« The rooms were really tiny and uncomfortable. »

I have never stayed in such a small room ever at Ibis Hotels. I got hit twice with the TV as it is in a very awkward position. I could not see any ventilation in the bath area as well. Overall quite disappointed for the price I paid as it was not worth it. I pictures I saw and the room I got did not match at all.

« Very nice room but attention to detail lacking »

We were very pleased with our room at this hotel and the bar food where we ate was very good. However, there was no way to control the airconditioning and our room was so warm that we were offered, and accepted, an electric fan. There was nowhere to plug in the hair-drier near a mirror. The tissue box was empty on arrival and never replenished during our stay. I would like to commend in particular, Myar, ( Mayr ?) at reception. She was extremely courteous and helpful in every way and did her best to ensure our 2 night stay was a pleasant one.

« Hotel itself was fine, but I am out of pocked due to hotel administration error »

The hotel is well located near a train station only ten minutes from the centre of the city. The breakfast is great - many options to choose from. The room I had was a cabin (no window) which was small but adequate. I am there to sleep and it had everything I need. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I only have one issue with my stay - I was billed twice. The money was put back in my account no problem, but due to currency fluctuations I lost $20.00 odd for something that was not my fault.

The hotel look clean, but it does not look like an accorhotel brand because when you arrived, the staff are not trained to know that the accorhotel has a system that reward and consider their customer who regularly use their brands and services. Ehn arrived, I did not have my welcome drink as usual, and up to know, my points has been been added to my account. During the wee end, there is no duty managers available and it is hard to discuss complexe issue with the staff on duty. when you have a concern and want a manager to take responsibility, the reception told you that there is no manager and they have to email managers who never responded during the week end. I found unsecured and unsaved to live in an hotel where there is no duty manager present in the building. The cleaner does not clean the floor, I stay there more than 4 days but the floor of my room was not cleaned, at all.

We stayed at the Ibis Styles Stockholm Jarval for three nights in August 2018. We had an Excellent stay. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The reception and the breakfast room were very beautiful. Maybe you need a small change in room furniture. The breakfast was very rich. Public transport is very close to the hotel.

The staff is brilkiant,rooms clean, wi-fi speed very good, breakfast normal with good choice, location is good near comuter train station Ulricsdal you need 3-4 minute by foot and you can get ti gamla stan in 20 minute till t-centrale station. Or you can ger in airport till Arlanda C station in 26 minutes. Bus stop Jarva Krog station is in 4-5 minute by walk and you can easily get by bus number 176 or 177 to drotingem pallace in 30 minute,also you can get in airport by flygbusarla in 20 minutes.

Room was not ready at given time, family room without possiblity to open windows and poor air flow (outside temperatures over 30 degrees and upper floor). Thanks to customer service we got another room and rest of the stay was ok. Breakfast good. Some noices due constration areas around the hotel. Decent place for short stays.

« Hotel was a bit "tired" , but everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice! »

By "tired" I mean for example ceilings, hallways and doors etc, which is totally understandable, but noticeable. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and nice and it was good to sleep! Breakfast was also quite normal!

The hotel’s interior need to be cleaned - the carpets on the coridors are not clean and fresh. There’s no glasses for water, no safe in the room, no bar/restaurant in summer (and no small fridge in the room). But stuff is really ver6 friendly.
