Comfy room, excellent shower and good breakfast. Little noisy from outside - not hotel's fault. I was woken up through the night on 6 December by what sounded like people arguing coming from outside. Not the fault of the hotel though and is probably expected from a city centre hotel. Just made the following day tiring from lack of sleep. No complaints anywhere else though and I would certainly still use the hotel again.

Hotel clean and tidy, but very unhappy that the restraunt did not provide a children's menu, also at time of booking we where not made aware of limited menu. Staff just didn't seem intrested in my grievance.

« Staff excellent, Bed very comfortable and the bathroom was well presented and very clean. »

As above however the bedroom carpet (room 210) needs a good in depth clean or renewal. The same comment relates to the corridor carpet on the second floor of the hotel. I also attended a luncheon in your Hotel on Thursday 6th. December ( the reason for my overnight stay on the 5th.) which was excellent. Many thanks for a good experience.

« Lovely stay, good goods and near to Christmas Market and shopping area. »

Food was good, room clean, facilities everything we needed. Felt the room was very warm even though we turned radiator down but just prefer it cooler when in bed. Staff very polite and attentive.

Stayed here with a voucher deal and found the hotel a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. The bedding was fresh and clean but the room itself was drab. The walls need a lick of paint and the carpets need replaced as they are old. The staff were pleasant enough and breakfast was good too.

Shower in both rooms that we booked was poor. Breakfast was very disappointing. At 9.30 am there were empty serving dishes. No one was monitoring them. We had to notify chef who had to start cooking from scratch and after waiting about 15/20 minutes he brought out 6 poached eggs, a few sausages and some potato scones. Very, very poor. Also I have to mention that the walls and carpets in the corridors were very shabby. We complained on checking out and all the receptionist said was ' sorry'. Don't know if we will use that hotel again.
