Good Stay. Courteous Staff, both at Front Office and Restaurant. Value for Money. Decent food at restaurant also. But, linen needs to be looked into and replaced with new stock. Bed sheets and towels are worn out. Shampoo was out of stock. I Kept asking for for beer, but was out of stock for 3 days. Potato Wedges was the only vegetarian option on one night. When I asked for 2nd servings, that also was out of stock.

The water heater in the room was not cleaned even there was still some water used by the previous visitors. In the morning, the cleaning staff knocked on my door several times when it was not yet time for the room cleaning schedule. That annoys me a lot.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. But it took a long thine for check in, though I was there after a long flight hours, 7 hrs. Breakfast was okay, but could have been better. Nice staffs. I appreciate your concern for the environment.

I thought I wouldn't get something that good on my staying, it turned out I got broad options for my breakfast and the room was fit enought although I have lot of luggage. I like your bathroom design, it was cute and I would like to apply on my home, thank you Ibis!

« Sheets are not as clean and bad breakfast experience »

Cleanliness of the room is acceptable (but not great). However, there's a unpleasant smell once I entered the hotel room and the sheets look as if they were not washed thoroughly. I would not expect such bedsheet in Ibis. Breakfast is another disaster where is too over crownded and no clean table and refilling of finished foods most of the time. Another bad experience is hotel front desk does not even allow hotel guest to make local calls! How is that possible! It is really unacceptable to me, being a 3 star hotel.

At beginning I face a problem, because I got wall covered room at Level 9. Then Mr. Chandra moved me to Level 8 which is better view. As my stay kept extending up to 4 nights, Mr. Dwi helped me a lot to get me extended without hassle.

I have spent 3 nights at IBIS SENEN, and i got some point for quality standard items which are dissapointed me= 1. Exhaust fan at bath room disfunction. Only several hours after that...it was not work well. 2. Housekeeper did not serve my room perfectly. I mean, the room should be cleaned automatically..although we are not talk to ...because it is their job...so why should i make confirm, first? 3. I think, wifi access must be repair...it crash alot and the signal quakity is not strong enough to reach my cellphone mobile
