The room and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good. We also like your staff hospitality. But maybe you should have give us extra sandal in the room since we booked the room for 2 persons. And please also change the bed covers every morning. Thank you.

The room is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. I love the towels, they're sweet smelled. I hope they can do something about the breakfast. I got my fried rice served cold.

The towel and bed sheet not really clean..there's some stains.....there's a cockroach in the bathroom...and while I used the hairdryer suddenly exploded and sparking...need to be checked by the staff before the guest entering the room. But the service from the staff were nice...and the responses were quick...thank you.

The room, bath room was nice. But, the internet connection inside the room was very slow even though the signal was strong enough. The food for breakfast generally was okay. However, for Coffee maker machine (moccachino, chocochino, etc) wasn't working.

The location is fantastic—walking distance to a mosque, Phinisi Point mall, and a small promenade. Service is always excellent at Ibis properties. Unfortunately, this particular place has two problems: 1) tiny bathrooms, like the kind you’d see on an airline; and 2) no chance for upgrade if you’re a Gold Accor member because rooms are the same.
