There were many opportunities for the hotel staff to assist us in the things that we needed and they did not. We were a group of 7 people and we needed assistance with booking a day trip to the Falls. The person at the desk at the time told me they can't help me and all I could do was walk to the main street and get on a local bus. Unacceptable when we had 2 disabled people with us. Another instance, my cell phone could not connect to the wifi, I left my phone at the front desk and they told me it was impossible and they gave it back. The spa facilities are very small and they had 1 person, make the appointments, servicing the facilities and giving the massages. They needed to have more staff for this location. Our service in the restaurant was unacceptable as well. It took way too long for us to get our food or the bill and they were not that busy. We needed towels from the pool, we went to the front desk for towels and they sent us to the pool bar, we get to the pool bar and it was not open. When the young lady that was cleaning the bar area called to the front desk we were told to come back to front desk. This didn't make any sense. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were nice and the common areas as well.

Enjoyed our stay.......very disappointed with the breakfast offered......particularly the hot component....1st day was scrambled eggs.....which looked and tasted like yellow slop.......very poor fruit selection........other guests also mentioned to us about the quality of the breakfast

Impressive setting in the bush and easy access to township and easy for tour operators to collect and drop off guests. The room was comfortable and great having cable tv so we could watch international test match rugby NZ vs Argentina.

« Customer Service Was Terrible »

Staff barely spoke English. Staff was rude when they did not understand. Restaurant service was the worst, often times we completely ignored. Staff could not or just plain would not assist with securing tours, transportation or even towels for the Falls. The best part of the stay here was the massage however even this was a challenge as they only had 1 person working, only one massage room and a Luke warm jacuzzi that they were unable to heat up.

I had a meeting at the hotel. In advance I did explaine my delay to Belen and she was very efficient and friendly. I hoped to be expected but I did not feel like that. The reception told me that no room available, the check In will happen at 12:00...etc...etc... I know those things. I had an event exactly at 11:30 and needed to take a shower and change clothes...After to express my disappointment many times the guy found a room. I did not feel as a gesture... The WI FI was worst during 24 hours. After that the hotel made a correction. I went to the bar to use welcome voucher. Asked for a glass of Red Wine...the waiter did not know the process and brought to me a dirty glass, smelling bad. I did not drink a wine and went out. Saturday we had a meeting in the hotel with special menu. Explained my Lactose intolerance but I am quite sure that the fish with Lime sauce had butter...that´s it

« Overnight trip to iguazu »

Found the hotel to be very clean and tidy. The staff checking us in spoke excellent English and were able to assist with arranging taxis and baggage storage. Rooms were large and modern and clean, the pool looked great but as the weather was cold we didn't get to use it. Ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were also of a very good quality. Would definitely recommended others to stay at this hotel.

Vanesa, the front desk associate, was friendly but had VERY limited understanding of English and explaining pre-authorization charges. Her having to run my card three times made me VERY uncomfortable. I have checked my account multiple times since then and see two correct charges from the hotel. Also, the hotel did not provide but two bath towels and two hand towels, NO washcloths. Hotels charging in this price range in Buenos Aires and El Calafate provided that and more. The second night of our stay, the sheets were changed and had blue grains of sand on them. Each time I called the front desk, it took them FOREVER to answer the phone. We waited at least 15 minutes close to 23:00 to get fresh sheets and I had to put them on myself as the employee just handed it to me and walked off. I may be a foreigner but I am fluent in Spanish so I know none of these poor experience were due to a language barrier on my end. I did, however, really appreciate the hotel taxi driver, Roberto. He provided prompt and courteous service throughout our entire stay.
