Ideal location and a very good price. Very handy for bakeries local supermarkets market and metro station. Room seem to be recently repainted but there are a few minor failings. The shower head slid down the pole and we had to re secure it with a piece of string. There weren't enough hangers and generally a lack of cupboards space. The kitchen lacked a chopping board. room seemed to smell slightly of smoke but it was good to have a window that opens.

Accomodation is not so far from city center. Breakfest is sufficient. Facility in the room is good and also I appreciate the small kitchen. I was satisfied. Maybe somethime smells the drain in the bathroom. The carpet sould be cleaned.

The room was nicely sized for French standards and had most minimum amenities. The kitchenette was very well equipped and lookes very ok. There was a very strong persistent smell in the room and the bathroom. Also, the floor was quite dirty. The bed was comfortable and ok.

The hotel is old so I can accept some natural flaws. However I didn´t like the attitude from the unidentified lady from the staff in the reception. We take a bath in the morning and the water came all over the room (number 102), because bath tub didn´t have any barrier. When we went down to take breakfast we warned the unidentified lady in the reception and she told us that she will immediatly send someone to see the problem. After breakfast we went again to the front desk and we ask her what will they do to solve the problem and she didn´t reveal any interest in our problem and simply said that the handyman confirmed that water was on our room's floor. In the end of the day, we came back to the hotel and the floor was still wet. We went to the front desk again and fortunetly there was another person there (Johanna), who promptly suggest us a change of room. We changed to room 108 and the bath tub worked fine. My score of 7/10 is higher just because of the nice assistance of Johanna.

I selected the aparthotel because I was there before. This time I was not happy about it. The room was smelly, the stove did not work properly, no ability to make hot water as there was no properly working stove nor a water kettle, windows and curtains are dirty, very short welcome because the evening reception thought it is more important to get back to the phone.

Although the bedsheets were clean and towels as well, the entire hotel is old with very smelly carpet full of dust. The breakfast service is not well organized - there were mornings overcrowded at breakfast without any available seats and without no refills of the buffets. Therefore after couple of days I have canceled this service since it was just waste of money and energy. The personal at the reception was very kind and helpful to all my request. Also the surrounding of the hotel - the neighborhood - is a little bit obscure especially by night.

I was disappointed! Hallway was dark .Room felt a little tired and worn. At time of booking I was not told I was required to book the car park . Wi-Fi was good and staff ok. Breakfast area very hot without aircon . No where to sit to get fresh air.

Dear, first thanks for sending me the link of survey, I don't need to search again where to send my unhappy feedback. It's not a bad stay in adagio, but with a really very very bad experience when doing the check-out, I'm trying to let you know what has been happened: My flight was on the early morning of 28th Apr, so I went to the front desk for check-out around 7am, this is a business travel, so at the beginning I told your colleague I need the invoice, however seems he did not listened to me or he did not care. He made the check-out quickly and tell me done then left his seat without give me anything. I asked for the invoice, he was angry and blamed me "if you need anything please tell me at the beginning", I insisted that I told him at the very beginning, then he said "after check-out, I cannot give you anything" "because I cannot find your record in the computer". I told him "please, you should find it in your system, and I need the invoice" He answered with very unpleasant tone again "If you need anything, you tell me at the beginning" "now I cannot find it after check-out" after I insisted again I need the invoice, he tried to input my name and tell me "you see, there is nothing about your stay in my computer" It's strange to me, as I know there should be some record in the system, and it's not my fault why I was blamed, I insisted that I asked for the invoice at the beginning and if he is not familiar with the system he should ask some other colleague for help. I was not happy as for other hotel check-out, even I did not ask for the invoice, the front desk always asked me if I need it or not. And the fault was not caused by me, he is not familiar with the system and blamed me about this. Finally I got the invoice, that cost me about 20 minutes!! And during he searching the record, I was blamed again and again with very bad tone in front of some other clients. I felt so bad at the early morning, and that day was the beginning of my personal vacation, started with a bad emotion also. So here I would like you to: 1. sent me a formal apologize letter about what happened 2. please train you employee how to use your computer 3. please train them how to speak with client 4. train them the formal way of working I will keep this mail, and if there is no answer from your side, I will send to your higher management team. This Adagio was older than others I have stayed in so some bits were a little tired and could do with an update ie tiling in bathroom. Despite this I have no complaints, it was clean and acceptable. Another suggestion is a light that flicks on when entering the stairwells - I walked to and from the 5th floor but once I got near the bottom, I could not see - went to use the stairwell at night and no light came on - I did locate a light switch but that did not seem to change anything.
