There was an event on in the hotel that night and some guests were very noisy and went to the wrong floor when returning to their rooms and made a lot of noise when they discovered they had gone to the wrong floor.

The young man on reception was very helpful But the rooms are very small dark and not well maintained the windows were the only way of controlling the temperature so had an unpleasant night due to being to hot or a high volume of noise from outside

My wife & daughter in-law had an extremely comfortable stay with you over the weekend of Black Friday Shopping 23rd & 24th of November in Glasgow which they do every year. Hoping to get a great deal for the 29th November 2019 !! 2 nts stay. The central location was wonderful with every thing close by. Very helpful staff took their case's on early arrive from Inverness by train arriving in Glasgow at about 09.39 / 10.0 am. Tiny room was grotty. Dirty walls. It's seen better days. My room 603 was noisy due to adjacent AC plant. Sorry I doubt I'd be back.

Second time I've stayed here at this time of year and the customer service is poor. Breakfast is the worst. There are a lot of staff standing around looking bored but I had to ask for the plain yoghurt to be replenished and stand a good few minutes waiting for this to be done. There was still 45 minutes left of breakfast time. No-one checks if everything is ok, no offers to make smoothies etc. which were on the menu.

Very small basic room. Glad it was only me & my wife wasn't with me. She would have asked for a different room. It was £69 and ok for me alone on business but I wouldn't bring her here.

« Great location »

Staff were friendly and cheery. We paid extra for a breakfast and found this to be good value. We especially liked the porridge! We didn't upgrade to a privilege room, so found our room to be just ok. It was a bit tight for space and the decor was a bit tired but it was clean and was serviced adequately each day. We had a busy trip planned so really just needed a place to leave our stuff, have a shower and sleep. Location was perfect.
