Worst quality of food and bad laundry service

The quality of food in both the raw materials and way of cooking is incredibly bad. The food is tasteless and with no significant effort to cook it well. This applies to both breakfast and Iftar. The laundry service is useless. They don’t look at the requirements on the laundry form, resulting in damaging one of the most expensive ties I had by washing it instead of dry cleaning it. The dry cleaning (outside service) is even worse. They do not clean the clothing properly neither they send them properly folded or hanged. Adagio needs a huge improvement in these areas.

Good stay with nice atmosphere at jeddah city , Near by all areas which give you many options with its location .. staff are friendly .. food is good i requested a room with view but not available on the day if arrival . Defiantly i will come back .
