« Old hotel »

Although the bedsheets were clean and towels as well, the entire hotel is old with very smelly carpet full of dust. The breakfast service is not well organized - there were mornings overcrowded at breakfast without any available seats and without no refills of the buffets. Therefore after couple of days I have canceled this service since it was just waste of money and energy. The personal at the reception was very kind and helpful to all my request. Also the surrounding of the hotel - the neighborhood - is a little bit obscure especially by night.

I was disappointed! Hallway was dark .Room felt a little tired and worn. At time of booking I was not told I was required to book the car park . Wi-Fi was good and staff ok. Breakfast area very hot without aircon . No where to sit to get fresh air.

Dear, first thanks for sending me the link of survey, I don't need to search again where to send my unhappy feedback. It's not a bad stay in adagio, but with a really very very bad experience when doing the check-out, I'm trying to let you know what has been happened: My flight was on the early morning of 28th Apr, so I went to the front desk for check-out around 7am, this is a business travel, so at the beginning I told your colleague I need the invoice, however seems he did not listened to me or he did not care. He made the check-out quickly and tell me done then left his seat without give me anything. I asked for the invoice, he was angry and blamed me "if you need anything please tell me at the beginning", I insisted that I told him at the very beginning, then he said "after check-out, I cannot give you anything" "because I cannot find your record in the computer". I told him "please, you should find it in your system, and I need the invoice" He answered with very unpleasant tone again "If you need anything, you tell me at the beginning" "now I cannot find it after check-out" after I insisted again I need the invoice, he tried to input my name and tell me "you see, there is nothing about your stay in my computer" It's strange to me, as I know there should be some record in the system, and it's not my fault why I was blamed, I insisted that I asked for the invoice at the beginning and if he is not familiar with the system he should ask some other colleague for help. I was not happy as for other hotel check-out, even I did not ask for the invoice, the front desk always asked me if I need it or not. And the fault was not caused by me, he is not familiar with the system and blamed me about this. Finally I got the invoice, that cost me about 20 minutes!! And during he searching the record, I was blamed again and again with very bad tone in front of some other clients. I felt so bad at the early morning, and that day was the beginning of my personal vacation, started with a bad emotion also. So here I would like you to: 1. sent me a formal apologize letter about what happened 2. please train you employee how to use your computer 3. please train them how to speak with client 4. train them the formal way of working I will keep this mail, and if there is no answer from your side, I will send to your higher management team. « As expected for Adagio »

This Adagio was older than others I have stayed in so some bits were a little tired and could do with an update ie tiling in bathroom. Despite this I have no complaints, it was clean and acceptable. Another suggestion is a light that flicks on when entering the stairwells - I walked to and from the 5th floor but once I got near the bottom, I could not see - went to use the stairwell at night and no light came on - I did locate a light switch but that did not seem to change anything.

Staff welcoming, room comfortable, the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke and cigarette ends on the windowsills shows that your smoking ban is not respected. Could you propose smoke-free rooms? (I'm asthmatic.)

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks while I was on a business trip. I have no complains. The breakfast was light but satisfying. The room was clean and has all the utensils I needed. I'd stay here again on future trips.

nothing to complain about. Location is few minutes walk to nearest metro station, and a mart is just opposite the place, very convenient to buy foods, drinks and other stuff. Staff is warm, and helpful. Lift is a bit slow, but functioning.

« Well equiped hotel »

The room was nice, well equipped, the kitchen was a plus! It has laundry services downstairs which was useful. The location is not far from the city center, maybe 20 minutes walk but easily reachable with the metro. The only negative thing was that it was a little bit dark, maybe stronger or brighter lightbulbs would have made the difference.

« Not very clean, cheap (but not so cheap) experience »

Hotel room looks old, not very clean. Breakfast very low quality. Staff at reception was friendly and professional but depending who was there (Mohammed on 14.11. evening was good). I booked for 80-90€ a night which is not very cheap but the experience was like a very cheap hotel. I usually use Mercure or Novotel which I like (also in Toulouse) but I wanted to try the appartment hotel and expected same quality. It was not.

The place is very old and it's below muy expectation that i am used to with Adagio (for example in UAE). The place is very old. the furtnture old...the paint is ugly...VERY BAD!!!
