The staff are welcoming and experienced in hospitality. Check in and check out is smooth. Room is clean, but need to replace everyday for the bed sheet. Overall is good.

1. I asked for no-smoking room, but the first room i got was smell like smoke, then they gave me another one 2. The drain in the bathroom didn’t work properly 3. The laundry department said the opposite thing..my niece wanted them to pick up the laundry but they said she wanted to deliver 4. Nobody stand by in front of the door wheb i first came in with my big luggage

It wasn't your fault but you should more be prepare or at least give us information before we arrive that we must wait until the room was empty. It took more almost 30 minutes waiting for check in process. And and that time we must hurry to pray.

Overall, there was no remarkable problem during my stay, the breakfast was nice and the room was spacious compared to Ibis at other cities. The only one problem that I experienced was the flushing that not work that properly.

Check in around 6-7 pm. Park the car and unload the bag. The security who santd in the front of the door instead of helping us, he just blame me why i not unload the bag in the front door. Still struggling with the bag he just pointed the trolley and telling me to put bags on to it. I ask him if someone will help me with the bag, his answered suprised me "you can push the trolley by yourself if you want" which i right away refused and ask him to do it for me. After drop the bag, he ask me to escort him to lift as he dont have key. I am not staff there but i know you dont need key to go down to lobby. Look like this security dont know anything. I didnt get his name but he is security wearing white shirt and blue pants. I work in hotel industry as well. Get this experience from ibis hotel was really disapointed. Thank god the reception did good job (mail, astor). Hope you can fix this right away.

Value for money, good location near the beach, lots of parking spot. Staffs are friendly (Greet and smile). I've tried the Laundry promotion (5 pcs for 25K IDR) service was good, but i preferred the clothes to be folded instead of using hanger. Everything else was good, and Ibis Hotel still my fave hotel so far.
