« Room was great. Check-out was messy. »

We were travelling as a group of eight people with 4 rooms. Our room was great, clean and beautiful. Meals were very enjoyable. However, when we checked out, our room charges were all mixed up with other rooms' charges. It took a long time for the staff to straighten that out. It seems like for some reason, after we were assigned the room, the staff changed our room number to another number. So bills got mixed up.

« great in some aspects and disappointing in others, not very pleasant surprises »

Food was amazing in the hotel restaurant. The service was good in general. Couple of issues. In the Accor hotels booking it appeared as the hotel was paid and then when we arrived in the hotel, they told us it was not debited, which caused lots of confusion and expenses on international calls. It was also an inconvenience when the taxi to the airport was arranged already at the hotel and then the taxi driver said at the airport that it was not paid, the person in reception forgot to charge it and then sent an email with the charge of the credit card, not professional. We booked a massage 2 days in advance and the lady was 30 min late, which caused the re-schedule of the massage time and als owe did not get the massage we wanted because it was not enough time to do it before leaving, very disappointing

« Refund my preauthorisatio. I checked in on October 8 our on the 10. You have had enough time to do the right thing. »

Hotel good but I have still not received a refund on the $69.68 or 2000 p from my account for the preauthorisation take your took on check in. Your check out staff said she would activate it then but clearly did not. You perhaps would like to do it now days after you should have and as I am home now will be going to my bank to see what is happening here. I prompt reply would be appreciated.
