The usual. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Nothing is a problem. Great location on the lake. Even though its man-made, its a little paradise in the middle of suburbia. I would provide negative feedback if I had any.

Not impressed at all with the hotel. Waking up to head downstairs to be confronted with people playing pokies at 7.00am was disgraceful. To have the gaming area exposed that way shows no respect to children who may walk past and also to guests who have no other option but to view that rubbish. I also felt intimidated at times by the patrons using the gaming section as they are people who are not even staying at the hotel walking in and out of the reception area . Had no choice to stay at the venue but would never choose this place personally knowing what it is like. Also was not impressed that you needed to ask for your own money and how much you needed just to make a withdrawal at your venue as there was no atm machine available.

When checking in I found the receptionist to be a bit rude this time around, I also taking a $250.00 bond is a bit expensive. As I was checking in another family also checking in the lady also mentioned about how pricey the $250.00 bond was when she has just paid out $400.00 for accommodation them man serving her just shrugged his shoulders and said it will go back on your card like it is not a large amount of money.

Pretty good, restaurant was nice, hotel facilities are good. HOWEVER - I had booked and paid for 3 adults in the room, but the room was only made up for 2 people, meaning that housekeeping had gone home, so the duty manager had to come and assist to get extra linen towels AND a cup for an extra person. AND I had made a specific request to the hotel when I booked for extra padding on the beds (because the beds are hard, and I know this because I've stayed here before), but this also was not carried through, so again the duty manager did his best to help us out. I really appreciate his assistance.

Very comfortable and spacious room with Plenty of excellent dining options close by. Not the closest accomodation but a good option if you are driving in from north west of the city.
