it was ok... but a few extra touches such as bottled water in the room... a coffee machine and also at least some biscuits. Overall the hotel needs some updating inside.

Plenty of parking, two pubs close by and fish & chip shop. Spa facilities good. I was disappointed to see that the Hotel was still using one use plastic cups on their water dispenser.

Quick one night stay, had snacks in bar area. Breakfast was good. Chose not to use spa area as it did not look up to standard.

Friendly helpful staff providing excellent service. Lovely breakfast and substantial bar snacks throughout the day. Pool was quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Location was perfect for our engagements in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. This was our 4th stay at this hotel.

Nice reception area. Tired looking decor. Didn't feel compelled to drink or eat anything. Bedroom/bathroom ok, but no bath plug or bathmat initially. (Resolved quickly). Disappointing pool area.

Room not clean (cobwebs on ceiling) Breakfast not as advertised no French sticks no cold meats or cheese. When we complained a day old roll was put in the basket and brought to our table!!
