The staff are very friendly, jovial and ever ready to assist. Stayed here for two nights however the quality of the rooms did not meet our expectations. Towels were stained and very old..very big stains which looked like blood. Called for a change of towels but the new ones were no different i had to call for new ones yet again. The pillows were not fresh moreso the bolster pillows were smelly and stained. Despite the hiccups we enjoyed our stay. The beach club need an upgrade some sunbeds and seats will do.

At first I was disappointed with the room because the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to my arrival. There was hair on the shower wall. It made me feel the whole room was dirty. The hotel overall had many positive qualities.

Staff are friendly and would do anything to help . For $50 AUD it is value for money.

Unorganized and dirty

We had an issue with the hotel and local agent. Employees were ok but the facility was not clean enough. Room cleaner was forgetting towels every morning and we had to order them additionally. Everything was great only the last day, we were able to lock bags after check out and before leaving to airport, thank you for that.

I am a regular traveler. The check in and check out was the most efficient i have ever experienced. The staff at the bar, at breakfast and around the pool were friendly and service was excellent. I loved that the rooms had glass bottles for water, and there there were not mulitple little plastic bottles of shampoo etc. Also, there as a sign at the bar noting that plastic straws can be optional. The lady at the bar explained that the chain is looking into plastic alternatives. Great! The breakfast was average, but the rice porridge was awesome! Negatives: The place is a bit shabby, it needs some paint touch-ups, etc. The barbecue looked great on images in the elevator, but 150K for chicken, sausages and corn was disappointing. I would rather pay 200 and have some seafood and steak!

I understand the price of the room is cheap but the hotel room is not very clean at all , hair on bed and on the floor , towel is in Grey colour.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool was really nice. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The bottles of water daily were much appreciated. Only Negative, would be the inhouse restaurant for lunch and dinner did not have too many Balinese dishes like betutu or babi guling etc. Would have eaten in the hotel a lot more if Balinese dishes were available.

HOTEL NEEDS EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE

Friendly efficient staff Lovely pool area Reception and restaurant decorated well Beds comfortable Housekeeping did a very good job keeping room clean Good location HOWEVER - dryer didnt work - but we were given replacement - one day no hot water in shower - this was fixed and then a few days later no cold water - bottom sheet on bed little too small - so during the night it would mean the mattress became uncovered - sliding door to verandah did not lock - however we were on top floor - very severe rust on the verandah railings - on last couple of days - aircon was leaking inside our room near the front door We have stayed at Ibis in Kuta/Legian - and it was a new hotel so the building did not suffer from our maintenance issues.
