Good service since check-in to check-out. Room is clean with Standard breakfast. Located opposite of Makassan MRT however no way you can just cross the street. Hotel has provided shuttle service to Makassan MRT / Petchaburi BTS and Central World.

Arrived at this hotel via grabtaxi so I'm not too familiar about walking to/from the train station. The Tuk tuk service was disappointing. It only went to the train station and that was it. it also had rigid timetable schedules. What I did love was the lounge on the 10th floor and the welcome drink they offered. The lady at the lounge (evening time) was very hospitable. I couldn't decide which red to have so she opened up both to let me taste them. what a great service. Breakfast at the lounge was also nice. Choices were a bit limited and service was slow. Apart from that, it is a decent hotel to stay at.

Nice hotel. Loved the lounge, welcome drink and pool area. Disappointed with the tuk tuk and shuttle service as it was very rigid. For a hotel that is in an obscure location this needs to be improved.

« A pleasant stay »

We stayed already many time in this hotel because of a service, room deco, location and free shuttle service. As returning customer, I would like to give some suggestion. 1. Shuttle service to MRT, hourly would be enough. Every half an hour is too much work for concierge and last service should be around 7pm. A van to Central world, should be every 1.5hr instead of every 2hr. Same reason as above. I've notice that a concierge need to call for taxi, bring luggage and drive a group of hotel guest especially to Central World just because they're not fit in one taxi and other guest need to wait longer for shuttle. For us we do understand that they want to serve the best service but due to terrible traffic in Bangkok sometime it can stress them. 2. Breakfast is clean and fresh but with the same rate we've paid to another hotel we got more choice. If there some more choice for breakfast or more various like other hotel in a chain...I can say..Perfect! By the way, i do really love a pancake..it's really yummy By the way, we prefer to stay here than Sukhumvit area which means...we'll return soon.

We had a great 6 night stay at this hotel. Room was good, bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and good variety to suit all tastes. We appreciated that on two mornings due to the overcrowding of the breakfast room we were asked to go to the bar on the 10th floor where a mixture of the buffet and a la carte was available away from the hustle and bustle.

Good experience at this lovely hotel. It was a bit far from the MRT station but a nice overall stay nonetheless. Staff were friendly and cheerful and always eager to help. The room was basic but had everything that was needed.

« Good hotel; bad location. »

Room was fine; service was good except for once. Food in main dining area was good; gym was adequate. I liked the wine bar. One big problem: I had scheduled a wake up call for my departure day at 4 am with a cab reserved for 5 am. I never got the wake up call and got a call that the cab was waiting. That made for a hurried 10 minutes to pack , etc. We made it to the airport on time, but it was a stressful experience.

The location and transportation was the most challenging part of the hotel. It was incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to find public transportation from and to the hotel without having to use the MRT subway and then wait for another 15-30 minutes for hotel shuttle. The facility was new and thus in excellent condition. But the staff was obviously not professional enough, at least not to Accor standard which I am used to. My reservation was mixed up right upon checking-in and the front desk officer told me he had upgraded me the room type while I was pretty sure I already reserved the executive room myself. It was pretty confusing, including the mini bar in the room which was supposed to be for complimentary but then the hotel staff said they just changed their policy. The best hotel staff was the shuttle drivers who worked around the clock and tried to do their best to facilitate our journeys. Breakfast for executive room was nice but the tables were just so uncomfortable for dining. It was held at the wine bar and, of course, it would have suited for wine occasion, not breakfast. Though I admired the prices but I do not foresee returning to this hotel again.

Everything was fine but the swimming pool was awful. The swimming pool wasn't cleaned and as a result, algae was growing in it and the whole pool became green when you are looking at it from the top. Very gross.
