Hoyel charged me twice to hold a room for my daughter. When she arrived they charged her again anyway. Now I am receiving different charges in my card from other Hotels I’ve never been to. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Convenient location for us but the room and carpet looked tired and not very clean.

This was the nastiest room i’ve ever been in. Dirty floors, stains everywhere, disgusting carpets and the smell in the room was horrible. When we talked to the staff to complain about the cleaning, they didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We namned the room Mordor. And if you visit, you will know why.
