We were there just for one night before flying from Edinburgh. Went into nice local Indian restaurant in Livingston and used the bar on our return. Special shout out goes to Tyrone the barman who was clearly very good at his job and made us feel very welcome. Will def return.

The rooms and facilities are good however the food service is slow and sometimes clumsy. I received my starter and main at the same time on 2 occasions.

« I purchase these overnight breaks for myself/husband or friend for girlie shopping regularly. Great value »

Room basic but clean and comfortable. All required extras there and thankfully window on 1st floor opened wide for overnight. Meal was very good and the staff excellent. Young waiter just started very friendly and attentive. Cannot criticise.

I hired a room paying extra for extended stay for my wife and I as building work was being done in our House following night shift duties. The maid visited us then hovered outside room door followed up by someone hammering inwhat sounded like the roomnext to us for over an hour. Needless to say we got no sleep left hotel without using extended stay period very disappointed

Bedroom was very comfortable, staff were excellent and food was good. Restaurant was a bit noisy with three TVs on showing the football world cup.
