No smoking room even has smelly of smoke, reception staff not competent, the hotel is very close To metro to moving easy in Ningbo. Location very quite absolutely good for business trip. Try room service restaurant, was nice ! No swing pool? ! I pre pay the room from Accor web side 10days before arrival, then at check out the cannot found A payment on, due the system can ketch with Accor,they said....."?????????? Then have to pay again !,,,

Lack of skilled staff although they all are friendly. During my stay, only a girl at the front desk name Neko?? was professional, I think the hotel definitely needs some training to their team.

1. Hotel should provide VPN for us, which enables us to have access to Youtube and Facebook. Without using them, we feel very frustrated. 2. The service provided by the reception is ok.

« Good Value »

The location for Novotel Ningbo East is great. just 300 meters to the metro station and it's pretty close to the city centre. The only problem is AC is way to hot, and I called the front desk to lower the temperature but it seems not working. Besides, everything was joyful. I love the lobster feast and the breakfast. With this price I get higher quality food than I thought it would be. Thanks to all the service people. Would like to recommend to my friends and come again~

I must say Novotel makes my business trip convenient, warm and happy. Much appreciated to the front office manager 吴杰 and 王丽娜! Dealing with them really made me feel like I was welcomed and they did their best to figure out the way to solve my troubles instead of just saying sorry like other brand hotels' staffs always did.
