We were staying one night and from check in to check out we cant fault you guys :) Jason was the manager who was on that day we had our wee fur baby there and i was a bit anxious of how this would be as it was his first time away Jason put me at ease and it was just a fab experience we managed to have dinner in the restaurant staff in there were so welcoming food was just magic and Fur Baby went down a storm would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back

Good central location. Good walk in shower and good size room. Parking can be dodgy for residents though. Just got a space by good luck . This is a problem with every stay !! Friendly receptionist .Quiet room and good comfortable large size bed .

Key card wouldnt work to start with had to go down ro reception several times, to then get in the room and the room not being cleaned. Went and told them and got told would be done asap. My parter and i went a walk for over an hour to come back to the room still not being done and receptionist confused. We then had to wait a further 40 mins on our room getting done. After a 3 1/2 hour journey 8 months pregnant, was hoping to chill for a bit. To top it off beds are very uncomfy.

As a disabled person I can only compliment your facilities. your staff (breakfast &reception in particular ) but our evening meal was extremely disappointing and the waiter was rather pushy. Will certainly book in future but wouldn't dine and wouldn't recommend friends etc. dine either.

Happy with this hotel for the price. Breakfast was good (not great). Room was comfy, clean, well appointed. Service was good. We had late check out which worked very well for us. Parking and WiFi available and easy to access.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel,check in was very quick with the receptionist being very polite and helpful. Our room 418 was very comfortable with cleanliness being very good too, bed was also very comfortable and we liked having tea making facilities. Hotel was very well situated in the centre of Inverness and very handy for the bus station as that is how we travelled from Glasgow. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first night and the food and service was very good with the waiter being very helpful. Breakfast both mornings gave a good choice with cereals, fresh fruit, toast and hot food available. Overall I would recommend this hotel and hopefully visit it again soon.

Room, staff, decor, food, all good. Only minor issues would be the potato scones were a bit dry, and dominos delivery driver should have been sent to my room. Other than that, perfect.

We had a good one night stay,hotel is in a great location.Could not fault the food or the service but felt the wine was a bit pricey.Very clean and a big comfortable bed, would recommend it to friends.

Your staff were basically good but the breakfast was very poor. The fruit was tinned fruit, not really acceptable. It should have been fresh. Bacon, sausages and eggs cooked/fried in oil - not good health wise. The staff where also using an extremely dirty looking cloth to wipe the tables down, which didn't inspire confidence with regard to general cleanliness of the hotel. The drinks at the bar were over priced. £5 for a shot of gin!! If the Mecure had been a 5 star hotel I would have expected the drinks to be over priced. The other issue was the noisy guest. We were woken up at midnight, 1pm, 4pm and finally at 6pm, so not a good night sleep.

We stay at the mecure a couple of times a year and love it but this last stay was spoilet by drunks down stairs from us slamming doors and shouting and banging about midnight we did mention to the staff and got told that it was under our room that the disturbance took place it made me very anxious the lad at the desk was nice it just spoilt our stay which is unfortunate

Rendkívül gusztustalan dolgot tapasztaltunk. Amig távol voltunk ,valaki használta és bepiszkitotta a WC csészét, hosszú fekete göndör hajat hagyott a mosdókagylóban a szobánkban.Reklamációkor a manager értetlenkedve mondta,hogy csupán egy hajszál volt nem érti mi a problémánk,és hogy a takarítónő biztos nem használta a wc-t (honnan tudja?) Elvitte a poharakat ,nem hozott másikat,holott kértünk. Nem volt fűtés este 6n és 9 között. A recepciós állította hogy rendelt nekünk taxit este reggelre,ám egyik taxitársaság sem tudott róla.Ez kétszer történt 2 nap alatt. Késő este tőűzriadó gyakorlat kisgyermekes családoknak. Nem sokat pihentünk the receptionist promised us evening to book us taxi for morning and she did not do it repeatedly
