The hotel is very clean with a very good breakfast. Staff are generally very friendly. It located close to the metro station and a few bus stops.

the hardware is location is OK, however the front desk service is poor, only one lady worked in the morning rush hour, made many mistakes

« Feeling like at home staying at Novotel Ningbo East »

I must say Novotel makes my business trip convenient, warm and happy. Much appreciated to the front office manager 吴杰 and 王丽娜! Dealing with them really made me feel like I was welcomed and they did their best to figure out the way to solve my troubles instead of just saying sorry like other brand hotels' staffs always did.

The overall condition of the hotel and rooms are very good, and the staff are helpful in all aspects. Only one thing , the restriction of smoking in public area is not always be implemented.

« Bad communication and services from Hotel staffs »

Can't communicate in common English. No food fill in during Breakfast time with too many guests. No spoon and fork because they don't have time to wash dish, spoon and fork. Front desk said Room will come with free breakfast but staffs at restaurant said Room is not have free for breakfast. CNY100 breakfast without fill empty food tray. Bad experienced.
