« TV channels addition is greatly appreciated »

I am a frequent guest at Ibis Senen Jakarta. After months of not visiting this hotel, I discovered in the beginning of 2019 that the hotel's TV channels are significantly expanded to include my favorites (AXN being one of them). I greatly appreciate the added amenities while other services are maintained at Ibis' high standard.

The last time i and my wife stay at ibis jakarta senen, it was horrible. we got a room which is connecting room, and the room next to our room was extremely noisy! we can't sleep at all.

Check in time took quite some time, expected faster as a member. Redeeming reward points seems complicated as we have to wait next afternoon for the follow up. Many facilities not working properly. Small flush for toilet not working, soap dispenser broken and leaking, sink panel stuck.
