Pleasant stay, friendly reception staff. Entrance was nice as was the bar and dining area. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Food was good. Pool area was ok, a bit dated and locker door falling off.

« A wel located hotel in Livingston with brilliant staff »

Overall, was very satisfied and would have scored a '9' but I opted to have room service due to minor ill health and felt the £5 charge (50% of the food value) was a bit high. Front of house, service and cleaning staff were excellent.

Location was ideal for commute to my venue. The service was friendly and welcoming on arrival, options for breakfast were explained and then when utilised in the morning - staff were very friendly and met these needs well. It was quiet and peaceful - enabling me to work etc. Room was cleaned and housekeeping staff were also very accommodating. Only request I made was more condiments in the room. Thanks again

The hotel's staff as always were very friendly. We have visited Livingston on various occasions over the past 15 years or so and the hotel is beginning to show its age. Like us all when we are aging it is getting a bit rough around the edges.

I stayed for a week on business. The food was faultless, the service however was a bit drawn out and therefore, the time taken for the meal was extended. The room was colder than I would have hoped. The bar prices could have been better for hotel guests, as we are a captive audience within the hotel.

We arrived on the Friday evening room Was lovely and warm and staff were so friendly nothing was any trouble. We had food in the restaurant drinks at the bar and took kids swimming prefer when it's the buffet breakfast myself but overall excellent
