« Wouldnt stay again »

Noisy with the bars on church street, pillows lumpy and hard, room was small. Bathroom was excellent. hairdryer was poor, parking at rear was tight and difficult to get a space. Breakfast was good.

« Great »

Had a great stay as per usual again. Beds very good for a good nights sleep. :-)

Lovely hotel with some lovely staff. My only complaint would be our room was on the Main Street close to pubs, the noise late at night was unbearable and interfered with our sleep until the pubs shut. Which was unfortunate as we had an early start on the Sunday .

« Good but no shaver points. »

Just a one night stopover. Disappointed that there was not a shaver point in the bathroom. Had to attend an event with stubble , did not have time to get anything else.

« Very disappointed »

I have stayed at a number of Accor hotels and this has, without doubt been the poorest. The bedroom was dark and noisy, although all credit to the duty manager who moved us when we complained. the second room was much brighter & quieter, but the shower had hairs in it as had the one in the first room. The sheet was too small for the bed. The breakfast was poor - it's a bad sign when the orange juice has clearly been watered down. Dinner was included for one night and we were told to book for early evening. Despite doing this, there was no-one in the restaurant, including staff and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear. By mid evening, the bar had run out of ice as there had been a function and there was no effort to find a solution. I would think twice about booking Accor again.

« Two day stay »

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was adequate as mainly only for sleeping but only had one chair, not good for 2 people, more suited for single occupancy. Bathroom and room were clean. We were on a deal so maybe other rooms more spacious. Disappointed restaurant only available on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast very good with lots of choice.

« Scottish break »

A pleasant room. The upgrade was appreciated, the breakfast area was dated. Reception are was pleasant, bar was very pricey. £9 a glass of wine Would return

« Very comfortable ideally placed for all amenities »

Room was clean and tidy apart for one cup that still had tea/coffee at the bottom of the cup from the previous guest, which was not acceptable from a high standard hotel.

« Comfortable, well located, hotel in Inverness »

Room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable with radiator. Widescreen TV but sveral freeview channels not set up. Comfotable bed. Bathroom had a small washbasin and a bunded shower area that was awkward to use for a guest with limited mobility (walking stick user). Hotel had two passenger lifts. Excellent buffet breakfast.

« Happy Highlander »

Welcoming, feeling valued, quiet, comfortable room, in a central location, helpful staff, quick check-in, good food (breakfast has a good range of choices and chef should be commended for the excellent porage ans accompanying choices of toppings).

« Pleasant Stay in Inverness »

The hotel suited us perfectly for a 2-night stay in Inverness. The rooms were very clean and luxuriously decorated, however we felt that the mattresses were somewhat hard, and the design of the bed left and uncomfortable gap between the the wall and the end of the mattress/space for pillow, which did not help. Despite a rather shabby appearance on the outside, the lobby and dining areas were very welcoming. The food we received as part of our 'itison' deal was to a very high standard, even if some of the service was a little strange! Special mention has to go to the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely first-class. Would definitely consider coming back if only for the buffet alone! Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Food was lovley friendly staff rooms moderen ..only this is rhe noise at night being in the midfle of the town you cpuld hear shouting from the party gowers...mabye could up grade the hotle with double glazing to drown the noise out a bit but everything else was great close to shops and cinema

Disappointed that the cot was not in the room on arrival, Had specifically booked a twin bedded room. Also, under the assumption that there would be a bath in the room for my son, there wasn't. My son won't go into a shower, so he couldn't have his regular bath as we were over in Inverness for Hospital Appts for my son. The receptionist on duty moved us too a disabled room as there was a bath but, found that it was a bed that couldn't be split, so we were moved back to our original room. The telephone handset was also broken, it kept coming out if you picked up the phone. That was the only negative point of our stay. Food was great & staff were friendly. Rooms could do with having a fridge, so that baby/toddler food & milk can be stored.

I was very comfortable and would be happy to stay here again. The following week I stayed in Birmingham at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the NEC and out of the two hotels I definitely preferred yours.

« Nice break »

Rooms, food & staff excellent. But unfortunately street noise from Church Street could not get to sleep till 3.30, 4 am. And on a previous it was the same in rooms facing the river with pubs. Closing time in the local pubs should go back to 1 am. Or your hotel needs better windows.

« Nice hotel let down by front of house »

What would have been a great stay got off to a bad start thanks to the less than welcoming attitude of the reception staff. If someone does not have a welcoming personality, they should not be the first point of contact for arriving guests. The person was disinterested and seemed adjusted, banging things at the front desk. As a Silver member, I choose to stay at Accor properties for some of the perks. Having booked through the Accor site, I expected to receive these without having to ask for them. However, I had to point out my status and ask for the welcome drinks voucher. There was no apology from the staff member. She proceeded to just hand me a blank voucher (not sure if she expected me to complete name and room number myself). You have a great looking property with many friendly staff - however, when the first point of contact is miserable, this taints the rest of the experience.

« Underwhelming »

Arrived at hotel after being told there were car parking facilities, these facilities were full with cars parked everywhere. The Room was mediocre. Having been done up I expected it to be nicer and more modern, I booked privileged double room very small bathroom with poor shower, room only had a bedside light and table lights no central room lighting so was very dark, £140 for a night here where premier inn would of done an equally good room for half the price, would not recommend.
