The comfortable of the bedroom is really good, but i get offended when i accidently step my feet to the cafetaria, because the cleaning service automaticaly cleaned my footmark. After i swam, the cleaner told me to clean myself before i stepped to cafetaria, but i didn't bring any clothes so i can't get cleaned in there. I have to got to my bedroom. I am sure that i dried myself with the towel, but autommaticaly clean my footmark is not good. There was no regulation written that hotels guess must get cleaned in the swimming pool area. I hope, the cleaning service be taught more respect. Build the street to elevator! So the guess don't have through the lobby.

The breakfast was good. Quality of room services needs upgrade! Instead three choices of ice cream, there were only two ice cream and one pure cream only! A separation between shower and toilet in the room is a bit unusual

Thank you for the arrangement our room. The staff informed us the room will be ready around 2 pm. but when I asked the receptionist staff at 2 pm.. they say the room is not ready yet.. So many thanks to the lady who help us to arrange our room and at least we can get our room ready at 2.30 pm.. The room is self is ok.. But the air condition is not cold enough for me.. I change the setting but still the temperature on display is 25.5. We order the food in the restaurant.. the food is good but the serving time is quite long.. Too Bad.. The staff is very friendly.. and helpful.. So over all.. I like to stay in Mercure Palu.. and hope you can speed up the serving time of Order from alacat menu
