Apart from the vey narrow dining area for breakfast, everything was fine. I like to appreciate few aspects including service, room size , cleanliness and location were according to price.

My stay at Aparthotel Adagio Clamart was overall a very good one. I liked the room (studio) because it had a clean/updated bathroom, flat screen TV, WiFi and a comfortable bed. The refrigerator and stove top were also useful for keeping snacks. The hotel staff were professional and always available to help with any room issues/questions when I needed it.

First I want to congratulate the young guy with long hair from the reception whom was very nice and helpful and also the man from the breakfast. However the overall experience was ... to say the least, disappointing and I will not be staying there ever again. When I arrived, although on the site of the hotel it said I do not need a reservation for a parking place as an ongoing Silver member for years and I announced I will be arriving by car, no parking place was available. And no alternative was offered rather than to park on the back of the hotel. Afterwards no acces gates on the back of the hotel were open and had to surround all the building with my luggage. Regarding this matter the beard guy with glasses was eating kfc at my departure and did not even make the few steps to the reception to ask me about the bill or to open the acces gate in the back to facilitate my departure. Also he called me in my room with a very loud tone to clear the room at 11 although I have requested a late check out till 13 since I arrived and the nice young guy had put it in the system alteady. So the beard guy with glasses did not even check before calling!!! No welcome drink was offered for me but this is not a service I would have expected in Adagio Access though I am Silver member. No one knocked on the door to ask if I need anything... cleaning etc... One more thing... in the second day of my stay at 9: 30 in the morning there where no croissants no bread no anything and the breakfast guy said he is “desolé” even though breakfast was till 10. The breakfast was already too expensive for a bunch of croissants... but not being at all was frustrating especially since I paid it!!! The motivation is that the hotel had 70 guests... What??? Excuse me? Is this a motivation? Je suis vraiment pfoaaa... I can also speak french but ... Please be so kind to fix this issues for the future clients as I already said I will not be staying in your hotel again. I only stayed there anyway because it was closer to some friends of mine.

I didnot get refund as promised by receptionist

Hello Florent, I checked in to Adagio Clamart on 11th Oct and paid rent till 31st Oct. When I asked the receptionist on 20th Oct that I will check out next day on 21st Oct will I get the refund for the remaining days (21st Oct to 31st Oct). The receptionist told me that it will be refunded by the Manager on Monday 22nd Oct. Later when I emailed them about the refund they responded back saying that 1.) 7 days penalty will be charged as I didnot inform before 7 days. 2.) Instead of 55.5 Euros I will be charged 65.5 Euros as 55.5 Euro rate was for more than 91 nights. The receptionist didnot told me these 2 points on 20th Oct when I was checking about refund policy. Otherwise I would have planned my stay accordingly. I request you to kindly refund the 11 nights rent (55.5 x 11 = 610.5). Other than this issue my stay at Adagio Clamart was perfect. Dear sirs Unfortunately I had problems with my reservation - it was canceled because of the problem with the credit card used for the reservation - and since the rooms at the access Claudio Addagio was almost 100% occupied I only have room for two nights instead of the 7 days I was going to be on France. Can you imagine how worried I was? Is it an important business trip and I realized I did not have a room to stay? Many thanks to Mr. Desmond and Mrs. Carine (unfortunately I do not know their last name) that made every effort by trying (and getting) a new reservation for me. Thank you Addagio for having these two people capable, efficient and operational on your team. The only concern I had during my accommodation at the Adagio Access Clamart came about because the building was under renovation and was making a mess ... Thanks to all Adagio Access Clamart staff! Is my second Adagio Apartment used for business travel in Paris. Same rules as previous, if you stay more than 7 days, cleaning is done once per week. I had a problem in one week , cleaning was done half way and I informed reception. They remediate in 2 days this. Problem is that cleaning is not the strong point of this kind of hotels. Kitchen area is small but you can cook some . Sheets are clean , towels are clean. When I left they started updating the rooms on my floor so maybe next time will be more pleasant. Hotel has a small pool ( 10/5 meters) which is good for some exercise after long office hours. Is not open on weekends and bank holydays. Reception personnel is not all aware that English is mandatory in this position. I needed google translate to communicate with some. Breakfast is cold, I didn't have eat there because of my diet. Coffee machine in breakfast area is new and provide good coffee. See you next time.

Used to staying in Ibis, Ibis Styles and Adagio hotels, I found the Adagio Access Clamart just satisfactory. Zero "charm", all functionality. The facilities worked properly and were clean, but the room and the overall hotel could definitely use a refresh. There is a notable smell from the old carpets everywhere, and the rooms lack of noise insulation (I could hear the Tram all night long). Despite that, all personnel were highly attentive and made my stay there comfortable.

I have got all that I expected. The only shame is that although I was told that there is a discount applicable to Dassault Systemes at the very moment of check-in, I only have been granted the discount on the following reservations and not the first one... which seems to me a bit unclear.

I never had a feeling that I was somehow recognised as a platinum member and furthermore the rooms are in a deplorable state. Last week I'm staying here and I received a room on the street side = I could easily sleep on a highway Only thing I do think is a plus = the friendliness of your staff

All of my business visits stay was at "Adagio Access Paris Clamart" hotel since year 2013. This time I had arrived early (around before 12 Noon) during my visit. Though I had mentioned about my early arrival through online check-in facility, I was denied to check-in early and had to wait for standard check-in time (3PM). This was not really expected from the hotel despite being regular customer of the hotel. Apart from this inconvenience, overall my experience was good.
