyone, but Angga did well job, and his team During breakfast I met 1 Kitchen training from Collage, He is work during Nyepi, I'm sorry forgot the name, Second breakfast he knows my preference without ask, how wonderful your training and your future aset in company, I have small feedback to front deks, upon checked in, you may to inform team to do more explain about all benefit I got and the hotel, because I did ask a lot and he not explain, he just answered my question, it's Will be good for another guest Thank you for treat me as a queen,

We had originally booked a Junior Suite but on arrival discovered that there is no balcony. We were moved to a ground floor pool side room and loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was good and the staff were amazing. Thanks!

Horrible green lamp. Dim lights. Horrible breakfast - ants everywhere on the table. Bathroom was damaged due to salt water. Atleast we have got a goodnights sleep and good aircon. And it was cheap!

The service was nice even though someone from the pool site told me that his friend was putting some chemical liquid into the swimming pool so I cannot continue swimming because it may bad for my skin (it was around 21:30). I was quite confused but follow his instruction. On the next day, I saw a board beside the pool that said the pool only open up to 21:00. lol He could say the truth, but shamefully, he chooses to make up some story.

I specifically asked for a good wifi connection and it was the worst I throughout Bali. the connection ended up in whole time or did not work at all. At the pool wifi didn't work at all. today this is no longer ok. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I knew this. Good location. Good breakfast.

It was a nice experience. The hotel had a very nice swimming pool and gym. The breakfast was also good. Only thing that we did not like was that complimentary water bottles provided in the room were very small in size. When we called the reception for extra water, the price quoted for each extra water bottle was exorbitant. Kindly look into it.

Can't expect much because it is the budget line of Ibis brand. Rooms / property overall need refurbishment. But overall, with the same price can easily find better accommodation in Bali. The reason I selected this hotel is because I was attending an event nearby. Breakfast spread could be better.

Excellent staff,always friendly and willing to help.Unfortunatly some parts of the hotel require urgent update.The first room we were allocated had a badly cracked sink,and paint peeling from the doors.The second was much better,but if a good room was not available ,we would have moved to another hotel.

Not bad...Minus: rent 2 rooms but 1 other room the air conditioner is less cold. The same thing happens in the children's playroom located next to the gym, the AC is also problematic. Plus: nice and friendly staff

It was a great experience staying at Ibis Styles Bali Benoa. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was smiling, polite and cooperative. Loved the swimming pool design and the menu for breakfast was perfect.. a good combination of continental and local food. We would definitely like to stay here again.
