1. When we ask for more microphone for our presentation, the employees didnt give us until the meeting was end. That's really unsatisfied, bcoz we just got 1 mic for a big room (16-20 persons). 2. When the staff served the snack to every table, (bcoz the time was limit, we couldnt go outside to pick up the coffebreak), the staff crossed in front of the audience. They just walked easily through in front of our slide projector. That's not proffesional. 3. The staff didnt stand by at the room that we booked for meeting. I watched some of random people at the lobby eat our snack that is served for our coffeebreak. That's embarassing. 4. When we ate lunch, bcoz of double booked for meeting, some of the menus was out. We asked more refill to the waitress, but after we finished the meal, they served another menu in 2 plates for some of our guest. That's shown that the kitchen didnt have any plan to serve the menu for all guest. That's not proffesional. 5. And after we had our meal, the room was locked (bcoz our luggage still on there, we aked a staff to locked it), but the staff that brough the key didn't stand by around the room, so we must wait for about 15 minutes until he came. That was all my experience during in ibis senen. This experience make me think twice to go there again. I hope you can improve your service, train again the staff that directly serve the guest, and improve the quality of hotel. Thank you.

Happy feels like home. Everything prepared in a good way. The stuff are very welcome and help me during I stayed. When I left the hotel I've forgot about my phone that I left on the bedroom. Staffs were nice with excellent service especially those front-desk staffs. They helped me a lot in the bike calling and take-a-way calling service since I can't speak Indonesian. The hotel seemed old but generally clean no matter in lobby, corridors, meeting room, restaurant and even most parts of the room. However, I found that there were many drain flies in the shower walls. It seemed that there were no cleaning for long time.
